He estado dos veces (una vez en el almuerzo y una vez en la cena) y pedí una Margherita con mozzarella de búfala y fue genial en ambas ocasiones. Los precios están bien para Londres. Volveré. Nunca intentado con la entrega

¡El peor servicio de atención al cliente! Pizza ordenada y nunca llegó, pero cobraba en mi tarjeta de todos modos. Una vez que los llamó, sin ayuda, sin reembolso, sin oferta de reemplazo. No estoy sorprendido de que el restaurante cerró.

Pizza horrible, ir a un supermercado y conseguir una £1 pizza desde allí te digo que no le gusto y mejor que el de aquí. Horrible servicio al cliente. Pedimos una pizza por £11 que no vale la pena siquiera un centavo no dijeron nada estaba equivocado con mi pedido, así que no puedo dar ningún reembolso. (comprueba la siguiente imagen) evita este lugar. No pide de aquí nunca en mi vida.

The pizza was OK, service was really bad. We asked for water for our wine, and got a single small glass of lukewarm tapwater. Midway through our meal the condiments, salt and peber were removed from our table and placed on the table of other guests. My plate was removed eventhough my dinner partner wasn't halfway through her meal. . The second she took her last bite, the waiter cleared the table. She hadn't even chewed her food or put her fork down before they started clearing the table. We felt very rushed, even though the restaurant was only half full and overall had a negative experience.

Se vi trovate in quel di Londra andate ad assaporare il cibo di questo locale che offre cucina italiana e ha proprio il sapore dell’Italia! So che è un clichè andare all’estero e mangiare cibo italiano... ma ci eravamo un po’ stancati del Fish and Chips 😅 e questo locale ci ha fatto sentire aria di casa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e il servizio è ottimo!

Terrible food with piece of plastic!!! I had supplì, soacked in oil e completely without taste. I was shocked when my Pizza came , was not good at all and was ‘garnished’ with big piece of white plastic mixed with the mozzarella!

This is our favourite Italian restaurant in Shoreditch by a mile! The food, cocktails and wines are all so delicious. No faults whatsoever... great value for money, friendly staff, good music and never too busy that you go unnoticed. We love it.

Exquisite and authentic Italian food, very friendly service, reasonable price, good location! What else do we want? Highly recommend their Gnocco Fritto, risotto ai frutti di mare, any kind of pizzas, Fiori di Zucca, Coniglio, assorted kinds of dolci, etc. etc. etc. Also, their uniqueness is that they have a wide variety of best dish selection from many different regions of Italy, all of which are very authentic and soul food dishes of each region.

Got pizza delivered. It was stone cold and the order was wrong. Rang to ask if we could get a hot pizza delivered or a refund. Obnoxious and dishonest "manager" told me to basically bugger off. If you like cold, sloppy pizza - this is the place for you

We went here last night for some take-aways. We ordered two Margherita pizzas and some fries. I don't think it took more than five minutes to have our pizzas ready and two minutes later we had our fries. After coming back to our apartment and trying the food, we were totally in awe. The fries was some of the best fries we had in London so far (fresh and good quality potatoes) and the pizza was also very good (nice, thin, fresh base and very tasty). PS.. While we were waiting for our food we could see them making some other orders and they really are not shy of loading their pizzas with ingredients!

We had pasta and pizza which were both delicious. The roast pork was less well liked. They do also have a good lunchtime offer, but we were not aware of this until our dishes almost arrived. The server offered us coffee and icecream to compensate, which was nice.

Had lovely food on Saturday with 4 friends. Very quiet when we arrived at 6.30 but soon filled up and the atmosphere was good. Efficient service. Good portion sizes for the starters and lots of bread. However, was charged for the first bottle of water which we think was probably just from the tap so make yourself clear on this score.

I had dinner at this Italian restaurant and I was curious to discover the goodness of the dishes. I was very satisfied. I ate very well and full Italian style. As an italian lady I can say that the restaurant is very good. I suggest it.

Nice fresh Italian food, starters are a good size and we were advised correctly to have the small sharing platter for two people. Pasta dishes are homemade and very good but not as big as some other local eateries, that said they will be enough for all but the most hungry. Reasonably priced wines and water is refilled free of charge. The only downside is the big window that allows you to watch the local nightlife (good and bad), so I would say a place to take good friends rather than clients.

Ever since discovering this restaurant a few years back, I have never been disappointed once. Great food, high-quality ingredients and passion make this a perfect gateway to traditional Italian cuisine in east London.

Went here for a take away pizza. The menu looked mouth watering and delicious and I had a real problem choosing what to order. I went for Sfizioso. When I got it home I was so disappointed. The base is nice. Toppings extremely few - hardly any cheese. There was a hard bit in the sausage and the black olives came out a tin. The tomato base didn't stretch all the way round the pizza. Pizza was floppy and hard to eat as it was so thin in the middle. Go if you're on a diet.

Pizza was burnt and tasted like coal, topping was very little, which made it really dry. Quite disappointing for an italian, maybe they've changed the pizza chefs but they used to be better

This is an authentic Italian eatery with some traditional dishes as well as unusual options on the menu. The food is home cooked and they clearly use fresh seasonal ingredients. It was very good value for money, especially as on Mondays they offer 30% off the whole bill. We were recommended this restaurant by an Italian living in London which says it all!

We left after ten minutes into our main course as I was very disappointed by the whole overall experience. The tables were that close I felt like we was dining with another couple. We was seated right outside the kitchen door this leading to being disturbed constantly by the waiters needing access. I was with my daughter for her 21st birthday. Our main course came and was burnt and that's when I asked for the bill. Also because we didn't drink any alcohol we didn't receive any complimentary water even though we ordered soft drinks. To pay a service charge of 12 percent after our experience i thought was wrong but still paid. I was in London for a few days and saw this resteraunt as a perfect choice to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I was left severely disappointed.

Outstanding meal, service and ambience. This is my 6th or 7th time at the restaurant. I try to make it back to Amici every time I am visiting London. It has become a "go to" place to impress others, knowing that the food is consistently incredible and the service impeccable. I have had business dinners, met friends for a fun meal and just a casual dinner there with my family. for all occasions, it worked very well!

Second time I ordered after a very positive experience the first time. Unfortunately as good as it was then, as dissapponting it was this time. The cheese lasagna was like plastic. I threw it away. Fortunately the tiramisu was better.

Food was honest and home made, the "Elephant's Ear" veal was... gigantic! Service was very friendly and accomodating as I showed up 40 min late! Also easily wheelchair accessible.

Lovely food and a cosy setting in trendy Hoxton. I had a nice pasta dish but would go for pizza next time as my dad said it was in his top 5 pizzas of all time - high praise! Friendly service, not too expensive, and a free shot of limoncello afterwards, which was a really nice touch.

Burrata was delicious! My pasta needed more seasoning (squid ink linguine - was quite bland), but the others around me looked excellent. Great value for money for fresh pasta.

I have eaten at (probably) all the major traditional pizza places in London - these guys outpace them all. The Sauce: punchy, piquant - I like to order extra (it can make it a bit soggy though so if you don't like that just get the regular amount) also a dash of the garlic oil in the sauce before cooking is tip top.The base: chewy and crisp in all the right places, very consistent dough. Cheese and toppings are good, but the sauce and dough is the showstopper here.Note: the takeaway seems considerably inferior to eating in - SO GO IN! ;)Lastly there's a discount on Tuesdays from 5 pm

Delicious and at a great price. Fantastic Cappuccinos as well. Is pretty no frills though and the service is good, but not amazing. I would definitely go again however and would recommend if you're looking for somewhere nice to eat in Shoreditch for a reasonable price.

Had to complain after our last delivery, received our two complimentary pizzas tonight thinking it will be better this time. I chucked it in the bin. Swamped in tomato sauce, no cheese, courgette barely shy of raw. Shouldn't have bothered. You think they would have made an effort wouldn't you. Don't know what's gone on as they used to sell amazing pizzas!!! But haven't for a very long time!!!

i ordered a vegaterian pizza and got one with garlic and mushrooms, no vegetables at all. I usually order from here but this is the second time that I've been disappointed.

Food was good but delivery was 45 mins late on a Sunday evening and I had to ring several times to get through - no discount offered for being late - and no apology until pressed for one!

I've eaten at the restaurant 3 times and it's amazing but ordered takeaway twice; both times cold food, 1hr30 min to arrive and pizza not even cut.Absolute waste of time unless you go to the restaurant.

This is my second visit to Amici and it continued to live up to expectation. The freshness of the food is consistant and our pizze travelled less than a few metres from oven to table after we had watched the chefs prepare it. If you're looking for delicious and unfussy Italian food this is the place for you. Having previously been here on a Monday night it is worth saying that it was busy on a Saturday and worth making the booking. However even though we were informed very early on that our table would be needed for another reservation at some point, never once did we feel hurried which was remarkable considering we had 3 courses.

Pizza was good but I have a feeling that they're redicing the size and it's getting smaller and smaller. They completely ignored my notes about my allergies so I had to remove fresh chilies by my self.

My boyfriend and I booked a table here for date night. Place was busy throughout our meal and there was a lively atmosphere. Starters were huge and delicious. Our mains of pasta were on the smaller size but considering the size of the starters I was not unhappy about that. The mains were very tasty. Reasonable prices. Staff were friendly if a little slow and it took three attempts to get water for the table. Minor gripe though and we would definitely go back.

The food was is great, very authentic. The owner and delivery person were quite friendly as well. It was a busy day, so took 20-25 mins longer than expected, so plan accordingly.
