Alasia Restaurant in Barnet

Been meaning to review this establishment for quite a while. Service and friendliness was top notch, couldn't fault it. Cosy but slightly squashed feeling. Steak baguette could have substantially been better, baguette could've been cooked more, was under baked, steak was sliced which was ok and bit over cooked, wasn't asked for my preference. The steak baguette was over powered by the caramelised onions which was way way too sweet. I know they can do better. 2 friends had the breakfast which they liked, but was no wow factor which we were expecting.

Thank you for making my mum’s 98th birthday meal so special. She’s loves coming to Tops for fish and chips anyway but tonight was memorable.

Great staff, friendly and supportive of the local community. Look forward to returning

Lived in EN4 for 21 years and today was the first time I tried Popeye’s which came highly recommended by friends. Had a really great chat with the owner, Mr Siho and his assistant about how they prepare the freshly cooked cod, halal options and much more. Really nice family run chippy. Will return in near future.

Had a great afternoon at The Bohemia N12 on their January Brewery tour with our host Maciej, really interesting and made to feel welcome, highly recommend ! Got a bit out of hand with the Whiskey chasers at the end - albeit that was not part of the tour.
