Amazing in Leeds

It comes with a heavy heart, that I must concede the best S&P chicken & chips from Amazing. Over 3 years, 40 orders of the same dish and £400 of hard earned tax paying student loan, Bobby’s S&P has claimed this prestigious place. Farewell Amazing, you shall always have my heart

Quick delivery however taste wise some things were off Pizza was decent wouldn’t say anything was wrong with the chips were very good and flavourful however the sauces had leaked in there packaging a little mainly though the taste of the sauces was really off putting the Garlic mayo didn’t taste of any garlic it was just plain mayo and the bbq sauce was horrendous it didn’t taste of bbq it tasted more like brown sauce overall the food is decent and is quickly delivered however the condiments:/

Food was vile, deliver by driver was a weirdo and so rude.

Food was hot and delivered on time with a polite, friendly driver. My partner absolutely loved his food but for me, food wasn’t so great. I had ordered a veg chow mein, veg curry and egg fried rice. In my curry there was a piece of chicken. As you can imagine this was not great at all for me being a vegetarian and it put me off my food. I do understand that accidents can happen and this may be one of them, but the restaurant should’ve taken more care and ensured everything was prepared correctly

Couldn’t find address then when got here food was undercooked and cold (chicken) it was 1am to be fair. Noodles were nice but very basic.

Delivered on-time, the food was fresh and hot. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, not over or under cooked, just right. Plenty of meat in the dishes and good amounts of sauce. I’ve never had as much egg in egg fried rice before it was delicious and not too greasy. The Calzone was huge and full. Plenty on its own without needing chips. I’d definitely order from here again. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Left food on door step without knocking or doorbell. Even our hyperactive Spaniels didn't hear them.

Changed delivery time and was still late! All freezing cold, no flavour, ordered special black bean and it was only 2 pieces of beef and rest veg!!!

Absolute RUBBISH... !! Hot & sour soup tasted strange and was neither hot nor sour ..!! Special curry was like wallpaper paster and was mainly onions...!! Fried rice was lumpy. A Waster of time and money.. !!!!! 😡

Highly unprofessional, terrible customer service and extremely rude staff. They claim failed delivery and make you pay extra £5 for re-delivery. Save your money, order somewhere else.

The driver knocked and obviously we couldn't hear him as we on top floor instead he just left the food on door step and when I foned to asked he was rude and said he will not deliver to that address and found this to be an angry way to deal with a paying customer

3 days in row for smashing food and friendly early delivery. Can’t complain. Food is too good with great prices and big portion . Love it

This was our first time ordering from here and will probably be our last unfortunately. It was a meal of mixed feelings, my partners sweet and sour Cantonese style was apparently quite nice and her chips were okay too. My set meal of chicken balls, egg fried rice and prawn toast were not so good sadly. The chicken balls looked quite large but they were quite greasy, stodgy and the piece of chicken inside was small and had no texture. I had asked for curry sauce instead of sweet n sour but I wouldn't have known it was curry sauce as it was bland and had no heat to it, it was more like gravy. The prawn toasts were too many for one person as there were lots, but these were cold and greasy too. Lastly my egg fried rice was very bland and lacked seasoning. Basically I didn't enjoy my meal and binned most of it and my partners meal was okay but nothing special so for this reason we won't be ordering from here again.

Made my order to the following takeaway which was expected to arrive in the coming hour. I thought this was to be expected due to the time however on arrival I was unaware the food had arrived and when I went to check there was no driver or food. I then returned to my door after checking emails and having one from yourselves that they would try again but once again I was met with no food. To be honest I am completely unaware of what has occurred in regards to delivery process or potential errors with the emails. All I am aware of is that the food never ended up my hand and to confirm this I have doubled checked this morning for any evidence of waste and there isn’t any. Would really appreciate some form of empathy from this interaction as I don’t feel comfortable paying nearly £20 for food that myself and girlfriend never ate.

Delicious food until I got to the end of my fried rice and was eating rice in oil, had to spit out. Unfortunately chef over did it with the oil, apart from that everything else was spot on

Great food and you can get all the stuff under 1 roof pizza . Curry and kebabs we all like differant stuff so now we dont have to order from more than one place

Not happy with my order, I order chicken biryani but they put chicken fried rice, i expected 6 pcs fried chicken but its all chicken wings I couldn't believe it even the curry it's not nice too many sauce and only 3 pcs of meat was in it how dare they are its expensive but they offer me cheap cheap..not to order again believe you will waste your money

These cretins didn’t have the decency to answer anyone of my calls, let alone deliver food I waited for over 1 hour for. They have no ethics or customer service. Good luck if you order from them in the future.

Everything was great apart From the family chicken box. Bland, some over cooked, some under 😢 it was really unpleasant

I ordered chicken curry and they sent me something else I rang the takeaway to tell them this they was very rude on the phone they did not replace my order so I will not be ordering again the food they sent didn't look cooked enough to eat so I had to put it in the bin so wouldn't recommend

Awful customer service was a mistake from my side by clicking collection. I called up 3 times they advised they will send someone out and I will need to pay for delivery which I agreed to. on the final call they were shouting saying get a taxi driver to come collect it or call a friend to collect it. Horrible service would not recommend this place at all

Salt and pepper chicken wings/strips with Chips will always get a 10/10 with Amazing for me. My only problem was the curry sauce, ordered the wrong one again. Can never find the 'usual' curry sauce on the menu list🥴 can you make it easy to find please?!

Used to order from here all the time, but what I’ve just received is absolutely vile. Salt and pepper chips were flat cold. The rice looks like it’s been sat in the container for ages and has come out solid, and the curry sauce had literally turned to jelly and come out congealed. What the hells happened to this place.

Food was pretty terrible. Piping hot pieces of chicken next to stone cold pieces of chicken. Won’t be ordering again.

I'm not usually picky with chinese food, but after being unable to finish the fattiest chicken balls ever and then proceeding to throw them back up, I can say that I would not be recommending this place.

I ordered the special calzone ( Little bit of everything) little being the optimum word regarding meat, found 4 tiny pieces of ham which looked like it was from a packet cut into squares. It was the worse calzone I have ever had, all veg and cheese!

The food was absolutely shocking the cheese on the chips smelt off and it was all stuck to the box, the chicken pakoras was rock hard and definitely would not describe it as a chicken pakora or even feed it my dog!

Sort out your delivery time slots and you have a great little takeway. One day i wait 20 mins the next day 80 mins. I dont mind waiting so muc but when the app tells you 'Enjoy your food' when you dont have it isnt a good look. However, the chicken wings continue tbe amazing and that draws me back time after time. Keep up the good kitchen work you have going kn, improve on the delivery side. Muchos Love ❤
