Antalya Turkish Restaurant And Bar in Ceredigion

We were there for lunch. We were visiting Aberystwyth for a hospital appointment. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed it and wished we lived nearer.

beware food poisoning.. cross contamination. I watched these guys in there kitchen picking up raw meat with gloves on then continued picking up bread and cooked meats .putting it on plates not changing the gloves at all ....and playing with there phones...very worrying...big hygiene problems....just stand outside this place and you will see them doing this in the kitchen .. look in the window....it will shock you....plus lighting the food in the pan then blowing it out ...so spitting on the food ....beware beware very scary

If you’re looking for a kebab to be delivered to your lodgings or residence by Deliveroo, judging by the number of Deliveroo, arrivals and departures while we were there, this seems to be the place. If you’re looking for a chunk of something which may vaguely resemble a Moussaka, which was pre-cooked some time ago and frozen, and then microwaved when you order it, but not microwaved long enough to give the insides any warmth whatsoever, topped with a slab of mozzarella cheese that is so tough they could surface roads with it, this is the place. If, however, you are looking for a restaurant to serve a freshly prepared and freshly cooked Moussaka when you order it, to be enjoyed on the premises with all the pleasantries which are associated with dining in a classy restaurant, this might not be the place for you.

We had a wonderful lunch here yesterday. Such a friendly place! The smell of food being chargrilled and the background Turkish music created a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, generous and excellent value. We will definitely be back and recommend it highly.

Went here on a quiet Monday afternoon for lunch ,there were 4 adults with 2 dogs. We had some starters,spiced cheese roll and falafel and 4 mains,including chicken delight,a house beef burger, and calamari . We were also given some free bread and dips to start. It was sll simply delicious and cooked fresh,you could see the chefs behind a glass panel. The food was served quickly and the waiter was very helpful and professional. The views of the sea were amazing snd there is a bigger area upstairs with more seating. The place was clean snd tidy as well. We will definitely be back.

I was so looking forward to eating here but was left very disappointed. I ordered veggie moussaka. It came out on a side plate, it was smaller in size than a coaster and served with a small side salad. For the price you'd expect a bigger portion on a main plate with a side of rice/chips/cous cous. I never complain but I couldn't hold it in when it came time to pay and I said to the waitress that I couldn't believe they were charging nearly £15 for something served up on a side plate. The waitress even agreed. Left feeling really ripped off.

I never write bad reviews but I feel compelled to write this. The food here was completely tasteless, it was really terrible. I’ll never come back

Nice freshly made and cooked food, good sized portions. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed our lunch here whilst on a day trip to the town.

It's a lovely, unfussy spot. Incredible location with views of the sea. We had a lamb and a chicken shish, both cooked in sight, flavoursome and filling, presented beautifully. There was also some delicious Turkish bread. Wine selection is varied. I had a Turkish white, which was very pleasant. There's also enough variety on the menu itself that we'll return when we're next in Aberystwyth. The front of house staff were very warm and welcoming. Thanks for a lovely late lunch!

Nothing very exciting about this restaurant. First visit for us, I’d say it’s just very average really. The staff were ok, thought they just about did enough in their roles certainly nothing over and above. The food, again just about ok. Presentation ok, the food just tasted very bland with no real flavours. One of those experiences where it didn’t quite hit the spot with the service and the meal itself. Would we go back, no I doubt it, glad we tried it though.
