Overall impression was below average. I booked with Google which was smooth, however, when we arrived I had to search my table as none met us. I could attribute it to the high load but the place was half empty. We waited for food and drinks for 30 minutes: this is ok for food but rather strange for drinks. Cocktails were mediocre, but their price talks for itself. We spent here 1.5 hours, and I came to the bar 4 times: the spilled beer on the bar stand remained untouched for the whole 1.5 hours (and probably more), not good. The place might be ok as a pub, but not as a bar.

Incredibly poor and slow service even when almost empty. No vibe. Their rating is 100% fake

The venue was good and everyone enjoyed the leaving drinks of over 50 people as booked. We had setup a tab for £250 and then extended to £500. Our bill was £950. The explanation was that one of the guest said take the tab limit off. How can that happen without tab owner’s consent? Comment after receiving a response back: Not true. The staff had no answers so it’s just a PR message.

Awful rude.staff and unfriendly .. I came one hour away and the voucher didnt work for complimentary wine which says must be claimed Fri or Sat which it was ..the manager said I can't help you as if I give you the.wine it comes out of my salary !!!! Shocking

What an awful experience! Should have known from the empty restaurant, from start to finish it was shocking. First of all, toilets, they are disgusting, they hadn't been cleaned in about two weeks by the looks of it… and we went for breakfast so they should have been cleaned prior. Secondly the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, bearing in mind we were the only table in the restaurant. The food when it arrived at the was AWFUL, cold, small amounts and just poor quality, the poached eggs were hard boiled and the scrambled eggs were like rubber, when we approached the waitress Ellie about this her attitude stank, she had a sour face from the moment we arrived and seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. She did however come out with some more poached eggs which might aswell have been served to us in the egg shell they were so raw. I personally went up to the chef and addressed the situation, he did apologize but told me ‘i asked for them runny so that's what I got’. Before leaving we went in to just express to the waitress how poor the experience actually was, and her awful attitude came out again, before leaving she sarcastically told us to have a nice day. Avoid this place like the plague, maccies has better service and a better breakfast.

I’ve been in a few All Bar One’s this is my favourite one, always made to feel welcomed, they have a team member by the name of Laura that’s amazing, not one time have I come in and she’s failed to make me laugh.

I discovered All Bar One a few months ago with friends, we really liked it. It’s really a nice place, very clean, very good choice of dishes, great customer service. I highly recommend this place.

My yesterday’s experience at All One Bar was nothing short of delightful. The food was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a fantastic selection and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, thanks to our server, Leo. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made our evening even more enjoyable. Leo made sure that all our needs were met throughout the evening. Overall, our visit was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful cocktails and outstanding service.

This is my third visit and I’m consistently impressed. I must give a special mention to Adaobi, the bartender. Her friendly and professional service is exceptional. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her cocktail-making skills are top-notch, and her beer pours are always perfect. It’s rare to find such consistent quality and service, but All Bar One Picton Place, and especially Adaobi, have nailed it.

I’ve previously had a good experience here, however they recently served my sister a cocktail (after asking for a mocktails) and unfortunately she took a sip after six years sober. To make matters worse, after the complaint, the staff asked if she wanted the mocktail because she was pregnant. Absolutely disgusting. You need to train your staff better, there are plenty of reasons why someone isn’t drinking. I personally won’t be coming here again, neither will my family.

I write this on behalf of my partner who attended all bar one today, as she is currently too devastated to deal with this matter. These words are true and accurate to the information I have been given by her. My partner and her sister have stayed in London over the last few days to see the Taylor swift show and enjoy London whilst they were there. All bar one historically has been a trusted and safe place for them, when they attend on special occasions. My partner is 6 years sober, as part of a winning battle against alcoholism, something she takes extremely seriously and something we hugely celebrate. She attends establishments on odd occasions like this so she doesn’t want to hold others back from enjoying themselves the way they want to, as per her selfless nature and is able to choose alcohol free options. Today they have attended, her sister ordering a cocktail and my partner ordering a Mocktail. They receive their drinks and upon her first sip my partner suspected there was alcohol in her drink. This was raised to staff and they confirmed this was in fact an alcoholic drink. They asked if she was pregnant, to which her sister stated no, she’s 6 years sober to which their stance relaxed and she was met with a half hearted apology. My partner could not complain in person so as to not ball her eyes out to the staff in what is felt to be an embarrasing display, so left and went to the nearest restaurant to have foods in a bid to soak up whatever alcohol she just took in so she can calm herself and not feel any buzz. She is utterly DEVESTATED by what has happened, I cannot put into words the effect this has had on her. This has not just ruined her trip but has been a massive blow on an extremely difficult and long term battle in her day to day life. This has been a display of terrible service, utter rudeness, and carelessness. Reasons to not drink alcohol are not limited to pregnancy, and to ask in such a manner about a protected characteristic is extremely rude and un professional. Then to dismiss a huge mistake with half hearted apologies in the wake of utterly devastating someone as a result, well I think it speaks for itself. The staff shouldn’t serve alcohol, be dealt with robustly and won’t be seeing business from us or the family again ans certainly won’t be receiving recommendations.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.
