WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN very disappointed as ordered two lots of chips for £5.20 and two battered sausage for 3.50 then got a hint of battered on the sausage and not even a portion worth of one bag of chips

Drivers attitude was terrible. Complaining about how far he's had to drive to deliver saying he's had to come from Gateshead like it's my fault the shop deliver to this address!

Wasn’t the best I’ve had better from here and the milkshake was missing

Salad was missing from naan bab and lamb chops were missing from special kebab

the fishcake had hard lumpy mash with no seasoning and no fish. on top of that the chips, some were cooked and some were still cold and hard. safe to say I won't be ordering again. what kind of fishcake has no fish?

for being a chip shop the chips were slimy and half cooked the pizza was awful and the kebab was hard wont be coming back. all went in bin!

We ordered from here last night, was totally shocking we use't to order from here in past and couldn't fault it, but now cod bites came with out chips the littlest cod bites ever, kebab chip butty was in the littlest of bun wasn't even a bread bun was a burger bun, garlic bread with cheese was ok but little under cooked, use't to be lovely for food £22 wasted

Fast delivery, piping hot and great portions. Mixed kebab was spot on

Arrived 30 minutes before closing time. Website says open. Bright lights outside say open. Grill is off, no chips, no choice. If you say you are open, you have to offer food. Misleading and I won't be back.

I’ve used this place for a few years now and I’ve not had problems till the last few months, mix ups with delivery, missing items, the wrong food etc, and some of this has been resolved, however I have given up trying to ring the shop to explain when something is wrong as nobody can understand me, and they get quite annoyed and rude. Order notes for the past 3 orders I’ve made have just been ignored and the food has came wrong with missing items.

Shocking paid and while waiting for food the man doing my food sneezed all over the place when I asked did you really just do that he said no when I told him not to lie he said said yer and what 🤦 I said give me my money back I no longer wish to have food from the shop refunded and left

Huge fish and chips. And also tasty. Nice meal we bought there. Service was good, attentive. Probably a bit improvements in the waiting area, but enjoy it and hope to return more times.

Disgusting can't believe this lovely place where the fish was to die for is now yuk fish was over battered and very little of it and very dark. Chips were like carboard and clearly cooked in dirty fat I could taste the toxins I now feel very sick after eating a very small amount such a shame after having lovely food in the past I will not be waisting good money on this Disgusting food.

Ordered a few times from here, occasionally late and items missing from order. Tried again this evening at least 40 minutes late, childrens food cold and items missing again. I'd recommend checking before accepting order to ensure you're not wasting money.

Ordered Balti Naan Kebab with salad & chips Chips were terrible - no colour, greasy & had clearly been sitting for long time. Or were badly cooked. The naan bread which is pretty important to this meal was cold, doughy crusts & again, felt as though been sitting for while. Salad was small & tight on white & red cabbage. Kebab meat & chicken was nice Haven't ordered from here in long time & won't again. Great when first opened, massively downhill from there to now.

Asked for no sauce. Given garlic sauce. Which I'm ellergic to. Thanks

Very nice fish and chips, golden light crispy batter and fresh fish, the portions was big. I also tried the chicken kebab and it was delicious and not dry. Delivery was fast and the staff was friendly. It’s a shame i only found out about this place now. Very affordable, a whole lot of value for your money.

Not happy with my delivery order. I ordered jumbo fish and chips, and I got, what looked like a small fish, and loads and loads of chips. Its a shame, as I am a regular customer.

**disgusting** I live local which is the reason I keep revisiting this place, but I’ve had enough. 3rd time ordering from this “place” and it’s horrible. The chips are rock hard, like they’ve been frozen, the two pizzas I ordered were nasty- barely a margarita, and the donner was repulsive. Trying to charge me £1 for chill and garlic. I paid it and it’s smells like it’s been off for weeks. £1.20 for a can of pop when there’s a shop next door… have some customer service please… Atleast if you were cheap you could get away with being that shady… Overall from my 3 times eating from here my experience is -5/10. AVOID AND STAY CLEAR! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Just discovered this place and will definitely use again. The mixed kebab and mixed wrap were very nice with a good portion of chicken. The chargrilled chicken was nice , must try the chicken tikka next time to see if it is aswell.

I have used this takeaway since it opened a little while ago it used to be the best in the low fell area , I always called up after my meal spoken to the owner and praised the staff it was excellent value for money good portion sizes and good quality of food. fast forward to present day this is the 4th time in a row I have had to complain and the prices have went up as much I ordered a house special kebab with large salad .large chilli sauce and portion of chips The salad was not as large as it used to be The chilli sauce was watered down no tast and I recived a small tub not large The chips were white with no colour and was told its the potatoes fault when i complained no its not Its the person frying them as i have been a professional chef for 34 yrs and know a thing or two about food and only 2 pieces of chicken and 2 chicken tikka the kebab was £11 I have complained in the past explaining items missing ect but have never asked for compensation or free items over the last 4 orders Instead I just asked to make sure everything is as I order Tonight's food was edible but not good value for money I was shocked when the person on the phone shouted at me saying he knows who I am and i always complained well yes I would if I pay good money and recive poor portion sizes and have items missing from my order The staff were in total pandemonium tonight starting jobs and going on to something else and coming back to what they were doing in the first place no wonder items missing from orders they were shouting and i am guessing swearing at each other from across the kitchen It's a shame that this place has become a victim of its own success its always busy and you need more staff and for the staff to do one corner of the kitchen and communicate with each other He told me not to reorder again and put the phone down on me I will be taking this up with the owner when he returns from his holiday and I will never order again here

*AVOID* Order was wrong, cold and items missing called and spoke to a lady who was trying to sort my order out but her manager took over the call with a massive attitude problem told me I was lying and refused to accept any responsibility apparently his misadvistising of his own menu on just eat is my problem as I hadn't scoured his website for menu updates! Absolutely disgusting service.

I went to this fish and chip shop tonight and the All Meat Pizza was nice and the pepperoni was lovely and tasty.

Would not recommend cannot get your order right first time paid for extra on pizza did not get or get my money back second time we waited over an hour to get wrong order when phoned the shop was told I was wrong it must be a mistake so when came to door showed him my order he still said I was wrong and wanted to stand at my door and argue with me when all we wanted was hot food. Chips were all little bits no potatoe fish was horrible. Second and last time we will be ordering.

This is my third time here and I have to say, the food is top notch! Today however, being Good Friday, they just couldn't cope with the with the orders and struggled big time to meet the demand. The bald man who was serving was quite abusive to the young helpers demanding "MOVE" and "GET OUT OF THE WAY". Felt a bit sorry for them as they wernt doing anything but helping!

Ordered for the first time due to having a menu being posted, I'm quite a fussy eater so was reluctant to try somewhere new,but I was presently surprised I could not fault the fish and chips they were delicious the fish was cooked to perfection, my husband is a kebab fanatic he ordered the special kebab with naan bread it was great only fault was that the chilli sauce was missing, we will definitely be back though also friendly delivery driver.Thankyou Angel

Bad communication between staff. Rude/aggressive towards my partner who asked a simple question regarding if a order was still hot while we waiting over 30 minutes between items being ready. Only leaving 2 stars as the food was half decent.

Only had the kebabs so far and they are very decent, very nice fresh salad, lovely garlic sauce and decent chips and plenty batter available too. Staff very friendly and you can park outside on the double yellow lines as long as you are quick.

I ordered fish and chips, a vegetarian pizza and a chicken tandoori kebab. All the food was fresh, delicious and enjoyed by the whole family. The chicken kebab in particular was probably the best I've ever tasted! I highly recommend this place.
