Ordered at 13:40 for a small pizza and a panini. Customer before us received a 16” pizza for the family in about 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that other customers who ordered after us were getting their orders. Sat outside waiting further still. Temperature is dropping and extremely cold outside. Go in ask where the order is after 40 mins was told it’s a further 15 minutes. 35 minutes after that returned back in my hands blue and in pain from the freezing temperatures to be told it’s going to be longer. Attitude from staff was “What do you want me to do about it?” While trying to tell me a basic 6inch cheese pizza takes over 65 minutes to be made. Asked for a refund and left. It’s a shame as the food and look of the place seemed really nice. Being a local business you want to support but the customer service was atrocious and waiting times for such a basic order unacceptable. Avoid until they can sort out poor service. Updated: for clarification. When we arrived there was only 1 other customer in the place ordering for a large pizza. That arrived to that family within 10 minutes. Within this point after we had ordered more customers arrived of which around half other orders before others who were first. It’s interesting you are claiming time when I can clearly see not only the clock in your store from outside but I know when I was listening to the buildup to the 2pm premier league game as we arrived. But the time you part refunded us it was 35 minutes into the match. That’s over 1 hour. Im not one to really say about people lying as I would like to give them an opportunity to correct themselves. This response to the review is an outright lie and deceitful. Once more i asked for the refund after you made the arrogant claim because the one thing you should have said that point of which all the other customers who had been waiting were expecting “sorry”. It’s very clear from reviews on here and other social media platforms the staff need training in how to respond to customers to keep them informed and try to relieve any stress for the additional wait. You as a company didn’t and have tried to double down making up false information to try and get away with such poor service. In addition to this there was a couple who had waited 20 minutes for 2 hot chocolates and were still waiting when I finally intervened. I am changing my response to avoid until they can do better. But really now I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs. This local business takes no pride in its service and is a disgrace to Halifax

I can't rate the food as one hour after ordering two uncomplicated items, it still wasn't ready, despite other customers ordering and receiving similar items after us. My partner was sat at the outside tables freezing so we made the decision to ask for a refund and leave, paying only for the bottle of water and coffee. Extremely disappointing as the atmosphere is lovely and the food looked great but we won't be returning due to the service and lack of understanding that waiting for an hour is simply ridiculous. Update: In response to your review, please do not tell lies. The lady who served me did not specify how long the order would take for me to even agree to 25 minutes as you claim I did. I had ordered and informed the lady we were seated outside and I was told by her that she would bring my order out. It was after waiting so long I came back inside as I noticed other people were collecting their orders who were also seated outside, some of them had arrived after us. I was sat outside for at least 30 minutes. I know this because I was checking my phone and also scanning my blood sugar having had insulin before eating, which resulted in a hypo due to the food being late. When I came inside and asked how long it would be I was told 15 minutes, that's the only reason I didn't ask for a refund there and then - because she had said 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went and I asked again and was not given a response this time. At no point was I told the original order had been burnt, not even when I had requested the refund. Had I been I would not have minded as much. In addition, you have a clock on the wall behind your counter so I could tell how long the wait inside had been, never mind outside. So it's extremely disappointing you are saying I was only waiting 10 minutes after the time you 'supposedly' said. There was another couple next to me who had been waiting a while but eventually their order came but I had been waiting even longer. There was also a lady who simply ordered two hot drinks and was waiting over 10 minutes, again, I know this because I was watching the clock behind the counter. I would have considered returning but reading your response, not a chance now. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Plus, even if you did give a full refund, it doesn't compensate for the hour of my time wasted. Would you have waited an hour for two items? You say it was busy but at the point I ordered, there was less than a handful of people inside. Yes it got busier but you should be able to accommodate for that and it was frustrating to see people who ordered after me receiving their food before me - how does that work? You should have communicated my food had been burnt and you should prepare for busier periods, especially at this time of year. I appreciate your response but not being called dishonest. Good day.

Ordered online. A call to say they cancelled the order due to out of area but because we have used them multiple times to reorder again. No refund, now no money and no food. Absolute joke of restaurant! The way the guy spoke was disgusting and very presumptive we are all fully loaded in our bank accounts.

Absolutely stunning and if I could swear I would had the ham and mushroom pizza and it was beautiful the mushrooms where tasty and the ham was sensational. As was the cheese sauce and crust. Will 100% be back to try the rest of the menu and I can't wait!

Rang an order through mid afternoon today (Friday), first time here. Ordered a 12" garlic & tomato pizza & a 12" All Pizzetto pizza and also a beef lasagne. Received a warm welcome upon collecting our order which was on time. The pizzas were fantastic and the accompanying pot of tomato sauce with roasted garlic was a nice touch. The lasagne came with a pot of parmesan, fantastic, now I love lasagne, and I have eaten too many to mention, and this is up with the very best & having a generous amount of meat deserves a special mention. Highly recommended.

Why have I not found this traditional pizza shop before. Great food and will definitely be returning!

Amazing food! Tiny interior, but there's a few tables outside where we sat. Everything we ordered was tasty and hot, the only downside was lack of non carbonated drinks. Other than that, can't fault it.

Absolutely fantastic pizza and garlic bread. We’re from out of town and stopped to pick up a quick take away, ladies inside were lovely, food was incredible, pepperoni and garlic bread. Will defo be back next im up this way.

First class pizza and service, absolutely delicious tasty pizza. Looking forward to my next visit now I've had a look at the menu. Think I'll try the pasta next time, as my favourite pasta dish is on the menu, Penne Arrabiata.

We came across this authentic Italian pizzeria for the first time. We ordered the four cheese pizza and it was like been back in Italy, the pizza was really good like they are in Rome/Naples. Best Italian place in West Yorkshire!

Called in on Saturday night with a friend and asked for a table outside. The woman at the till was miserable as sin. Huffing and puffing and full of attitude. Beer was warm and she delighted in telling us, after she’d charged us, that it’d be a 30 min wait. A small place with a bad attitude. It’s a huge thumbs down from us. Everyone….go to Pizza Hut next door and get a large deep pan for £9.99 instead! The service is far superior and the Pizza better.

Stopped here for a bite to eat for the first time today and I'm glad I did! I got a 12 inch pepperoni and was genuinely one of the nicest pizzas I've had in the UK Staff where lovely and very accomadating, will definitely be paying them another visit. 10/10

Startled by the lack of open fish and chips shops in Halifax, we chose to stop for pasta and pizza instead. We were glad we did. The choice of food was wonderful. The mix of options allowed us all to have something that we desired, adults and kids alike. The staff were helpful and friendly, and catered to everything we asked for, even cups of tea! The food came quickly, the portions were generous and piping hot. Everything was delicious, and affordable too! We sat outside which was a comfortable space, well lit and decorated. So contented where we were, we all had dessert here too. These tasted homemade and were equally delicious. The crowning touch - we asked for hot chocolate. The lady serving us wasn’t confident, she’d served this beforehand and had a complaint, and so offered it to us at a discounted cost. Actually, when these came they were just as delicious as everything else! We couldn’t find one complaint about this delightful place. We will be back next time we visit Halifax. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This was our first visit to All Pizzetto, and we had mixed impressions. We got a family sized Con Carne pizza, which was described as a meat feast It cost about £19.00. For the money, I thought the toppings were very meager; just a few slices of salami spread unevenly on the surface along with a small sprinkle of seasoned mince. It really looked pretty pathetic when I opened the box, and I felt ripped off. On a positive note, the hand-stretched dough was to my liking. We received two tiny teaspoon -sized pots of tomato, which was tasty and good for dipping the pizza crusts, but there wasn't really enough to do the job The pizza came with two cans of soft drink, but we would have preferred All Pizzetto to put a reasonable amount of toppings on the pizza instead. Honestly, I'm not sure if I would return there.

Fabulous little cafe and take-away. Friendly staff, delicious food. Wouldn't get pizza from anywhere else in Halifax. Pizza has a thin base so the ratio of dough to topping is perfect and you can tell they use top-quality ingredients. Highly recommend.

I'm not going to lie this place is absolutely amazing! Even the one in the market is great too! Food prices great & always fresh! Staff are super friendly & helpful! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! (PS) Can you please add chips or fries to the menu, only thing that's missing is some good old chips to dip in my pasta!

Please fix your 99p prices or minimum delivery amount so that nobody is told they are two pence short on a paid delivery. It's a farce and I'm giving you a one star review until you apologise. (The pizza is actually nice for people taking the effort to read details)

That was an unexpected delight. Just wandered into the Market Hall Halifax looking for lunch and spotted your new place. Very tasty lasagne and a complimentary satsuma 🍊 £6.99 for freshly made pasta compares well to spending the same amount for fast food. The spot is really cosy too. Impressed 🇮🇹🍲

I found out about this absolutely gorgeous pizza place via Instagram. My partner and I decided to order as the pizzas looked so amazing!! We had the family 16" pizza and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely divine. Was made and cooked to perfection. Everything about it was so good. We ordered online and it was so easy. The delivery guy was so friendly too which makes a difference. Called in for coffee and cake on Sunday afternoon not far from Piece Hall, place was busy and obviously popular. Unfortunately they had run out of milk, I only knew this as the person making the drinks had told their colleague in front of me, not me, no apology drinks would take a little longer etc, I then watched them walk to the B&M over the road and come back 10mins later with some milk, still no message to say sorry for delay etc. They then continued to serve new customers before making the much longed for drinks...then finally plonked my drinks on the counter, didn't even look at me, I said "hope they are worth the wait" trying to prompt an apology...nothing...including no cake...had to ask...took another 5 mins to get that, very poor service, coffee wasn't worth the wait but cake was nice. Tried to support a small business as you are supposed to get better service...not this time.

What a find! Visited for the first time today and managed to get a seat inside. The pizza was absolutely out of this world and it’s great that you can have a pint of Moretti with it too! Great value, fast service and friendly staff. Will most definitely be back.

On walking past yesterday evening, the smell was so good, we called in prior to ordering a taxi, wow OMG the best pizza's I have had. Ordered four different pizza, everyone had the same response 'gorgeous, loved it' an absolutely great find. This now is one of my favorite places to eat and I will definately order again very soon, staff were friendly, quality of food outstanding and priced very reasonably. Highly recommend.

This is the best pizza in Halifax, with no doubt. The quality /price ratio is more than fair, pizza is super delicious, we have ordered a few and quarto fromaggi and rustica were top 😍 Service was really fast, they were busy and it took a bit for the order to bake, but it was worth it as we sipped from their delicious wine. Brilliant staff and amazing food well worth it's money

Magic Lasagne saved my life.... There I was, not eaten for 24 hours , going mad with toothache, out with my family for a birthday drink round Halifax, when suddenly this place of wonder came to my rescue. Couldnt eat pizza, thought Lasagne was my only option. Best one I'd had in decades, delicious , packed with everything you need and fresh out of the oven with a little pot of parmesan to sprinkle over. 5 mins later, toothache gone, dizzyness gone, revived and back to the Meandering. But not without another Lasagne to take home...... Been back since, going back again. All the family can't believe how the food can be so good for such a low price. Thank you, All Pizzetto

Lovely customer service, delicious food, short wait time. My first visit here wasn’t really what I was hoping for and I was quite shocked because of the amount of good reviews this place has. Pizza was not was I was expecting, it tasted weird and cheap, so did the pasta sauce but I am aware it could have been because of new staff who were still in training. However, I gave this place a second chance and last few visits were amazing. Best pizza, which I highly do recommend for everyone!

Great little bar, reasonably priced, good food , very friendly and accommodating staff!! Looked after a bag for me when I couldn't get into Piece Hall with it last week!! Highly recommended!!
