We live just up the road and I’m always impressed with how lovely the service is plus a great veggie pizza with tonnes of toppings , it fills the void and I will never stop visiting when it’s time for a cheeky little treat. Goes brilliant with football or movie night. Thanks guys ❤️

Ordered two Pizzas and other bites Pizzas arrived covered in exploded sauce from two melted and shrunk cold sauce capsules They had evidently been reheated or put in oven after cooking Pizzas therefore soggy and ruined When rang up to tell them accused of doing it myself to get refund Needless to say will never use again

waited over an hour for the food. Couldn’t eat any of it. It was all revolting. The burger was undercooked, chewy with curdled warm mayonnaise all over it. The sides were stone cold. A waste of money. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered a whole peri peri chicken, waited an hour for which you would expect most of that time being used to cook the chicken. So imagine our surprise when it turned up almost completely raw on the inside! Will not be ordering from here again, this is disgusting.

Me and my friends ordered some chicken for a nice movie night in. The food itself took over an over to be delivered and when it came to our shock we discovered it was raw!! After discovering this we rang the shop to make a complaint, to which the person replied that we couldn’t get a refund until the manager arrived, after persisting and saying we would leave a bad review ( to which I am doing anyway) he was suddenly able to give us a refund! Continuing the phone call we made sure to let him know how displeased we were and also how disgusted, their error could’ve had made us seriously ill, the guy on the phone hung up!! So unless you want late delivery, raw food and rude customer service I highly recommend not going here!!

Amazing food, great service. They were unsure of address as we were renting a rural cottage but they made sure we had it in good time and hot.

Ordered food on 2nd Feb took an hour to deliver and when we finally got it. It was missing curly fries and popping chicken so my wife rang up and she was spoken to like a picece of cr@p by eidrs , he said he put the fries in himself which they was not in the bag and when we said about the popping chicken we was told we didn't order them and wasn't charged he then said if we could prove we did he would give us free food for a year and refund the bill. also the dips was wrong but couldn't be botheres to say about it because the guy on the phone wasnt having any of it also my wife ordered a double chicking burger for 4.49 and received chicken peices in a bun which is cheaper on the menu waited over half an hour for our fries so rang again and they still hadn't been sent out so said don't bother as we had already eaten! This is absolutely disgusting! And will not be ordering from you again!!!

Will not use this pizza delivery service again. Pizzas took 90 minutes to arrive! Only 8 slices for £15! Rude telephone manner. Suggest avoid.

Having used this service for years, I was not impressed with the telephone manner from this chap today, slamming the phone down a customer is weak and pathetic, you should choose wisely who you employ to answer the phone I suggest.

Ordered two 'large' and a 'personal' sized pizza to be delivered. The pizzas were delivered within the 50 minutes as promised. That's the only good bit. The pizzas were cold, amazing considering they were cooked fresh and the pizza place is only ten minutes from where we were. Not only were they cold, but they were very over cooked, bordering on burnt. We phoned to complain, and was told by way of an apology they would send another pizza. Then we had a voicemail (as the mobile reception is poor where we are) saying to call them. We called and said if we wanted another pizza, we would have to go and collect it. Very disappointed by the poor customer service, the size of the pizza and the poor quality of the cold over cooked food especially considering how much we paid. Avoid like the plague. Stick to Domino's

We have come for a short break away at the Lower Mill Estate. There are very few options for takeaway pizza so we decide to go with a local takeaway, American Pizza. We ordered two large and a medium totalling over £30 and after almost an hour wait we were presented with an abysmal excuse of a meal. There's a reason they don't specify the number of slices, it's ludicrous to charge £12.99 for 8 pieces. I would have been sated if the pizzas arrived with good ingredients. However the pizza was cold, dry and generally too pitiful to feed a party of 10. I then called the "manager" of the establishment who said he would send a complimentary pizza. A small gesture yet we accepted. An hour later he claimed he had spoken to us, then told us the original offer to send out a pizza was now collection only. If we wanted it delivered we would have to cover a £2 charge. Absolutely TERRIBLE service, TERRIBLE food and TERRIBLE compensation. Avoid at all costs, fingers crossed the business will be run into the ground and all responsible will be forced to find other work.

First and last time went in to order a pizza some ignorant girl taken a phone order obviously barely acknowledged me as she shoved a menu in front of me they really need more staff on front counter 10 minutes later still phone nobody out of the other half a dozen staff acknowledged me or come to take order, abysmal customer service would never entertain the thought of going here again very over priced for what is basically a filling on some dough

We had been buying from American pizza for a very long time but the service has been quickly declining. The last 3 times we ordered pizzas we've had problems. -2 no shows - 1 wrong order The last time we weren't told our pizza wouldn't be coming until an hour and a quarter after we ordered meaning we didn't here until around half 8. And all they offered us was half price, even after I explained how long I'd been going there and that it was the third order in a row they'd messed up. Won't be going back again. Such a shame

We had a delivery from American pizza whilst staying in south cerney. The delivery did take over an hour to arrive but they did deliver to our holiday cottage. The food was warm rather than hot but it was very tasty. I would use again but I would collect next time.

Just had a delivery and not happy at all waited over an hour to be delivered the smallest pizza Iv ever seen and cold for £9 suppose to be a medium looks like a small ripoff! and chicken tenders soggy and cold!! 6year old now starving hungry and past her bedtime waiting for a re delivery but guessing it's going to take another hour as only 1 delivery driver! gone down hill majorly sort it out you now have competition in the area you will start loosing your long time customers! That's us already gone after this!

have always used american pizza, they cope well with small orders, and are capable of large orders too.

I used this pizza company often, but recently I picked up a new menu only to find that all there toppings are now halal. I want the meat that I eat wether it's on a pizza or not to be slaughtered humanely

I ordered 2 lots of pizzas sides and a pudding and drink for me and my partner.They delivered the order completely wrong, wrong pizzas wrong sides and forgot both deserts and drinks! TThen they didn't pick up the phone! I'm disabled and was dumped with pizzas I didn't even like let alone order. Customer services haven't replied. Shocking service!

Though the food may leave the premises hot, by the time it gets to your front door you will need to reheat it. You get growled at on the phone an if you visit you get to see the staff picking their noses and not washing their hands.

Here's the thing, when you get a pizza delivered, you expect a reasonable pizza. But this is really very good! They delivered, two for one on a Tuesday, so it's a reasonable price for very good pizza. I call that excellent value. (Try the Chicken bacon ranch. Yum!)

Takeaway pizza is normally stodgy greasy and leaves you feeling guilty! Not here! The chorizo and basil melt is Devine! A proper pizza with proper ingredients. Collection on a family sized I think is a tenner which does 2 adults nicely. It's not gormet by any means but is the best takeaway pizza we've ever had and we have eaten many!

We decided to get takeaway pizza for a family members birthday. Was very good value as it was buy one get one free (only on tuesdays). There was 7 of us and so we shared 4 pizza's. They do half and half, which is really good as you dont always want the same flavour on it all if you share a pizza. The pizza's were very yummy. I had ham and pineapple, but we had a mixture of different flavours, all went down well. Would recommend if you fancy a takeaway pizza, but try and look for their deals as prices are quite high.
