It took me some time to post this But i have benn going to this place for more that 4 years and its always been the best place for food and service I met the owner Mrs Belal and he is a really nice person , asked him about desert and advised me of Kunafa As a Palestinian man i love Kunafa and they had a really nice Turkish style Kunafa me and my family loved it Thank you

Visited as a work event, everyone had a different meal and none were disappointed. The atmosphere was excellent, as was the service. The food was succulent and clearly fresh. I will definitely be visiting again and probably my new favourite restaurant in Oxford.

10 of us met at 3 pm for a Christmas meal. Food was ok, calamari starter was great but the lamb ribs were average and a little dry. I’d asked for a portion of yoghurt which never arrived. When we wanted to pay separately the waiter got a bit stroppy - just disinterested. If the meal had been £15 I wouldn’t be that bothered - but it really wasn’t worth £35. Maybe they don’t like parties?

We visited Antep Kitchen on a Saturday evening at around 9:30 pm, and the place was thriving and very busy. Despite how packed it was, we managed to get a table for two straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The lighting and decor gave the restaurant a cosy yet modern feel. The vibe was incredible, and the staff were excellent – attentive and friendly, ensuring everyone was well looked after. There were several birthday celebrations while we were there, and each time they played special music as the staff brought out a cake with candles for the person celebrating (though I’m not sure if there’s a charge for this). It added a cheerful and fun touch to the evening. Overall, it was an excellent experience, full of energy and great value for money. I’d highly recommend Antep Kitchen. I would definitely visit again!

Visited Oxford and was recommended the restaurant and I won’t like the food was amazing however we were charged £17.50 for an extra skewer of chicken wings, that’s basically another plate cost just for one skewer. Wish there was a beef option as well as my partner was allergic to lamb

The waiter almost took my son’s starter away while he was still halfway through it, just to serve the main dish. I understand it was a busy Friday evening with lots of reservations, but I don’t want to feel like I’m at a rushed checkout line. To make things worse, my main course was served cold. Despite these issues, the same waiter insisted on adding the service charge. How do you say ‘forget about it’ in Turkish?

Good Turkish food in Oxford. Ambience good, warm and welcoming staff. Food was good quality, especially the meat (kebabs, wings- well marinated, right consistency and burst of flavours) We had sharing platter and chicken beyti- good quantity, definitely worth the price. Also want to mention the fresh Turkish bread which was brought first -fresh smell and soft consistency.

I had the lamb shank and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back. The service was lovely and everyone was very friendly. Lively atmosphere and a great place to go for a celebration and a great meal!

Me negaron en NEF unas pocas puertas abajo debido a ser un comensal solo y me sentía deprimido. ¡Entonces se vio un perfecto oasis turco! Entorno oscuro, servicio absolutamente increíble y se hizo tiempo para un solo comensal a pesar de que fueron embestidos (NEF estaban vacíos). La comida era absolutamente excelente, pero el servicio era el rey, lo mejor que he tenido hormiga cualquier restaurante en cualquier parte del mundo. Realmente disfruté del ambiente también como era oscuro y madera que me gusta personalmente. Comió como un rey con un par de cervezas y factura era 45 libras inc servicio. Gran lugar

Its been a pleasure to eat at Antep Kitchen. The service men were really polite and courteous. And the food was incredible. We had Mutton, Kebab Mix and as well Veggie food and everything was delicious. The prices are decent as well. All in all a really good restaurant!

I've had the best liver since my childhood in here. Been living in London for 23 years and tried many restaurants in London but this place in Oxford has trumped them all. Staff have all been great and very courteous. Adana and chicken shish is also top notch.

We tried once the Chicken Shish kebab and pizza with kunefe. The bread was little bit dry and hard to chew. But kebab tastes good as expected and kunefe is recommended to try at least once.

The owner definitely understands the quality of food ,how to cook the meet and service the customers. This kitchen is Eastern Anatolia, where gastronomy is essential. I m so happy to know there is a top-class restaurant in Oxford . I will definitely come here again

Went with work colleagues. Delicious hummus and falafel served warm. Got the minced grilled lamb which was delicious. Portions are very large and will fill the biggest of appetites. The cous cous is special - large grains rather than the dehydrated sort. Really tender meat and nice local wines (regional to the cuisine) on the menu. Would go again. Very busy in the evenings and seems to be popular with families and local people. Accepts card payment.

I love my country very much. And your kitchen. We enjoyed a lot with the service of Antep Kitchen, which represents my country here in Oxford. We would also like to thank 'Uzun' who did the service. It's not an Antep style, but Raki Kebab in Oxford was also very good, thank you.

What can I say that hasn't been said already! We visited 5 yrs ago on recommendation and loved it, booked again this weekend and absolutely enjoyed it, the food is out of this world! We weren't disappointed, the staff are very quick at serving and nothing is too much bother, even though they're very busy they still find the time to chat n fuss over you. Quite a comprehensive menu, just love the grilled prawns! Good restaurants are in a league of their own and this one was at the top of the tree 5yrs ago and I'm glad to say it's still there! A must to visit if in Oxford! Booking is a must!

Great service with delicious food, thank you Uzun for the care with our dinner tonight

We had booked a table by phone and asked explicitly on the phone (twice!) whether it was possible to bring our dog. This was answered with "that's no problem". When we arrived at the restaurant at 8pm with our Labrador, we were told that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. When we objected to the fact that we had previously stated this, we were told that the employee on the phone probably didn't understand English very well. In principle, I have no problem with the fact that we shouldn't have brought our dog with us (their house, their rules). But the fact that we got there on a false statement on the phone and were sent away again was extremely annoying. From my point of view, these employees should not make reservations over the phone. There was also no notice at the entrance door and it should be easy to point out on the website that it is not possible to bring dogs. Small side note: we were offered a table outside as an alternative. It was a rainy day and around 16 degrees. I can't give stars for either the food or the ambience, as it wasn't possible to judge this objectively. However, I can certainly give a rating for the service.

Since we were going to Oxford for the first time, we chose this restaurant by looking at Google reviews and it did not let us down at all. The people of Antep know this business very well. We ordered Sarma, Mixed grilled kebabs, lamb beyti, lahmacun, Çoban salad and all of them were extremely delicious and fresh. We closed it with kunefe with ice cream, it was classic and very delicious. Mr. Göksel took care of us in a polite and respectful manner. We also thank him. In short, Yes & I recommend it.

We came to eat kebab recently. An amazing restaurant. The prices are extremely cheap, perhaps the cheapest in England. But the quality is the best in England. Soup, main course, dessert everything was amazing. I would like to thank the employee named Gökay, who served me and fulfilled my every request. He is a very good kid.

Fantastic food. The service was faultless. They were quick to meet our needs without peering over your shoulder. The staff were lovely explaining the menu. You get complimentary flat breads and it was the best I’d tasted. Definitely worth going there.

5 stars genuinely aren’t enough for this place. Let me first start with the service. This was some of the best service I have received at any restaurant I’ve ever been to and trust me, I eat out a lot. They were faultlessly attentive and truly brilliant at making sure you have everything you need when you need it. The food was brilliant, from the fresh bread to the succulent meat and the wonderful mezze’s. You can’t go wrong, especially if you order a ton load of lahmacun! Honestly, I’ve genuinely not had a better dining experience in my life and the whole table agreed that Antep are truly special.

Reisss gave excellent service, he was polite and made sure to check on us to make sure we was enjoying our food and service.

We often go there mostly to eat lahmacun. My wife and I were there yesterday as well. They cook it very well. You should definitely try all the delicious dishes, especially the desserts. I went out to eat here and it was very nice, just the portion on the falafel was very small it was 4 small pieces with some hummus for £7. Other than that I was happy with the meal we had a sharing platter that said it could serve 2/3 people but it honestly could have fed 4.

Maybe the best Turkish restaurant ever? We have been three times now (getting a table is not easy because it is so popular) and each time I feel like I have been away on holiday. We went for a birthday celebration and we were treated so well. The food is absolutely fantastic with great choice and cheerful service. We just love this place.
