Aload a waffles in Glasgow City

I ordered from here recently and my food was 2hrs late so decided to text and ask for money back on my order. After 2hrs and a bit I finally received my food, then 10 minutes later the delivery man returned to my address and aggressively insisted that I returned the food back to him and would not leave my doorstep until I did so. I also got a message back from the restaurant saying that I will not receive any money back even though my food was taken from me. I have tried to contact the restaurant since then to discuss this issue and have been ignored. This was disgusting behaviour and will never be ordering from here again.

Waffle and milkshake are amazing and customer service is very good. Definitely recommend it and try it out before reading false reviews boys were outside smoking cannabis and were told to move away from the shop and smoke elsewhere

They didn’t allow home delivery until a person spend near about 10 pound in don’t like that thing If person a need only one thing then how they can order a lot of things

Ordered Eton mess milkshake and Churros they were both amazing . The milkshake had buts of frozen strawberry all the way through it ice cream was delicious. The churros were coated in biscotti and filled. Amazing ! Strawberry Nutella waffle was dynamite. Excellent value for money and outstanding flavours. Definitely out new dessert place!

Very fast and polite delivery, even gave a free slush complimentary for being a loyal customer !! Cookie dough is amazing and this place is not stingy with the sauce which is amazing!

Horrible customer service when asked where my delivery was man on the phone got cheeky after waiting an hour and a half , if you can't deliver to certain locations on time then sort out your delivery areas, never ordering again from this place

Ordered a biscoff cookie dough and slushy. Coooie dough is by far the best in glasgow! Not overly sweet just perfect!! Just the right portion size too!! Slushy is so sweet and for sure the real stuff! Nothing watered down At all. Would high recommend!

Delicious bubble waffle! Perfect for 2 to share.

We love this place. Our favourite so far is the Joker Special. The waffle itself is the perfect consistency, not claggy/doughy. The topping is brimming with fresh raspberries/strawberries. Lots of warm brownie pieces and yummy sauces/chocolate. Comes with cream and ice cream. Have also tried the milkshakes, which are delicious too, especially the bounty one.

Had crunchie milkshake and cookie dough with the family very delicious definitely a must try! You won't be disappointed

I come back specifically for this beautiful Eton Mess sundae! It is made with so much love and care and the finest ingredients. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. I absolutely love everything about this store - just what pollokshields needed 👏🏻🧁🍭🍰🍨

We had the Joker Royale waffle and Bounty milkshake.. both were delicious. The decor is nice and clean, staff pleasant, prices reasonable and there's plenty of free parking. The waffle was absolutely loaded with brownie pieces and fruit. The fruit in other places can sometimes taste sour but this was just perfect.

Love this place! Food is really great and the guys who run it are lovely. Great addition to the neighbourhood.

Best waffles in Glasgow! I love that they chop up the toppings nice and fine so it's not difficult to eat. GREAT selection on the menu, something for everyone and the service is just as sweet as the dessert. 10/10 will be back for our next visit :)

Asalamu alykum. This is my second order from you guys and I’ve got to say this has to be the best desert shop I’ve ordered from! Mashallah and allahuma barik to you guys. I’ve ordered button waffles and kinder milkshake. I was honestly going to expect it to be undercooked like the previous order I ordered from but wow! Was it quick and cooked properly? Not even that! It looked appealing😋. I just couldn’t stop but every bite was just filled w love and it was so delicious. Couldn’t stop but to take a bite after bite. I was so excited to order again! It was so soft! It was the right amount of chocolate. I can go days and days about how good this was! And today I’ve ordered again and big up to the boss man thank you so much for giving me a free cake literally made my night brother! All my money will definitely go to you guys!😂 this has to be my top 1 dessert job in Glasgow not gonna lie it’s better than desserts.
