Al's Pizza in Wirral

My children had ordered beef burgers and coincidentally the following evening each have had a case of severe vomiting as well as constant visits to the bathroom.

Rude staff who cannot speak English and just put the phone down on you and the food wasn’t much better it’s gone massively down hill I won’t be ordering here again

Ordered 2 Calzones for a specific time. It was done 20 minutes before collection and had to call up to let them know I couldn’t be there earlier. Staff seemed quite rude over the phone, and in store too. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better… The dough was so raw it looked like cheese. Absolutely no flavour and had my partner running to the toilet after eating a slice. Waste of money, wouldn’t recommend.

Tasty pizzas, everything was hot and delivered on time

Delivery was on time but I rang to change address as I put my mums by accident they said yes ok and still delivered to my mums address! Luckily enough I live 5 mins away so drove down for the food!

The food was lovely and cooked right the 1 slight down side was there was no sauce on burgers which would of been 5 star but other than that we enjoyed it all and would order again

Bought a large chicken kebab. Cheeseburger and chips and a margarita pizza. Pizza tasted like the ones you used to get in primary school, so bland and awful. Weighed the same as a crisp packet. Cheeseburger tasted like it was tinned. Ketchup watered down so much that the tray was full of water. Lots of salt on only 1 place on chips and none elsewhere. Kebab was the worst. There is no seasoning except what tasted similar to Chinese allspice. No salt or pepper. But was actually served on a tortilla, not a pitta or naan ? So, it was completely wet through and inedible. Avoid these at all costs. It's not worth 20 quid to still be hungry and have to put it in the bin.

First time ordering from here so very pleased food delivered hot driver was lovely and everything was delicious definitely ordering from here again

Don't like to complain but firstly driver went to the wrong house and secondly my kebab was in a wrap and had NO salad and sauce. And Our chips were cold?

Chips and onion rings were good. But unfortunately very let down with the pizza. The base was very doughy and undercooked, and there was hardly any pepperoni

Food is always spot on..delivery quick. Local legend Edit: Ordered tonight, wrong order sent out, phoned back x 5 and four times they said ye ye in its way then hung up..after an hr rang me back to argue that i never ordered salad with kebab,which i always do. No effort to re send correct order or recompense so as much as i liked Als pizza, im afraid im done as poor customer service for a loyal customer.

Honestly thought I'd try a new kebab as never found one that's been amazing. Ordered from here and it was lush, all the food. They did well to accommodate my allergy also, found my new favorite kebab.

Lovely little takeaway with friendly staff and reasonably priced food. Great place to stop after the bub for a quick bite before stumbling home to bed.

Awful!!!! Pre booked delivery as daughter is at work and it rolls up 45 minutes early 🤬🤬🤬 have been trying to contact for over half hour and they keep hanging up !!!

Auful food there was allot off faults when I had the chicken it was pink inside and also the delivery driver put his middle finger up to me wouldn’t go hear again beacouse there was a pigeon in my food

Too many times I've ordered and either the instructions have not been followed or something is missing it gets really frustrating after a while. Some food can be hit and miss on quality. They have also increased the minimum delivery order from £10 to £20 and increased the delivery fee from 50p to £2.50 even when ordering direct on the website. This is really poor. Will be ordering elsewhere in future.

Order here at least twice a month. We always pick custom topping calzones, and they’re perfect every time. Always really quick, I live quite close but here in 20 minutes sometimes. Latest it’s ever been is about 15 minutes after quoted time. Their calzone is one of the best. Get a free cheesy garlic bread when you order enough. I order directly through their website and get a 10% discount every time too.

18.95 and a text for 17.00 after calling no free garlic bread or bottle pizza not nice like it was years ago burgers not good chips and cheese raw and cheap tasteless cheese will not be ordering hear again

Food was bone cold and left outside. No ring or knock to let us know and had the cheek to argue that they knocked when they clearly never. Very disappointed as no I have cold pizza 😒

Food was alright, came 45 mins late, ordered at 6pm and it said it will be with me at 7. Called at 715 and they said it's just gone in the oven, wrong garlic bread arrived too, chips were a bit soggy. Pizza is nice though

The scran was shocking, big Al is a punny and needs to go back to kebab skool m8. I've had milky stars more cooked than that donner he had the cheek to serve me. The driver is a gonk an needs slap round the chops with an garlic naan, if I should ever eat here again it will be too soon.

Food turned up late, chips where soggy and greesey, the burger was tasteless and the pizza was like cardboard, called to ask them to send fresh fries and the staff where disgusting. No wonder foreigners get a bad name.

Disgusting food, donna meat burnt and hard, Asked for plain donna kebab and put lettuce and red onion on top, spent £10 couldn't even give us a garlic bread because it says over £10 Luigis is well better

Ordered bluto burger (really greasy and chicken tasted funny and slimmy), cheesy chips(tasted like dirty fat), donna meat (tasted burnt and was soggy) and coleslaw (vile) got the free folded garlic bread (only thing that got ate) ... it was disgusting i had a bit of everything and i will be keeping whats left so if me or my son is ill tomorrow i will be reporting it and sending the left overs for testing ! What a let down used to be my fav place to go never again !!!

My favourite pizza place, I look forward to coming over from Liverpool too stay in partners mums just to order from here the food is always perfect and always on time and hot ordered over 30 times never had a problem 10/10 would suggest ALS to anyone 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Food and service is wonderful

Had only two items from their. Half pounder was outstanding 10/10 points
