Absolutely outstanding best curry in horwich/Blackrod. All fresh home cooked. Very very tasty. So much so we have had it 2 days in a row

Love food from here but delivery was unacceptably late so I had to cancel the order. Alifs probably weren't happy as payment was cash . I wasn't happy as I had to leave home before eating. Excuses of they were busy aren't acceptable as they email a delivery time and know what orders are outstanding when my order was placed. if I'd known the order would take an hour longer to deliver I wouldn't have ordered!!!

We went again last night for a Friday takeaway. We have been using this Takeaway for many years now and Abdul and staff always have a warm welcome.The food is good quality and so reasonably priced. Really good to watch the show cooking as you can see the food being cooked.Abdul runs the kitchen with absolute precision and it always amazes me how they can get so much good quality food out in such a quick time.

Used Alifs many times the food is always fantastic. The delivery man was very friendly Would recommend Alifs to all my family and friends

We have used Alifs for years as a special treat. ... NEVER again.... we ordered a kebab each , which in the past have been gorgeous. They took ages to arrive & were DISGUSTING, the small amount of so called meat was like rubber. SO DISSAPOINTING

I always choose Alif for a curry. The food is 10/10 and the staff/delivery drivers are kind and professional. Love this place. Roy who delivered our food was really nice and polite.

Never fails to impress, always have a fantastic meal served piping hot and using such fresh ingredients. Best takeaway around, Great Food, Great Team keep up the great work

We've had two takeaways from here now and got to say it's the best one in the area. I always rate a takeaway on the effort they put into a vindaloo, it's too easy to see it as a has been dish and just throw a load of chilli at it, but Alif's is tasty with just the right spice. It shows a care to me for all their food.

Ordered a takeaway for 4 people and still sat here waiting over 2 hours after we placed the order. Rang over 40 mins ago to be told it would be with us in a “few minutes”. Don’t bother if you want to eat the same night you order. Will use Bindi at Aspull in future - NEVER have this problem with them

Called in 3weeks ago and had the king prawn puri, easy with the heat & onions, and a full fat tandoori king prawn puri - both as mains (not starters). Absolutely mouth wateringly good. Even a simple thing like the garlic & coriander nan was cooked to perfection. Amazed how good the food can be given how busy these guys are. In fact we'll have the same tonight!!

great food prepared fresh on site , can recommend the Rogan josh ! was excellent , just the right spice , great size portion . will be back again soon !!!!

We ordered a Mixed Tikka Massala with egg fried rice, Shajahan Biryani and Peshwari Naan. The Tikka was good but the Biryani was very poor. Biyrani is normally saffron coloured and is cooked with sultanas etc. This Biryani was red like Masalla sauce, contained not a single sultana but did have a lot of salt. The meat was tough strips and virtually unchewable. The vegetable sauce with the Biryani was mainly potato with little sign of any other vegetables and was therefore almost tasteless. We shared the Masalla and binned most of the Biryani. Peshwari Naan should contain coconut and sultans. This one had lots of coconut but again no sultanas .altogether not as described We have used this take away before but as the saying goes 'once bitten twice shy' After this poor meal I would say 'thrice bitten never again'

Tried through a recommendation from a friend, usually go to Sagars but wouldn’t go anywhere else for an Indian takeaway other than Alifs now! Fabulous food which is always spot on & they deliver to Adlington which is a bonus!

Food very nice, good service and on time. Will definitely recommend.Been here a few times and it's always been consistent.

We always used to use this place for home delivery but it went downhill and they started forgetting items on delivery, at least one item would always be missing, we gave them another chance recently and yet again they forgot an item even after asking on the phone that they double check our order! Such a shame as the food and service used to be so good but it's really gone downhill, staff were rude on the phone and seemed too distracted to care, won't be going here again!!

Just eaten a lovely curry and popadom's for our visit and really enjoyed it, well defo be ordering from here again

Ya que esta para llevar abrió sus tenía sus altos y bajos. No sé cuántos propietarios ha tenido diferentes pero en su forma actual es muy bueno. Nos repetirá la semana pasada después de evitarla por un par de años y quedamos muy satisfechos con la comida. En el pasado hemos estado muy decepcionado. Continuaremos utilizando la comida y espero estancias tan bueno como es en el momento en que es muy bueno.

Not been for a long time so decided to give another try.Lamb chops starter tasty but very fatty.King prawns butterfly!!Change that to king prawn butterfly, one king prawn for £4 ????Special mixed biriani just consisted of pilau rice, sultanas, tough lamb and dry chicken.Very bland I'm afraid.Garlic naan asked for well done!!! Very doughy. ?Sorry but won't be visiting again

Always use Alicia for take away or delivery .top quality food don't expect any freebies we've been going for years and we don't get any but do expect the best Indian food you've ever had

Visited many of the local Indian restaurants to get takeaways and decided to give Alif a try. Absolutely lovely food and fast too. Will now come here regularly and especially like how I can order this online on JUST EAT.

Las samosas costillas de vegetales y uno tenía carne. Gracias a Dios que no soy una alergia alérgico- que conoce a alguien que ha ido a shock anafiláctico cuando es expuesto a la carne roja proteínas!! Obviamente tienen poco control sobre los ingredientes o medidas adecuadas para separar verduras y carne, que es la higiene básica de la cocina.

We have had many take away meals from here and never been disappointed so I thought it was time to place my review. Try the chicken tikka rezella if you like real tasty spice, not hot hot , how it should be natural spices. All cooked fresh in front of you, just be patient as it is worth the wait. Also the chicken tikka rogan josh and the chicken tikka balti jalfrezzi are excellent choices if you want taste rather than the usual chicken tikka masala medium dish.They are very obliging and will give you any sauce of your choice with your tikka at no extra cost.

We order regularly and are never disappointed! Easily the best Indian around fab food and great prices, what's not to love :-)

Very well made dishes, excellent use of flavours and spices, lamb was perfectly cooked and chicken was moist. Defiantly will use again .
