Amanda's cafe selco builders warehouse in Dacorum

Wow what a great cafe , a hidden gem , Amanda’s cafe is upstairs in Selco Builders Warehouse in Maylands ave ,Hemel Hempstead, me and few workmates have been having our breakfast here for a few months now and have never been disappointed, excellent food and amazing staff, traditional breakfasts but also a specials board , I had Eggs Benedict the other morning , it was gorgeous, all cooked to order also a good selection of teas coffee and soft drinks, highly recommend , well done Amanda and all your Staff

I’ve been to Amanda’s Cafe a few times over the last couple of months and it has always been spot on. The girls in the kitchen are always friendly and love a chat but more importantly the food is delicious. Hands down the best sausage I’ve had in a cafe!! Plenty on your plate. Definitely worth the visit.

I use Amanda’s cafe daily, the food is delicious and always quickly made. So there is no long waiting times which is perfect as most of the customers I see there are builders, who always say they’ve enjoyed their lunch and will be going back. I have no objections to the food it is always freshly cooked and available for eating in or taking away.

 wanted to try this cafe as it was in a builders merchants. There is not a lot to say about this place other than its very school canteen like. There is a tiny kitchen and a lot of microwaves. I would hardly call it s cafe but it is and it does the job. Its not the greatest and there is nothing to shout about. It does what it says on the tin but not to a greasyspoon cafe standard. I had a burger and bacon sandwhich and neither impressed me. My burger was more corn filled than beef and sandwich was just not even worth insulting.
