Its nice to have a business that cares about quality of product and service. I eat here at least once a week. Product is consistent each and every time Prices haven't shot up like everywhere else. Its nice to have the personal feel you get being a customer.

Called here Monday 28th Feb 2022 at 10a.m. Not been here for about 3years. We were the only customers to start and another 2 appeared about 15mins after us. Menu is ok, only downside for me is they dont do Gluten Free so just a drink. Coffee was nice, hot but prefer a bigger cup. Lots of chairs and settees but the place wasnt very warm and we had to keep our coats on.

Last minute family lunch visit with limited availability which was understandable but the attitude of the staff was questionable at best.

Really friendly inviting place to eat. Gorgeous sofas to sit on, could stay here for hours. Food is lovely, with the provencetta (?) Bread so light, makes any sandwich tasty.

Coffee was average, service was poor and cake selection very limited. Ladies serving were not very welcoming probably could count as rude actually

I was in there a few weeks ago ,waited a good 30 minutes for them to bring a coffee only, not professional enough in their serving , need to get someone with more experience in, rather than I suspect family. The coffee was average certainly not worth waiting for that long

Popped in for a quick breakfast! Went for a bacon cob and a latte, priced at £6.60. The quality of food was good. Staff were friendly and approachable. Deli counter looked fantastic, but didn’t have time to pick anything up! The cafe is nicely decorated and has a warm atmosphere. I look forward to returning for a treat from the deli counter. Felt the pricing was higher end but this was appropriate for the venue as it has a little bit of class.

Called here this morning Wednesday 28th August 2019. We had a stroll from Long Eaton, had a drink and T cake and walked back home. Been before but some time ago, prefer this onebetter than the long Eaton one. Nice sofas etc. Coffee was good but not very strong. The T cake was lovely and quite tasty. A bit pricier than the Costa chain but better surroundings. They do have quite a good menu selection.

Then you should try Anderson's. On a par with The Bean in Beeston and head an shoulders better than any other coffee available in the area.

Mum & I visited Anderson’s today for an afternoon treat of coffee & cake. The coffee was fine but the Victoria sponge was dry & over cooked. The sides, base & top were brown from it being over cooked. It was very disappointing. A wasted £5! We ate the centre of the cake & left the rest. If I had baked that cake, I wouldn’t have offered it for sale!

Met a good friend of mine for coffee/hot chocolate in Long Eaton while my dog was at the groomers. This place was close by and we had been before. We could not believe how slow the service was. Two hot drinks took 40 minutes to arrive. Customer numbers were not unmanageable for time.... we could just not work it out. We had two people sit with us and both were totally dissatisfied with the service. I agree it is nice to relax, unwind, chat with family and friends...... quite seriously, I could have written a book in the time it took to bring our drinks.....

Sandwiches are sublime with top quality ingredients used. I always take away as I live on the same street so cant comment on the cafe seating area in the back which looks lovely. They also have a deli which has cooked meats and gorgeous pate. Everything is reasonably priced but quality costs money and I'd rather pay more for better quality.

We found this hidden deli quite by accident, which is often the best way. Lovely choices in the deli and shop, and a much larger than expected area to eat and drink too. Relaxing atmosphere and very helpful staff.

I'd never been to Andersons, Long Eaton, before, but my partner took me 'as a treat' whilst out shopping, recommending the place for its scones and singing its praises. Sadly, there were no scones, so settled for a slice of cake and a large mocha. There was a cleared table we chose by the window, but had to ask for it to be wiped of coffee spills and crumbs. A male assistant came out with a cloth and leaned between us to clean it up. Unfortunately, he had overpowering body odour and clearly needs to spend some time in a long shower with a bar of good soap. Worse, the same assistant then delivered our foodstuffs to the table, again filling the air with a stomach-churning smell. Noticeably, his white shirt was badly soiled on the sleeves and cuffs - it needed laundering.

Popped in for coffee and a toasted tea cake, which was lovely, though it was a dull day and the lighting in the cafe could have been better. Pleasant decor and lovely gift shop and deli sales I must pop back for lunch sometime

Lovely atmosphere and selection of gifts as always, but let down by food and service. Visited at lunchtime and it was busy but not overly so. No toilet paper and had to ask twice for some to be put in - wouldn't usually be a massive problem but I am heavily pregnant! Paid £6.95 for a sandwich and handful of crisps which is a lot of money especially when it wasn't very hot and the filling was sparse. Food service was about as long as expected, but the drinks didn't come until after the food, and even then they were wrong twice.

A much cosier alternative to the big brand coffee shops. Love the up-stairs lounge in the Long Eaton it feels relaxed and homely with the sofa by the fire place or facing a view of the town from the window.I like to support smaller independent tea shop and these have a good range of drinks and sandwiches as well as tastey treats and small gifts. No more expensive than the usual coffee shop haunts with a much cosier interior and personal atmosphere.

Took my children for a light lunch. Service was great and they let them choose their own sandwich fillings. I had a Greek salad which came with about four olives, a small amount of feta and no bread on the side. I also had to ask for some olive oil to dress it, I don't think it was worth £7.55. The decor was a mixed bag as well. The cookies were great though.

This dear little restaurant gave us a special deal to accomodate the twelve people that were coming to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. There were five children, ranging inage from 7 to 12 years, but this was certainly not a problem to the charming and pleasant staff. We were due at 7.30pm (rather late for the younger kids). The place was full, and as the eveningwore on the children got a little noisy. However, the home cooked meals were delicious, and wewere all made to feel that, regardless of noise we were special.Thankyou Andersons, we shall definately come again.
