The advertised opening hours are not maintained. The restaurant looks untidy, not all tables are clean, some have salt and sugar, others do not. The service is inattentive and doesn't seem to care. The wifi login is unnecessarily complicated. I had the "Full English Breakfast" on 2 days. It's ok, I particularly liked the crispy fries. Rude staff, they also cannot understand English. Literally not a word. Place should be shut down. Food was inedible, cheap, nasty ingredients.

Had a awful experience at this cafe!! Was told by friends don't touch by a barge poll, but didn't listen unfortunately to my expense!! LITERALLY!! Do your self a favour, leave well alone, I was put off by dirty cutlery in first place, when I did receive clean cutlery I had two mouthfuls of my food and had to spit in a tissue it was so bad... Years ago there was a restaurant called blooms in Algate, was Jewish, was notorious as being Very rude to its customers, they could get away with it, the food made up for the staff being rude, was part of blooms character. I'm afraid Bean and beyond is disgusting people.. And being rude and not being able to speak English and food and cleanliness a big issue.. Go to local Pret if possible..

Our visit was unpleasant and very disappointed. Especially shef who cooked our lunch. Chicken and sausage were raw and not fresh salad.. Black lady with a short hair was unprofessional at all. Instead of serving customers and making her duties, she was on her phone all the time on her phone. Big shef with a grey hair was very rude and disgusting. Place dirty....

Pour notre dernier jour sur Londres, où nous habitons le quartier de Limehouse, nous avions repéré ce restaurant qui fait breakfast / brunch. Une excellente expérience ! Les lieux sont très propres, lumineux, l'accueil est excellent. La carte est bien variée, et permet des combinaisons salées et/ou sucrée pour notre breakfast à l'anglaise. Il y a du choix pour tous, y compris végétarien. Les caissières et serveuses sont très agréables, souriantes, et discutent sans soucis de voyages et se tentent au français. Nous nous sommes régalés de haricots, frites, viandes, omelettes, et même de bons pancakes sucrés. Un magnifique endroit familial, bien entretenu et très accueillant.

Best café around for miles. Friendly staff, great food and good prices. The space is light and airy too. We will be back and are very happy to have found this gem of a local spot.
