Great food but a little disappointed at the lack of paneer in the dish. Indian restaurants all do this. More sauce, less paneer. They should do the right thing.

The food was not good. Amritsari fish was like besan pakoda. Poor service as no person was at reception entire time we were eating there. Staff was not aware about the menu. On asking about the items, the girl told me that I can directly go to the chef and ask them. There were two chefs working in kitchen sound very unprofessional and taste was very poor...

I would never go again. Chutney was off, I ordered red wine and that was off and also the vegetarian starter was awful too. I didn't order mains so no idea ! I left.

Such a wonderful place with correct amount of spices and very clean on top with beautiful decoration lovely food and all staff is very nice

Food had no flavour and no quality to it, freshness was nowhere to be seen. Nanbreads were chewy and tasteless.

Usually it’s a good food but this time mixed grill was really a let down. Paid 24.50 for a undercooked chicken. It’s not worth it. I hate giving a bad reviews but I like honesty. I hope management look into this.

They claim to offer a discount on the Market meal app. when I called, the guy over the phone had no clue and told me they do not do anything like Markeet meal. Then he said the manager is not there and he has no clue.

Food was delivered cold and late - spent 40 pounds and had to microwave food that turned up. The restaurant kept lying and just eat customer services was truly awful.

Attended a wedding over the weekend, the food was ok but what wasn't acceptable was the tone and manner of the staff especially the manager highly unprofessional behaviour if your looking for good service then this isn't the place, rude couldn't speak English i suggest you learn to speak before trying to run a business, there is certain level of professional required when speaking to customers and this place lacks that, avoid at all cost you will be disappointed

Food was great, full of flavour! Portion size for Chicken curry and fish pakora were great, however the lamb chops and lamb curry were both lacking in terms of portion size which was disappointing.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was shocking the waitress were incredibly rude. I went with a group of 5 and there was a complete Lack of etiquette from the staff. The drinks took an hour to arrive followed by our starters which I had to request for several times by different staff. There were two events going on and it seemed that those were more important. It was very loud with blaring music and no care for the paying customer. The waitresses spoke very rudely to us. We left after our starter.Whcih they tried to overcharge for. The food was pretty poor for the price you pay. The most shocking service not sure who hired these waitresses but they should not be in a customer facing role.

There for a wedding banquet. All ok, but not spectacular. No changing facilities for babies... remarkably...

Amazing place, missed india for quite a long time and then visited this place for authentic Indian food, must say the staff is super friendly and the food is so delicious. Now I try and go once a week for sure.

Came to London for vacation, and was craving for good Indian food, must say the management is so good. Specially the manager Sam, i was overwhelmed as he comfort me,made me feel like I am back home.must agree his management skills are superb. Also the service was quick and this young chap,his name was Vikram, greeted with smile and was very joyful. Will definitely recommend everyone.

Ordered for a small party at home: Excellent quality food. Great portions and freshly cooked. Sam was really helpful and assisted me all the way with my enquiries and requests. Definitely recommend it for good Indian food.

Nice food with reasonable price.

We booked the restaurant for a surprise 70th birthday for approximately 50 guests. The staff were pleasant and very friendly. All my guests were very happy with the quality of food and no complaints. Was a bit sceptical about booking at first according to previous reviews but the food was good when we came to sample it and was even better on the day. Big compliments to the chef as he done an amazing job with all that was orderd. The bar dose need to have fixed prices as some guests were paying different rates so did get a bit confusing. Otherwise would highly recommend to all.

GPS takes you to wrong location

The delivery is a problem with this restaurant. Last time I requested the delivery at a particular time and they send it 1 hour early when I was not home and the delivery guy rushed me back to my place. This time the delivery guy didn't want to deliver the food to my door, rather he called me downstairs since he didn't want to get out of the car. I had to quickly get dressed and go downstairs in my pajamas in the rain. I don't know if the restaurant follows the simple instructions provided on the app or they just too proud to serve their customers. I love their food but the delivery service is HORRIBLE!

Food was ok nothing special very small portions was shocked with bill of £70 for 3 people.. extremely expensive!

It took almost 2 hours to get my food, they will accept the order and before the end of delivery time they will call you and give you the excuse that there was a traffic or road was close, while there was none in my area, very poor service.

Food is Awful. Buffea not very nice. Food is nothing sepical. Staff is very rude. Young girl standing there she was on the phone waitress. No smile no well come the customers the floor was really felthy. I asked the girljust glass of fresh water she bringit and bangit on the table. We did not like ik. Or go back there never do any function booking. No way not like it at all. We left earlier. Waisr my time and money !

Hi Food was tasteless and too much spicy.asked for twa roti they send us tandoori roti and instead of strawberry ice cream send us vanilla ice cream.I think they don’t know difference between food or what ever people said. How did they open restaurant do not know Very disappointed about food

Generally i never had complain with food ordered in the last year or two - but this time i felt the food wasn't upto the standard earlier set by the restaurant- Fried rice and chilli mushroom - was too stale - Ice cream strawberry ordered- but i got vanilla icecream with some syrup on top of it.

Not a brilliant chef. Curry Flavours unbalanced. Too much garam masala. kadai chicken too sour and had red peppers which were not in the description. Naans were great. portions good.

The desserts were not nice at all and was very rubbery.

Ordered two hours in advance seeing bad reviews but thought I would give the place a try but food still 30mins late. Chilli paneer was ok but rest of the food was not great. Mixed Tandoori and paratha was salty, naan very moist. Found an eggshell in my chicken saag. Please improve guys!

Simply authentic Indian food, never had such a delicious Rogan Josh in long time. Murg Tandoori straight smells and taste like fresh from clay oven! Scrumptious Aloo chat reminded of great taste from Indian street food! Superb food quality, hats off to the chef!

For Indian taste buds, having known original authentic taste of biryanis and other items that I ordered, in percentage terms the taste was close to 60%, which I believe is good enough for the target market.

Sooo disappointed with this restaurant, you can bring your drinks, but you should also bring your own food. The food that we were served was not fresh at all, this was an organised event and the menu was decided before hand. The order was incomplete, some food was cold, and it was clearly not fresh. Do not order any food as you will be disappointed. The wanted us to pay the bill before we received dessert, male waiter also came outside to the car and asked for tip. This was for my 50th birthday, and the guests were not happy at all, if you wish to make a booking go to another restaurant. They clearly have no hospitality skills.

Celebrated my sisters 50th and the food was not brilliant. Tried to con us as we had booked a set menu with extra dish for starter and the owner said we hadn't even though it was on the receipt. They then brought out what was missing after we finished the starter and it was cold and not cooked properly. For mains they gave us old naan and not fresh ,when we complained they insisted it was fresh and then would not give us desert until we paid the bill. The bill was incorrect as they tried to charge us for an extra person. When we left the waiter was insisting on a tip from the birthday girl. We used to do all our functions at this restaurant but will not anymore.

Ordered home delivery dinner today, most horrible Indian food I ever tasted. Actually it spoiled our taste. Most expensive and rubbish food. It doesn’t taste kadai panner nor Chenna masala nor Sev puri nor Pappadi chat. I live couple of roads from the restaurant but my delivery came from 8.8miles away!!! Full of rubbish

Celebrated my 21st, absolutely disappointed, went to view the venue and i was happy with the size until i turned up on the day to find out the venue was divided into 2 . we had not enough space for all guests, it was so embarrassing. Also the owner denied the fact that it was not the full size when we visited (i showed proof on my phone as i has a video before booking ) owner had told all staff to not serve the mains as he wanted cash payment first, this was not requested on booking date and i was willing to pay by card, owner kept refusing to take payment and demanded cash to avoid taxes. No discount was given due to the smaller venue size, instead he asked for 20% on top because of card payment. didn't have the decency to call and inform his customers of these issues!!!

Absolutely disgusting, booked the venue for a birthday party and was told on the day to pay for the dinner before serving. As he did not take card payment due to tax issue, absolute crooks. Be careful when using this place. Also cut off half the venue when I had booked this place, and still wants full payment!!!!!!
