Allerton Express Pizza and Kebab in Leeds

I ordered pizza and a bread and vanilla cheesecake. I must have been sat there for 20 minutes they prioritise online orders to in-store orders also i live in the village so the pizza was still warm when I got back but it was over cooked .. it was like eating cardboard not worth the price and then the cheesecake was half frozen and looked to have freezer burn and tasted like it was off it tasted off and the texture was so gross 🤢🤢.

Absolutely disgraceful service went in with a service dog and got told to get out after paying for my food disgusting customer service and horrible attitudes towards customers

Food arrived FREEZING cold, clearly don't use hot bags, only thing warm was the £5.50 'ice cream' milkshake. Unfortunately will not use again.

Was in the area for fundraising and got a bit peckish, wonderful food. Great portions, the hospitality of the people is amazing aswel, very nice people! If I’m ever in the area, I’m landing it here :D

Best pizza, absolutely delicious 💯

Fast delivery, good prices, decent portions, however, do not order cheesecake unless you want to wait 3 hours before eating it as it's frozen solid and tastes like a £1.50 supermarket cheesecake

Always ordered from here and was spot on. Last few times the chips have been soggy/greasy, when they are normally amazing. Pizza last few times hasn't been on point and tried their chicken parmesan, it was not a parmesan or even similar to one. Very over done chicken, no bechamel sauce and they forgot the salad.

We ordered a meal deal 2 pizzas garlic bread 2 chips and bottle of pop not a bad word to say about any of it absolutely gorgeous food we will be returning again 👌👌

The past 3 orders have been wrong and they refuse to correct there mistakes I won't be using these again

So I have ordered off them for the last 2 years and food has always been great tasty food so I placed order tonight as. Not had takeaway in few months wow so disappointed the pizza was flat cold and not cooked properly chip cold and soggy also ordered some cheese bites and was cold and like fetta cheese so I called the shop didnt seem one bit interested even so I'm very good customer not even offer to replace the food poor service I spent lot money with them over the years and now lost me as a customer I will never order again

First time of ordering, after being recommended . Great food, tasty, within time with delivery. Definitely worth a 5 star, will be ordering again

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a combination kebab where only the chicken was sent, no doner meat sent. Rang to ask for the meal resending as it was incorrect. 20mins yes later more chicken arrived which was still not the correct order even if they had just sent the missing item. A second phone call and they reluctant to send anything at all despite their numerous mistakes. The delivery driver arrived for the third time with just doner meat baring in mind the rest of the food arrived at least 40minutes before this so the rest of the food was freezing at this point along with the crusty doner they’d just delivered. Absolutely shocking and I will never be ordering from here again. At the prices they charge I expect my order to be hot and correct at the very minimum. I appreciate it is a Saturday night but when you make mistakes you should rectify them by replacing the meal with your delivery times being so long

Well can honestly say you won't get a nicer kebab in Castleford than from Allerton express. Very well presented. Not a touch of Grease. Very tasty. Will defo be ordering again thank u Allerton express

Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone! We stumbled across this takeaway when me and my partner was sick of having bad experiences with food from our local takeaways. We are always reluctant to try new places but we gave this place a chance. We ordered and When it came my god we were impressed the food is delicious and the portion sizes are incredible! We’ve never looked back since, the only takeaway we order from now. 100% best takeaway we’ve ever had never greasy or never had food that I haven’t enjoyed from them, staff are always polite when delivering or ordering over the phone. honesty would recommend too anyone look for a decent takeaway! 10/10 from me and my family. Must try asap!

Fist time tonight and it won't be the last , friendly staff ,Freshly cooked authentic food . I had the mixed kebab which included chicken on the grill with lamb shish also cooked on the grill with a pitta and a fresh crisp salad with fabulous flavours.

The best takeaway by far! The pizza’s are amazing and so are the cheesy chips. Wish there was an option for adding cheese onto the chips for the meal deals as sometimes when I put in the comments it doesn’t always get seen but an amazing takeaway 10/10 would definitely recommend

First time ordering thought I'd try due to the reviews. Last time ordering waited over an hour and half for delivery. Appreciate you say your busy but a lil heads up as I'd of ordered elsewhere. The foods below par pizza base extremely thick not the best tasting pizza either so disappointing. Bolognese chips awful. Also missed my can of pepsi. Foods just left me feeling really unwell. Tried calling on numerous occasions just rings out no response

Tried first time last night, (new to area). I have tried alot of kebabs from different areas, The one I ordered last night was up with the best I've tried. Very tasty food, fresh salad, very clean takeaway, friendly staff. Will be trying different food here to see if all is as good/fresh and tasty.

Absolutely bang on. Only had a kebab so far but this is definitely a cut above the rest. They've actually taken some time and thought over it. Meat is fire cooked, chilli sauce is home made, chips have hot paprika seasoning, salad is not just an afterthought but is dressed. If you like your kebabs then give this a whirl. Going to be my 'go too' for 2022

Great quality food! The kebabs taste amazing especially the lamb and chicken shish kebabs which are so healthy and full of flavour at the same time- they go so well with the homemade chilli sauce and you have to try their unique pizza burgers, the first time I’ve seen one and they are a perfect combination if you can’t decide! Also the staff are super friendly and the place is by far the cleanest takeaway I’ve seen who prepare fresh food everyday! Thank you 😊
