Just the absolute worst, can’t reach em on the phone, can’t track their sail very driver on the app, food never arrived

Horrible got no delivery and was unable to get my food was a ultimate joke and was without food and have no clue on a refund will never come here again

Awful delivery service via Uber Eats again. The waiting time was between 30-50 minutes. It took almost 2 hours to deliver! Phone is always busy, so no chances to request any update. Won't order again

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! Not a late delivery... a non existent delivery. Had a message advising it was delayed and then nothing. The restaurant clearly doesn't have a working phone as it had a continuous busy tone for over 2hrs. JustEat couldn't get in touch with the restaurant either.

The delivery was quick, but missing items. Also the chicken wasn't cook properly and made me ill and the milkshake tasted off.

Ordered 2 Ben and Jerry's phish food and got 2 Ben and Jerry's pretzel something or other flavour instead. How hard is it to take the correct ice cream out the freezer. Just blatant laziness. Awful. Read the reviews people and stay clear of this place.

Really nice food the burgers the chicken wrap and whole chicken all their food is delicious and nice good hygiene too, always enjoy the food both me and my husband.

Unfortunately the milkshakes were so thin and no thickness to them at all, and flavour was lacking it, tried the Oreo and kinder but didn’t taste Of much. Sadly

Awful. Ordered over an hour ago, tried to phone up to cancel and the man on the phone refused and told us we was wasting his time. Now still sitting here at 01:35 wondering if our food is coming or not but no refund 🤔 should have looked at the reviews sooner as there are loads of bad ones on Deliveroo, Uber eats & google. Impossible, terrible service

Used to always order from here. Have had to edit my review as since we have had terrible service. Although the burgers etc are good just a headache with missing/wrong items.

The shop is well looked after, everything is clean, burgers are tasty kind customer survive.

This is one of my favorite fast food store. I go here at least twice a week. They have great customer service and it’s burgers are very good quality. Great for value. I recommend going to this shop.

I order from Uber eats but they are cancel my order I don’t know why never order with you again

Best burger I’ve had. Alabama burger 🍔 Not sure about the chicken, a little too burnt for me but still nice! Came in 45 minutes.

Their burgers are amazing specially Amigo’s Special highly recommended we definitely try it again.

I just ordered 2 burgers, one of them supposed to be meal for which I paid extra £3. So I didn't get my drink and the chips is very small size. Otherwise the burgers were good and delivery was on time. It's not my first time to order from them but used JustEat. Definitely wouldn't order meal version anymore.

Very terrible asked for sweet potato chips sent normal chips food cold and wraps wrong and 30 mins later than agreed wouldn’t even eat it for free

Waited over an hour for delivery when we were promised 45 minutes. Chicken was severely overcooked and barely edible, ordered peri peri fries and got ordinary fries. Wife's burger was OK but lukewarm. Don't waste your money!

Worst Place. Would never order from here again. Ordered on Uber Eats and 2hrs later ive still not received my order.

Ordered in store for delivery, told half hour still nothing after an hour. Tried calling several times would either ring out or be cut off. Had to contact via pizza 2night next door. When order finally arrived had a meal missing,been charged £25 for a burger meal and 1 extra burger. Delivery driver tried to charge us again as well. Used to use these quite a lot on way home from work but never again

Found plastic in the milkshakes. Unacceptable

Don't eat here. Milkshake is full if plastic. Litterly chunks of white plastic.

Bought from here, food was late, cold and order was wrong. Ordered 2 burgers eith specific instructions of no sauce, onion rings and a chicken pitta; received 3 burgers all with sauce, only 1 the correct burger and no pitta at all. Dreadful, won't be buying from again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WORST OVER COOKED DRY BURGER IVE EVER HAD asked for one of the burgers not to have spicy sauce on and it turned up covered in spicy sauce, when I phoned to complain he argued with me that he didn't put sauce on the burger I also told him the chips were stone cold which he wouldn't except then he said he will reluctantly send a replacement burger. Also food was 20 minutes late from the time it was meant to be here.very expensive lesson learnt I forgot to add the burger he said he was going to send didn't turn up. Had to get refund from just eat

Disgusting rude staff!!!! Would never order from here again. After waiting nearly 2 hours for my delivery the burger come cold and raw!!!! When called to complain the staff member was extremely rude laughing at me down the phone. I have been back today to see manager which they told me to and apparently the manager is not in and refusing to speak to me. Avoid this place!!!! Never use them

absolutely disgusting the food was late , was cold and they sent all the wrong things cause they “ran out” they also forgot our drinks and still charged us full price i DO NOT recommend !

they forgot two of our drinks , the drinks they did give us were the wrong ones. we ordered two crispy chicken wraps and they sent us grilled instead. it came late. the chips were cold and the “mayo” in the wrap was watery and dripping. charged us full price for drinks we didn’t get. if i could give zero stars i would. DONT RECOMMEND!

Worst service ever.Ordered the extra spicy wings, got the lemon and herb wings.Burger was overcooked with burnt edges, dry and chewy.Never got the drink with my burger meal.When called to ask for it,instead got blamed for not reminding them to give me my drink. Would never order from here again.Terrible service.Disgusting burger.

Excellent food. I have previously order the food so the quality of the food wasn't really good, However, yesterday i ordered my food again it was amazing especially the burger was well as the driver told me it's new management since beginning of Feb 2021. So the food is improved much better. Highly recommended

Love the chunky chips and the burger. Didn't realise it had spicy sauce in it but I'm glad it did. Really enjoyed it and quick delivery.

Very disappointing. We ordered for 1st time last night and it was awful. We ordered cheesy chips but got peri peri chips, I dont understand how hard it is to get something that simple wrong? As well as being the wrong chips they were also cold and undercooked) and the burgers were just sloppy and very very pink. We threw the whole lot away after just 2 bites. Must do better.
