So tasty and beautiful lots of options!!! 5 flavours for £5.20 Long queue but worth the wait!!! Pistachios and chocolate was so delicious

If you missed a tasty Italian gelato with pistachio flavour but beautifully presented as a flower, you should go here, tasty minus the feeling of being in Italy :-)

Delicious gelato. Well presented and so good. There are a lot of flavours including vegan options. Small branch with some seating. Easy to order and pay on the automated machines. Take a note of your order number and one of the staff will shout when ready. Small negative is that staff could be friendlier and branch needs to be cleaner!

My son (14 yrs) went with a friend of his school friend for a dessert after lunch. He was very surprised to be charged £8.10 for just a Regular cup (£5.9) and Macaron (£2.2). I have never tried but by the sound, it is too expensive even if some might say something super positive. In the end it is just a small dessert which can't fill your stomach. My son and his friend will never go again.

Took 20+ minutes for a small order, incredibly slow service, wouldn’t go here again unless it was very quiet part of the day

My friend and I stopped at Amorino for coffee when we arrived in Soho, prior to a matinee show. We sat outside, enjoying people-watching. The coffees (flat white and cappuccino) were absolutely delicious and the staff member very friendly and helpful. Later on, after lunch, we returned to sample the ice cream. There was a great choice of ice creams and sorbets. My friend had vanilla and mango, I chose coffee and coconut flavours, both in chococones. They were superb and beautifully presented in a rose shape. We’d definitely return. Highly recommended!!

I think this establishment has recently been taken over and the service has vastly improved. Easy ordering at stand-alone screens “a la McDonalds” style! The gelato is perfect in presentation and flavour. Worth every penny of £11.10 ! Cheaper options available but why would you?! The seating bench is too shallow for those who can eat such large porions, lol .

Poor customer service, the shop wasn’t busy, I asked after 15 minutes for my turn and the answer rudely was ‘ keep waiting’

Stopped here for gelato after dinner and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the presentation was beautiful. All the flavors I got were wonderful, lemon, strawberry, mango and blood orange.

There was a short queue but this little establishment was buzzing . You now order and pay at a kiosk then select flavours at the counter. The service was quite brusque tbh. The flavours were varied and you could have accompanying cream, sauce & macaroon or, in my case all three! The signature icecream was not much larger than the regular! £10 ish. You can select as many flavours as you like and they are arranged in petals to form a beautiful flower.

Gelato that I never miss on my travels. The taste is natural, the sweetness is just right, the texture is soft. Orders and payments can be made at the cashier or on the touch screen with cashless payments before we take the gelato from the staff. My favorite is also hot cocoa powder that you can buy to brew at home. The chocolate is thick, not too sweet and there are several flavors. Suitable to drink when the temperature starts to drop at this time.

First rate customer service and the ice cream was amazing with so many unique flavours, also when they it’s a large they are not wrong

Omgoodness I highly recommend this little ice cream shop. It may be a bit pricey but the taste and attention that has gone in to it warrants a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be back again this year ❤️
