First visit and did not disappoint. Lived up to previous reviews. Went for lunch with a friend. Service was excellent and our chosen food courses were all delicious and portions very generous. Would highly recommend and definitely will return. Overall a superb experience.

It was my first visit and I was not disappointed. We had a party of 7 having different dishes. We all agreed the meal was very good. For Canary Wharf restaurants we thought the price was reasonable. I will definitely visit again.

Valentine’s Day evening meal was great. Welcome drink on arrival. Normal a la carte menu which is a welcome relief compared to other restaurants which tend of offer a set menu. Food and service very good. Nice atmosphere throughout. Offered a complimentary drink at the end of the meal and a rose for the lady. Lovely evening all round. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant that strikes that lovely balance of feeling posh enough to feel special, and relaxed enough to feel friendly. Great food at a good price point, and lovely staff that make you feel as welcome as if you were family. We weren't out celebrating, just in Canary wharf and wanted some lunch without all the hub bub, and lackluster service from the typical chain restaurants that proliferate the area.👍👍👍

This is one of the best restaurants on the wharf and great choice of dishes. It can get a little noisy ( as all the tables are often full ) but the staff are very polite and attentive

Brilliant service throughout the evening as per usual. John and his team are always flexible and it's service with a smile. Introduced a few work colleagues and they will be coming again (burrata was amazing) and the martini expresso hit the spot!

My wife and I went on a Saturday night at 19.30 and seated on a table for four so seating was generous. Service was superb , food Fantastic and Great value for money . We will be going back as this restaurant is WELL WORTH A VISIT !

Last had dinner here before the Covid pandemic. Arrived early before even the kitchen opened so we had a cocktail to start with. The lamb and the lasagne were very good indeed. A good wine list at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent.

Nice atmosphere, layout and furnishings here. Food was generally good. Our starters of calamari was good, no issues, our Bruschetta starter was also nice but there was only 1 piece of bread against mozzarella and tomato's fit for 2-3 pieces, so more bread was needed. My ragu e scormeza was nice but it didn't blow me away, but nice nonetheless. My girlfriend's linguine was a bit bitter for her liking but she said it was okay. Our shared desert of fresh strawberries was nice and fresh with the 'happy birthday' presentation a nice extra touch from the staff. Service was good in some areas such as the welcome, taking of coats, ordering and providing aperitifs and meal waiting times were fair, but the desert of fresh strawberries with happy birthday chocolate dressing took some time. Finally I had to ask for the bill 3 times to 3 different waiters at the end which was a bit annoying. Other than that overall the restaurant was good, but some room for improvement in some areas mentioned above would increase my rating.

Eaten there a few times and enjoyed every visit. The best thing about the restaurant is the staff. They are so receptive and soon feel like you’re with friends. Food is excellent. You come away wanting to go back.

I visit this restaurant frequently and love the food. The service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. They remember customers and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I check in on FB everytime I visit saying 'at my fav'.

Amazing service and food. The calamari we ordered were so crispy and fresh. We also got the black ravioli and the salmon fettucinne, which were both creamy and delicious. The lamb chop was perfect medium rare and the balsamic sauce was tangy and intense. The servers were very attentive, and took care of our orders well!

Amerigo Vespucci is without doubt the BEST place to have your Christmas Party at in Canary Wharf!!! We've had many parties or work drinks here over the years but this Christmas in particular was the best by far. The venue is ideal and located within a short distance from our office. The staff are fabulous and very attentive to our requirements, the food was fantastic, being generous portions as well as able to cater for many different dietary requirements (one of my colleagues even went as far to say that this was the best selection of vegetarian options at a work event). The DJ's provided were awesome, playing great music all night. with the dancefloor busy all night. Everyone enjoyed the work party, which was all down to the meticulous planning and attention to detail from Jon and his amazing team. They made our budget stretch really well, so everyone was catered for all evening, even giving me an update during the evening so we knew where we were with totals and how much was left to utilise. We'll definitely be booking again for Dec 2024!!
