Ordered takeaway via Just Eat (name on just Eat is Aminos). Asked for Kebab which should have come with chips and drinks. Also ordered Veggie Pizza with pineapple. Firstly food was almost an hour late, no communication as to why there was a delay. When food did turn up, no chips or drink, very little topping on pizza, couldnt see any peppers, odd bit of sweetcorn and mushrooms, and hardly any pineapple. Did get through on phone explaning issues, manager stated they very busy and just offered me a discount next time I used, didnt say how much, but needless to say I wont be using this plave to get food from ever. I would rather catch Ebola than eat from here again.

Very very bad service. Had to call 26 times to ask for my order. Twice they picked it up. Both times lied about it being about to be delivered. Arrived 2h after. Unbelievable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible. No words to describe such feeling and how careless they were about it all. Terrible.

Waited over 1hr 50 min food for the delivery. Not one thing was right in order luckily driver hadn’t left and I got my money back. But after working all day and my child hungry not happy. Don’t bother go somewhere else. Wouldn’t mind late delivery if food was correct….can’t leave no dots

If I could rate a 0 I would! I have tried these a few times now, thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as first time was disgusting. So next few times I thought no it’s really disgusting. Food so greasy, like I know it’s going to be a bit but not to the point my dogs wouldn’t even eat it! Not only greasy food but the wait time I waited on the last few times was shocking! When you ring up to see how long food will be, the customer service is shocking! Never ever will I order from this place again, it should be shut down !!

Green Oaks WaySince lockdown come to an end this cafe has been quite downhill as the cafe are not that helpful anymore and I believe it’s gone quite awful and bad and when I used to live in Widnes I used to some often come for my breakfast and have toast but I can’t believe it’s not that good anymore

First time I've ordered in a long time and it was a mistake Spoke to a guy on the phone after waiting an hour and 20 minutes since ordering as the tracker said it's been delivered for the past 10 minutes, and was told to wait another 30 minutes for it to show up as they had one delivery driver. Understand it can be busy especially on a bank holiday weekend but they shouldn't be offering delivery if it's that busy. They mentioned they closed delivery off too on the phone. Gave him my order details and he said the delivery driver has it now and is on the way after saying I'm not happy with waiting longer when it was a 40-50 min delivery time when ordering Arrived outside of one of the heat bags deliveries usually use, barely warm, usually feel the heat of the food at the bottom of the box and that was stone cold. Not even going to bother ordering from them again, after seeing some other recent reviews it seems like they have been like this for a while
