All Bar One - Chiswell Street in Islington

Aman gave us the loveliest shot ever. It was my friend’s birthday and he kindly came over and asked us how our time was and even gave us a shot each! The service was fab and would definitely come again.

Popped in for a drink and a burger on a Monday eve. Very quiet, and ordering via app to the table was straightforward but what a grumpy lady that gave us the drinks. Could understand if they were rushed off their feet but the place was deserted The food was nice but glasses and cutlery were not clean. The toilets were disgusting. Most of them out of order, but surely someone could have been giving a check to them?

Absolutely amazing experience as always!. The staff at All Bar One are just lovely and so friendly. It was my Daughters birthday and the whole staff were so attentive to all my family and made us all feel so welcome Trisha, Paolo I can not remember the other staff member I think his name was Kade, plus there was a lovely staff member but I never got her name they were so so amazing this is the second birthday party I have had at all bar one Moorgate I particularly go there for the food and the amazing hospitality which is so hard to find at other restaurants. The food was lovely and the portion sizes were spot on. Thank You to the all bar one staff yet again for making my daughter’s birthday a memorable day. See you again definitely soon.

I came here yesterday night with two family members. We couldn’t have been happier with the service. Aman was looking after our table. He was so attentive and ensured that we had a great night. Thank you for such wonderful service and we look forward to coming back soon.

Fatal, fuimos mi pareja y yo, al llegar no nos atendieron, nos sentamos y nunca vinieron a tomar nota, los camareros detras la barra con sus telefonos riendose, les pregunté por los platos y no tenian ningúna idea. No volveremos nunca, no lo recomiendo, la comida normal pero el servicio horroroso.

There were about 14 of us having drinks from work, and one of my colleagues had a sandwich from somewhere else that they were eating. A member of the bar staff came over and said she couldn’t eat it, so she had to go into the freezing cold outside. Yet more than a dozen of us were buying drinks. It was just really petty and killed the atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back.

I am loathed to give 1 star but trip advisor doesn't allow 0. Simply rude staff. I made a joke about the lack of Guinness the day before Ireland play rugby to which the barman rudely retorted. Then, as we were leaving, our group made a couple of friendly jokes by way of chat which were not taken kindly to. As we left the manager said loudly 'Jesus Christ' like we'd been the worst bunch of drunken louts you'd ever met. We were 5 middle aged, good natured, friends who popped in for one quiet drink just before closing.

I am not sure about the latest reviews on here as there isn't any service at this restaurant anymore. You are asked to use your phone to order or order at the bar. No one checked on us and our plates were cleared by someone from the kitchen carrying a big washing up bowl. The food was ok but if I had known there was no service I wouldn't have booked. They also charged us 10% service on the bill! Sorry to moan on but the toilets looked in quite bad repair aswell. I have been here a few times over the years but it has obviously fallen on hard times.

Went on a Wednesday with the other half!! Had great drinks, the fish and chips was lush!!! But I have to say Adonis at the bar was very welcoming and knows how to have a laugh!!! Will defo go back again :)

Very impressed with Ciara, Jasmine, Antonis and the team. We booked our team Christmas lunch at the Moorgate branch which unfortunately had to be rescheduled due to train strikes. The team were helpful, accommodating and very patient, juggling multiple food orders and answering questions about the possibility of rescheduling. The food on the day was delicious and prepared and presented to a very high standard. The team were kind and helpful and all of this made for a very memorable afternoon. I would definitely recommend this venue and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Came here for drinks on a works night out. The bar is pretty big and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy enough to pick up a drink, shame about the sky high prices

Originalmente se suponía que iba a visitar un bar de la misma cadena en Appold Street, a 5 minutos, pero debido a una confusión terminamos en la sucursal de Moorgate. Decidimos quedarnos porque había un ambiente muy agradable y estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. Nuestro camarero fue muy amable y nos cuidó muy bien. Tomamos algunos cócteles y algunos platos para compartir y todo estuvo muy bien y llegó rápido. Sin duda volveremos la semana que viene y, con suerte, se organizarán eventos aquí cuando las restricciones de Covid se relajen. Felicitaciones al equipo aquí.

Me and my friends went in for a quick bite and drinks. Even tho they have this unbelievable cocktail offer (£5 classic cocktails) I decided to go for a wine. The server explained to me amazingly the different types of wine they have and how each single of them would taste/feel depending on the food we were having. Never had a such amazing food/drink pairing in a long time.

This bar definitely know what they’re doing. The food was amazing and the service was exceptionally quick. They were super responsible and followed all the Covid-19 measures which me and my friend greatly appreciated. The drinks were superb!!! And so affordable as well. The atmosphere is incredible. The staff was friendly from beginning to end. 10/10. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait to return.

Visited All Bar One Moorgate Saturday evening for a quiet tea. Romeo who served me was extremely polite, lovely, and was a great guy in general. He knows how to hold a conversation and I found out we had a few things in common. He made me feel welcome and warm and the tea with smarties was cute. Highly recommend.

Never eaten in All Bar One before but Darnell recommended the meat ball wrap and it was amazing. You all must try and thanks Darnell we will definitely be back

We visited on 26th February for catch up with some friends and was served by Darnell who was absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great place and staff! Will be visiting again soon highly recommend.

Terrible is an understatement. I came for lunch with 3 other work colleagues back in December and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff have terrible attitudes, they are very rude and were very reluctant to talk to us, and when they did they were very unpleasant. I have experienced this on more than one occasion in this all bar one and I will not be returning as this seems to be a regular occurence and not a one off. Service is very slow and it's just not a nice atmosphere. The worst all bar one I have ever been to. Change the staff!!

We tried the new Corona on draught and our normal order of trio of fries and nachos. Our server Jasmine was super fast and very willing to get us what we needed as soon as she could. Highly recommend!

Expensive and average just how we’re used to. Quiet place after Christmas and near Montcalm The Brewery Hotel. Had tapas, and Laksa and gin tonic and a pint. Toilets need attention. Service was great.

I/my company go to this All Bar One almost every Friday and numerous times throughout the week to have meetings, drinks etc as it is opposite our office building. I have come to accept the service here is not always great but due to convenience and price I continue to go. However last Friday was a particular low for me in this venue. I ordered a Peroni with a dash of lemonade and when my friend brought it too the table I immediately saw that it was flat and went to the bar to politely ask that they change it for a new one. I was very polite at the bar as I know how annoying it may be if customers are 'moaning' about something. When I asked for a replacement I was met with a look of disgust from the team member who was serving me. She then proceeded to put the pint glass on the side and smash the top of it with another glass so that the bubbles fizz up from the bottom, she then looked at me and with attitude said 'it doesn't look flat to me'. Not sure of what to say in response to that I just said 'I have drank it and it tastes flat so would appreciate it if you change it for me' she then proceeded to look at her colleague and gestured as if I had just committed some sort of crime. Made to feel very small and disrespected I quietly walked away, I chose not to complain at the time as the team member in question was not in normal uniform and looked like a manager- making this situation even worse.

Same as everywhere. Can be hit and miss with the hired staff. This one was pleasant enough to stay for a drink :-)

Business lunch for 10 colleagues. We hadn’t booked but at the restaurant at 12:00 was virtually empty.

Came here when it was very busy after work and expected a very poor service like we've had from similar venues but we couldn't have been more wrong! The barman Josh was a delight, so friendly, cracking jokes and even tolerating my drunk friend. Hope you enjoy your lunch Josh! ;) xx

My friend and I came here for a Saturday tea. She liked her Club Sandwich and I enjoyed the Pad Thai. I added King Prawns (and two big, rectangular prawn crackers) for £3. They got my order wrong and served it with chicken, but this was quickly rectified. Service was speedy enough.

Friday evening was really crowded as expected although I'd say more drinking than eating. Seemed to be a little understaffed. Food came before drinks though and the order was wrong but I wasn't that bothered. The waiter made sure the order was right so it obviously went wrong in the kitchen - hey ho. Very friendly waiter, food ok. Busy noisy atmosphere. Good for a drink. We reserved a table with a request for a quiet table. It would seem this is next to the disabled toilet and nowhere is quiet. Personally, it wasn't for me.

Esta es una zona concurrida en Londres y lugares como All Bar One tienden a estar abarrotados. El servicio fue muy rápido, con una sonrisa amable. Buena selección de cerveza y no tengo ninguna queja con respecto a la comida. Algunas mesas en la calle también. Buen lugar para bebidas y comida.
