Food was cold, fish was oily, delivery time late (45mins late). Wouldn't order again from here. Called up twice to find out where my order was, they were not helpful.

Waited an hour and a half for food and when it arrived, it was extremely disappointing. It tasted nothing like Greek kebabs. In fact, the meat looked and tasted off

Ordered mixed souvla and a pork kebab. Food is always hot, delicious and on time. Always my go to take away when I want Greek or fish and chips :)

The food was really good. Only thing is that the put 2 fish in 1 box which stuck together, the need to be separate

Lettuce on a kebab is a major no no. It’s sweats from the time it’s wrapped up to delivery and makes the pitta mushy. Mine even melded with the wrapping. Also I left notes no to add lettuce. Other than Kerry hate the rest was good.

Forgot our coke. We pre ordered the food and it still arrived a little late, but the food was lovely. Still warm, tasted fresh and good portions. That’s all that matters! Will use again.

Fantastic service and excellent food. Delivery was slightly earlier than initially quoted (but we were starving, so this was a bonus). The cod and chips in particular were great - crispy batter that wasn’t too thick and the chips were very fresh and not soggy at all. Will order again.

Ordered rick got Cod . Cold savaloys and fish batter soggy and stuck to paper

Service was great, but the food was terrible. The fish did not smell fresh/how I expect fried cod to smell. The chips were ok and the salad was probably the best thing about my meal. Times are difficult for everyone right now, so maybe that affected the food.

So, not only was half my order missing..But it was all wet and cold..at first i thought the driver got caught up in some rain..but then realised..1.he has a car and 2..it's not raining. The water substance that drenched the half of my order that arrived was covered in oil from the Salad. The natural thing to do in such a situation is to call the restaurant and try to resolve the issue. The lady that answered me said.. oh..we didn't have what.you ordered.to sent you chicken nuggets instead... this would have been great if i was a 4 year old..but i am not. I proceeded to explain that the fish and chips i.ordered were now wet and soggy, so much so, that the fish came back alive. The lovely lady said:What do you want me to do? Don't order from here again. And i think this is what i will do going forward.. and just eat were even less of a help..so might not even use them going forward.. take money..but give no customer service in return..oh well...

Food was on point. a bit disappointed with the sheftalia portion normal I get 5 but this time I got 3 of them but having said the spare ribs and salad were a big portion .

Food perfectly ok, but not particularly inspiring.,Though very slow delivery and difficult communication with the outlet.

No really was best kebab in a long while and pride was taken preparing them ...chips good standard too all fresh and delicious but sorry to say cod was not fresh or cooked well at all so was for the bin.

It was Friday so it took an hour to bring the food. But they brought it when they said they would and it was delicious, so no complaints

A bit disappointed today they forgot my chips with the lamb souvla apart from that every was delicious. Phoned them up to let them know that they forgot the chip the owner said he'd put in something complimentary on the next order to compensate for their mistake.

The food was has usual very tasty the ribs were tender and soft just melted off the bones. The delivery was 15minutes early despite the weather the driver was very polite.

I order cod ...it was cold The greek salad was upside down and the oil was in the bag...the coca cola was "swimming" into that oil Never again

Very tasty authentic Greek Cypriot food. The Pork Souvla is delicious.

The lady at Alasia phoned up to let us know that the klefitico was still cooking and it would take a hour and half so I agreed to wait. Food arrived exactly 1 hour and a half later all piping hot and was delicious well worth the wait. High recommend this place for an authentic taste of greek food.

Not a reputable takeaway the rating is lower for a reason. I waited for over an hour for the delivery which never arrived. After calling up the restaurant I was then told that they didn’t have any fish. I was then told that if I wanted to cancel I would have to call Just eat “because it’s nothing to do with them”. Upon speaking to Just eat they informed me that the restaurant could have marked the order as cancelled therefore issuing a refund.

First time using this takeaway. Extremely good and well cooked kebab. Nice and juicy. Only small issue is the pittta bread cane apart when trying to eat the kebab so may need a better quality one. Other than that, I was very impressed

My fish was ok! But my partner did not like his donner kebab, it was thickly cut pieces instead of thin slices, the salad was not nice, and the chilli sauce never went anywhere near the kebab. My daughter said it was ok but could gave come

Menu is quite misleading, I thought by ordering extra large mixed I was geting a skewer of each, but instead I apparently got 3 skewers of lamb, which did not actually look like 3 skewers. I specifically asked for no letuce in my salad, but when I opened it that is all I had. Chips were a bit stale and the food in general was not that tasty and fresh, but this was probably because it was so late and had probably been left there a while. When I rang up to question why my extra large mixed kebab for £12.50 only contained lamb. I was told "Lamb is expensive mate!". Then he said "Sorry about the letuce - I remember you saying no letuce, Merry Christmas!" and hung up. So for me, to summarize: Poor food quality Poor Service Super late delivery. If was them, I wouldn't do a delivery service at all and focus on collection only, where customers can go in and see for themselves if they are going to get fresh food or not. I'm definitely not going there again and would probably try and alternative kebab shop.

Another place that falsely marks orders as delivered when they are late to presumably avoid some kind of penalty with just eat. Abusing the system and dishonest.

Due to traffic at Cambridge Roundabout, food was a little late but I was aware of traffic situation so was not an issue!

Food was excellent this time, meat fell apart, chips well cooked. Only reason not getting perfect review is the delivery guy got annoyed he couldnt find the flat. Will leave clearer instructions next time, but would rather avoid an intense phone call before my dinner tbh

delivery man was awful, old man didn’t have a clue at all. he couldn’t find my house, we direct him but even then he didn’t understand it at all. Food was cold. will not order again here .

Called to tell me didnt have what I ordered, but there must have been a miscommunication. - I tried to tell the person who called that I wanted 2 souvlakis, not a pork kebab. ended up with the cheaper pork, but paid for souvlaki.

Chicken was dry and not enough of it. The kebab was mostly full of salad with not enough meat. When we called about the late delivery they hung up on us.

Not as good as normal. Doner kebab served with no salad or sauce of any sort, even though I ordered salad! Scampi seemed undercooked and the chips were rubbish. Have used this for a takeaway before, but this was probably the last time.
