Not happy food arrived 3 hours late!

Food is good....service and delivery is shocking....2hrs and 23mins from ordering to receiving delivery...Basildon to Wickford 3.6miles 🤔🤔

Rang up to complain because order was 40 minutes late and stone cold and the first bloke put phone down on me was rude kept talking over me rang the second time asked to speak to the manager and this bloke goes sorry he don’t talk much English so I said are you the manager he said no manager very busy out on deliveries the food was so cold and late and rude staff not happy I won’t be ordering again at all. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere!

When people ask for no sauce don’t then cover the kebab fully in chilli sauce 🤦🏼‍♀️ disgusting can’t even it

Never ever ordering from this restaurant again and i would not recommend for nobody. Honestly i never eat a bad quality food before like this . You guys need to get a new chef !!

Amelia's cafe Under new management. The food was lovely enjoyed my breakfast. Good service by the staff. Very friendly welcoming. Recommend to everyone to come try it now.

Since being taken under new management the quality of the food is outstanding and delivery was on time really recommend!!!

Top 5 reasons why not order from here: Have ordered from here a few times now, each time thinking it would be different.... boy were we wrong. 1) ordered some food for breakfast and a baguette to take to work for lunch- turned up the baguette was in between all the hot food making the cold baguette now warm, soggy and falling apart. 2) ordered breakfast another time- had half the breakfast missing was short on the phone and told to just refund it and claim from just eat (no apology or offer to correct) 3) two or thee times we've ordered and they've 'forgotten' the drinks, ordered dinner again tonight (2 meals that you have to choose drinks for - was told there's no drinks on the receipt) 4) rarely turned up on time and when I've called they've not seemed bothered or apologetic 5) dinner tonight consisted of what I call 'breakfast for dinner' as this suggests its a fry up but for dinner both meals say chips - we got hash browns -not even close the only similarity is that they are both made with potato....

Food never arrived after ordering from Just Eat, requested a refund, after a 2 hour delay! Couldnt get through on the phone, so dont bother trying to ring! Awful service, cant comment on food quality! Would not recommend to my most hated enemy!

Waited an hour for my delivery on just eat for it to state delivered, I called up and was told it was with the driver, 20 mins later I call again and was told the driver has just turned up and will be leaving shortly, 40 mins later my food turned up warm and soggy. Looks amd smells like it was microwaved. Not even fit for consumption. 2 hours and 20 mins wait for nothing. Waste of money, would not recommend. Its like they want me to start cooking my own meals.

Very disappointed, poor quality of food and service. Would not recommend to eat, restaurant needs to review their food and hospitality. Dirty toilet, tables, no napkins or cutlery had to ask and it wasn’t clean. People’s food were still on the table.

Absolutely disgusted with this place waited 2 hours for the food to turn up cold and wrong order asked for no mushroom or tomato and got ignored and extra sausage charged me for it and didn't put it on, food was greasy forgot my drink and refused to re deliver it.. my advice would be avoid Amelia's cafe at all costs

Great Breakfast Wraps, They had a vegetarian option too which was good.
