Ali's Kebab in Barking and Dagenham

Rude people. Very bad experience..They disrespect customers. I couldn't believe their level of unprofessional service. Completely disrespectful behaviour towards customers. I don't recommend these unprofessional and rude people.

The food is very nice and they have great portions for value.The owner was extremely nice and kind great costumer service

I recently had my first experience at Ali Kebab, and I really enjoyed the food. It was tasty, juicy, and delicious. They served fresh and well-cooked meals, and I appreciated the quality of the service as well. Compared to market rates, I would highly recommend Ali Kebab. It offers great food at reasonable prices.

The chicken I ordered wasn’t cooked properly at all, it was raw inside.

it was my favorite kebab, it changed its owner, it traveled, it was twice as small and the quality was very poor. I don't recommend it anymore!!!

This place used to be great. But now the food is very poor quality, very expensive for the rubbish you get and on one occasion, they took my money and no food was delivered!. Judging by the reviews, something needs to be sorted out here! Either improve your service, attitude and food, or you're gonna lose so many customers, you'll have to shut down. Their attitude when you call or visit isn't at all good either. Really disappointing! Won't ever use again after a battle to get my money back!.

I recently visited this place with high hopes of enjoying a delicious and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The food and overall service were extremely disappointing. Let's start with the kebab itself. The meat was dry, overcooked, and lacked any discernible flavor. It felt like I was biting into a bland piece of cardboard. The pita bread, which should be soft and fluffy, was stale and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. The toppings and sauces were equally underwhelming, with wilted lettuce and a barely noticeable hint of any seasoning. To make matters worse, the service was lackluster at best. The staff seemed inattentive and uninterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. They appeared rushed and overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times and an overall sense of disorganization.

Food come stone cold, went straight in bin, refused to do anything about it when I phoned up, they stated that it was too late to deliver food that was hot, then hung up

Rudest delivery driver ever, disgusted by the service. Do not ever knock on my door again and shout at me for ordering from you and you have to drive further than you'd like to, lower your just eat radius of you don't want to deliver to my area. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Today I’ve had chicken kebab and chicken shish. The service was good and quick, food was tasty and portions were good, but unfortunately after the 30min mark I started feeling sick and hour and a half later, I had to go and vomit my guts out as I started feeling very sick and unwell. I believe I had food poisoning. This was my first meal for the day so my stomach was empty before that meal. It’s shame as I thought to my self this would be my next regular kebab place, I might give it another go and edit my review. But for now it has to be 1 star. I’m sorry.

They take ages to deliver your food. Wait 2 hours.

Ordered before 8pm for a 845 delivery, called at 9 they lied and said driver has had a accident, let me check how long he will be, 20 minutes later no phone call back so I called him he then asks what's my order so he can start cooking it now, I said no its been 1.5 hours I just want a refund he said he was going to talk to the boss a further 15 mins later no phone call, so I called back and he wasn't answering so I had to drive down there to get my money back and he stated there's Internet issues so he couldn't see the order, so why lie about everything? This isn't the 1st time, I used to order weekly from them but since the new owner took over around a year ago its gone down hill, they have taken double payments on line twice, which they then had to give me the cash back after, they randomly decided to change the pitta bread to rice, they then gave us wrapped kebabs by mistake, then last time they when I called to question wheres my delivery the said they didn't notice my order come through, I'm not giving them another chance to mess up again

Never order from this place !!!!they take from me 20 pound and never delivered my food when I’m Call to the them they start be extremely rude shouting loud and start input me and my partner !They told to me my house is to far from them and hang up the phone !!!Now I’m waiting from Refund from Deliveroo this place is anot funny joke DYSGUSTING!!!!!!

I ordered at 8.50 , said my food will be delivered by 9.30 , waited till 11 still no food. Rang the shop numerous of times no answer. They didn't have the decency to ring me or even update the order. Didnt end up getting my food. DONT BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS KEBAB SHOP . POOR SERVICE

Being a regular customer doesn’t even matter anymore. Orders take forever to come and when you call they are confused what you ordered which shows it’s not even on the grill and then no one knows how to communicate and shows any service. No point having a shop and losing customers after the first order. If you aren’t giving the food for free. Treat your customers like how you would like your customers to treat you.

Cannot provide a proper service. Ordered on just eat, kept saying 10 mins, 10 mins, 10mins. - total waste of time. They know we are waiting so know they can take the P Went to the place too and were being difficult. If you want food - forget it - more stress than its worth!

Not as tasty as I thought. Kebab and donner was served with plain basmati rice..it doesn't go with plain basmati rice..Chips would have been ideal.

After some issues last night while ordering! I called today and like a true gentleman he called at my house again for me even tho he didn’t really have to! The best part is he had remade everything for me and it was absolutely gorgeous! Stand up and take a look everyone else *THIS IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE*

Ordered 5 kebabs, theres no pitta for one kebab, theres no salad for 3 kebabs, theres no sauce for 3 kebabs. Two complete kebabs was ok. Never ordering again.

My family and I thought Ali's kebabs were great when they first opened - and they were. Sadly the service is shocking. Wrong orders delivered, items missing and to top it all the website took money for an order I placed - didn't get the food but they still took the money. Now to sort it out through the bank. Please be aware and careful when using their site - in person is probably best - and you may even get the correct order!

Could be better with more spice and taste to it no taste what so ever. Portions are good thou.

Ordered from alis for my first time had halloumi wrap chicken shish wrap etc was very happy with our food all meat was cooked perfect and the halloumi wrap was in large chunks will use again

First time trying and have enjoyed the food. Really good food and cheap too!.. only thing, i selected option to pay by card but when the delivery driver turned up, he said cash only... lucky we JUST had about enough cash here!! But will order again... a make sure we have cash!
