Normally love this place but they cancelled my order 10 mins before it was due to arrive for no reason. Go here every month and the food is great but think they need better management to ensure they don’t accept orders they can’t fulfil and leave customers upset.

Kindness is the language the deaf can hear and the blind could see. In Francos manca the waiter is fluent for kindness. I bring my Niño (Fernando jr) for pizza. The waiter we have is Daniel of mustache. He is good to the boy who is having hard time with early onset diabete, he suggestes diet cola for sugar problems, I never think to this myself. Silly Lucho! Then we eat, we laugh, we remember. All the good time before divorce of his mother. Life is a flat circle, similar to pizza; we happy then we sad, then we happy again. Today was happy, today was pizza.

Always so happy here. Great food and service. Eimante was super lovely and ensured we got our Franco manca stamps. Where as other locations have been confused over the offer.

In lovely Broadway Market - a small and friendly restaurant. One of the best pizzas I've had. Sourdough so delicious that it was no problem eating the crust. Number 7 pizza - meaty and hot. Chocolate and blood orange ice cream to finish. Friendly staff, quick service and all good

The pizzas are good, there is a variety to choose from and there are vegan ones. Children are welcome and there are colouring pencils and a quiz sheet.

I ordered pizza with my son, how can you sell pizza without pizza sauce? The worse pizza I ate and luck of ingredients. It’s dry as hell! They only put on the first bite so it’s there! 😂 horrible

Sadly it was via Uber eats. I called the restaurant and explained the pizza was not cooked properly and also the drink came warm. Painful working all week and rewarding yourself to a £20 treat only for it to arrive like that. Limer didn’t care less on the phone. Shame…

it was my first time physically dining at a franco manca branch and had such a lovely experience! great service with a smile and laugh despite them being very busy with takeaway pizzas because of the great weather. the branch had a huge board of specials of the week which included ones for vegans and vegetarians which caught my eye but properly struggle to make a decision on what to get. finally made a decision and got a #10 and my friend got a #7 and we were both dancing with delight in our seats over our pizzas. will definitely be back again!

The chicken salad was fantastic and fresh with a generous portion. Service was really friendly with Luca and Lirim being very helpful with the kids. Everyone else had pizzas and were happy with everything.

The girl that took order was friendly.The Aubergine parmigiana came out burnt and the male waiter forgot my salad then he brings out the wrong salad not the one that I ordered & a dirty look as if it was my fault he forgot my food 😩then he gets a young waiter dude to bring out the salad I ordered at this point, I did not even wanna highlight how Burnt my food looked. I thought maybe it would taste okay as I was starving, I was so wrong it tasted so burnt even the bits that weren’t burnt had a burnt taste, This is really sad. Also the waiter didn’t even come to ask how the food was as they normally would because quite clearly it wasn’t great! - to be honest I didn’t even wanna pay but I did!

Had a bad delivery the first time so wanted to try again thinking it was a one time thing, but this time both pizzas arrived cold, the dipping sauce was let behind, and the special pizza didn’t have all of the toppings on it. Probably ok if you’re eating in, but don’t waste your money ordering takeaway.

We had 3 different pizzas and they all tasted delicious! The kids even had the crust which they usually do not eat. The order came very fast and the service was top quality - the waiter was very attentive 👌 Recommended!

Avoid Franco Manca Broadway Market. Waited 40 mins and this branch then lost my order and cancelled it. Refused to remake it without explanation. Bizzare and just rude.

Ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats. Probably the worst pizzas I’ve had in a very long time. Chewy, barely any toppings (maybe that’s a good thing considering how they taste) and pizza was also not cut which is very annoying. Garlic bread I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Absolutely terrible in every way. Team and management should be embarrassed . I mean just look at the state of that “garlic bread” almost forgot about the “garlic dip” my god, maybe try taste something before you use it during service.

Great pizza- really tasty and I love the spicy anchovies. I initially asked for extra toppings and this wasn’t done but they just took money off the bill. It’s a good go-to pizza place. Reliable and good price and delivery is good

Took them 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. 30 minutes in they brought my side (a box of olives) Pizza is good but service is terrible , no sort of time given nothing . Really disappointing

Keep getting really burned pizza bases. Like black, carbonised. So have given up on this place. The last order 3x pizzas all burned and staff had tried picking off all the burned areas before delivering. (See photo) I rang up to complain and the guy said they’re too busy and hung up. I guess the chain grew too big.

The Franco Manca at Broadway Market is a restaurant I won't be able to forget for a long time, not just because of its friendly staff, but because it changed my mind. Franco Manca has been special to me since I arrived in London, and having tried several outlets, I was convinced that one was superior (which shall remain unnamed) than the others. This changed dramatically when I arrived at this spot on a sunny day, and ordered my regular number 3. We were greeted by the fantastic waiter, whose cheery attitude and warm nature proved the best entree for our meal. The pizza itself arrived hot, with the crust crispy, the halloumi and potatoes fresh and the tomatoes juicy. The first bite was all it took for the pizza to take my heart, and I spent the entire date obsessed over the unscientific level of love I felt for the dish. The noises I made after each bite should be proof alone that this is by far my favourite joint that Franco Manca has set up in London. Cant wait to come back and order the same, meet the same dude and perhaps try the desserts!

Unfortunately, my recent dining experience at Franco Manca was marred by poor service. Despite being seated promptly, two of the waiting staff seemed disinterested, wandering around and ignoring our table. Thankfully, Chrys stepped in and provided exceptional customer service, not only attending to our needs but also assisting a nearby table. It's disappointing that the rest of the waiting staff seemed indifferent to our presence until we decided to leave without a word from them. Management should address such behavior promptly to ensure every customer receives the attention and service they deserve.

Surely the worst italian style pizza I had in London so far. The dough was dry and unproofed. One of the two pizzas we ordered didn't slide off the peel correctly so it was folded up as well as the ingredients poorly distributed. The pizza looked clearly mistaken but they still had the audacity to serve it as if nothing happened. Both pizzas were well uncooked and the dough in the cornice still fresh giving us hard time digesting it. At the end of the meal I asked if they had changed the dough recipe and a member of staff, totally aware of the issue, immediately mentioned that the head chef was complaining for the dough batch to be incorrectly proofed. So the restaurant is consciously serving wrong food to their customers which I find very unprofessional. Overall the pizza wasn't any better than a frozen pizza amd the preparation was incredibly poor.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza online. I waited an hour, it was nothing. The pizza was cold, as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. Never again. I couldn't believe how it could be done like that. I don't recommend it.

Eating at Franco Manca in broadway market was the best experience of my entire life. I had an incredibly kind South African waiter, who guided me through the menu, and made helpful suggestions. I ordered a margherita with mushrooms, and despite the high volume of customers, it came quickly. I've had hundreds of margherita pizzas in my lifetime, but this one was by far and away the best. The dough was fresh, with a rare combination of both crunchy and soft, chewy textures; the tomato sauce was rich, tangy, and clearly made from high quality tomatoes; and the mozzarella was creamy, nourishing, and perfectly portioned onto the pizza. Although it's a dish with few ingredients, when executed well it becomes so much more than the mere sum of its parts. It's a reminder that simple food does not equal simplicity, but rather it is the product of great technique. Every lover of food—every lover of life, in fact, should visit Broadway Market's Franco Manca.

Today, my wife and I were at this pizzeria for the first time, so the place and the atmosphere were great for a supermarket, the waiting time was short and the service was nice and efficient, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the pizzas, we ordered numbers 7 and 8 from the menu. There was too much olive oil, practically the pizza was swimming in it. The dough was thin and due to the fat and additives it was soft and even flowed in your hand. For a pizzeria with an Italian style, I don't recommend it!!! The only thing they have in common with the Italians is that they charged 10% of the invoice for service and that's it. I won't come back again!!!.

Went out with my family for a meal and our expectations were surpassed in ways we couldn’t imagine. We were blown away by the delicious food and from the amazing service from our server Eimante. She was so kind and attentive to our needs and made our experience. Can’t wait to come back again.

Franco is fine normally, but this particular branch I enjoyed so much I felt the need to come and write a review. I came in for a quick lunch last week and got seated and served straight away. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the service was friendly. Will swing by again, thank you!

Went to the broadway market store to collect a couple of pizzas last week. My pizzas were subpar. Lack of ingredients and poorly made, some slices barely had any toppings. The garlic bread you were literally biting slices of garlic, it’s grim. Contacted customer service and was offered a pizza on the house BUT the way the broadway market store dealt with it was beyond poor. I called several times to try to confirm and they didn’t bother to pick up and the one time they did pick up they hang up on my face. My partner was kept waiting for eons when he went to collect it and they were just disinterested in dealing with it. Customer service 1/5. Food 2/5. Definitely not worth what you spend of these basic pizzas. Never again!

poor Margherita to takeout, pizza used to be good but it was almost undercooked .... shame about the unfriendly staff probably why there was no one in there eating on a busy Saturday afternoon. Sadly an example of a company expanding and obviously dropping their standards from a few years ago.

Friend & I stopped off for pizza here & had a great time. Lovely sour dough pizzas, best I have ever had, fresh ingredients, quickly cooked, polite & friendly service, nice atmosphere. We split the chorizo & anchovy pizzas with a tuna salad and left very full! Great find.

A skeleton staff working in a sweaty daze to keep things ticking on a hummingly busy night. There was no one to greet us as we stood like stunned mullets in the doorway on arrival, so we eventually sat down at a spare table. We then had to eventually stand up and hail a waiter like a cab on a rainy day to make our order. The salad was truly awful, like something your rugby-playing housemate dishes up on a Tuesday night using the sad-looking remaining contents of the soggy-bottomed fridge crisper. However, the pizzas were acceptably good and I will reserve a lower compartment of my mind for Franco Manca as an affordable takeaway pizza option. I also liked that there were olive oil bottles on the table for drenching one's pizza to their heart's content.

One of our family favourite places in Broadway Market. David is the the most friendly, caring and knowledgeable attendant we know, who really cares about his job. We celebrated my daughter 4th birthday in there and it was a delightful, stress free experience.

Franco Manca Broadway Market is our favourite local restaurant , specially to my 4 yo daughter. David, and all the pizzaiolos are very kind and patient to her and to every child around. We even celebrated her last birthday in there so our daughter and her friends could all have delicious pizzas in the shape of a bunny even those with special diets. We always have a very enjoyable time when we go there alone and as a family.

Quality has sadly gone down over the last couple of years. Used to enjoy their gluten-free Napoletana (pizza 5), but the last few times, the dough was as crispy as a Ryvita and the toppings completely dry. It was like eating the pizza box which probably has more flavour. Shame - pizza used to be a lot better; will be eating elsewhere now.
