Alcavallonero in Poole

Ordered a pizza on 17th December using a discount voucher. Discount wasn't applied so cancelled the order. No way is any pizza worth £27 and especially not from here. Staff member was very unhelpful and promised a refund via head office. This still hasn't materialised. Contacted customer services the same day via email and still no reply. Avoid.

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

Despite being able to book on line the place is closed and the phone number doesn't work.

Terrible, came back twice at different times does not cater for passing trade. You have to book. Couldn’t get a table till 3 hours later. Don’t bother

Pizzas soggy, seafood spaghetti 4 smalls mussels, 5 tiny prawns. Pretty awefull food. We will not be going back !!
