Very bad customer service, food is really bad tastless and this restaurant should be closed for giving this low quality of food, and such customer service, don't recommend it to anyone.

The Beef sandwich had no taste to it. No spices were added to meat and the person making it just put on his sides and did not ask about the sides I wanted No garlic or tahini or any sauce was added to sandwich

Absolutely never again . Extremely disappointed with the outcome. Rude staff. He even disrespected a female front of us and gave her the middle finger.

This doesn’t taste like Shawarma! The food was bad and i had stomach aches after i ate it, me and my family! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Used to go there every saturday for the lamb shawarma wrap. The bread was freshly made and the filling in the wraps were eh filling, though a little oily to my liking. It can be called above average if I consider the ones available in my country but definitely one of the best I had in manchester. . Service is prompt and you can sit and observe the rusholme street market while having your wrap.

I came from Birmingham to pick up my father from the airport, with time to spare i thought I'll get some food from wilmslow road, found this place. Big mistake! As i got food poisoning. I read the reviews later & came across some customers who have had the same bad experience. It's really a shame as the brothers in there are wicked with great customer service.

I love shawarma and desperate for one today🤣🤣🤣 I keep looking around this area. It’s actually a “kebab” street I called it, with full of kebab, Middle East or chicken shops. I saw this place were crowded all the time when I walk passed twice, so I gave it a go. I had a lamb on nann, the nann is freshly make, it is a big shawarma, with very juicy and tender lamb, the flavour is super good with all veggies toppings plus hummus, garlic sauce and chili sauce in mind! For me, this is at the moment the BEST in Manchester at the moment!!! The price is unbelievably cheap! 4.99£ for lamb and for chicken is only 3.99£! Service are super efficient! I wait less than 5 mins with few customers ahead me. One bonus point is, both the chefs are so charming 🤣😍 I recommend anyone to try if you visit this area!

Absolutely out of this world the quality, freshness and not to forget the pure efficiency of the lads there is 2nd to none! Although I’m not a cook or a takeaway worker by any means sometimes at 1am (early hours) the chicken shawarma looks a bit raw but idk 🤷‍♂️

I don’t think I’ve had a shawarma better than the one they serve here. It’s fresh and the staff are quite efficient and seem to know what they are doing. It was a little cold at the restaurant and one of the staff members were really accommodating and turned the heater on for us, it wasn’t working at first but he made sure that he got it working for us, which was kind of him. The prices here are decent too. All in all, the best shawarma I’ve had is from here!!

Got the chicken shawarma wrap for £5 - was amazing; great flavour balance of the fillings and crispy outside from the grill. Wished I got two when I finished.

The Man who was making the shawarma was very kind and overall the customer service was amazing the food was also very nice would definitely recommend others to come here.

Bought the shawarma plate. Good portion, with chips and drink. The meat is particularly is good if you eat it soon. The guys at the counter are friendly, well mannered and helpful. You can choose the topping/sauce that you like to out on it which is a bonus. I would recommend them.

Good portion size. However it gave me a bit of a stomach upset straight away. Really concerned. Wont be visiting again. Sorry.

Took a few sharwama wraps back to London with me and 4 hours later it still tasted exceptional. Very tasty food made fresh and well priced. Keep up the good work boys.

5 Stars for the culinary experience! This unique way of preparing shawarma, and not changing the recipe does make me to come always to come back from far away. Delight, tasty and excelent combinations between the multitude of specific aromas and subtile touching, hints of a large spectrum of ingredients, specifically adressed to the shawarma. All this makes it unique and in my opinion, the best shawarma of all Manchester City! The service, experience it is rated at "good" from my point of view, as the staff it is quite focused when delivering the service. The portion served at this restaurant are more than satisfactory. Excelent, significant portions from which custumers will stand up full. In adition, some limitaions of this place-- and areas that can be improved-- are constituted of the elements such as a satisfactory communication, as this can be at times non eficient when encouraging custumers outside the arab/curdistanese area languages. Also the ambiance reprezent another weackness as this can be quite noisy and the staff are loosing focus on the custumers when encounter and loudly shout at co-nationals, therefore some errors in preparation of product occure as the lack off attention on other custumers diminishes, at times going to be ignored. At this point the errors begin to transform in complains from the ignored customer as focus was lost. Altough this may happen at times, the staff remain Proffesional at all the time. Overall, I do RECOMAND Al Zain to other custumers as this serves an excelent and uniqe shawarma, preparing one of the BEST / TOP midle-eastern food!

We go once a month there meat has always been fresh,salad always fresh sauces are very nice too,the lads are always polite & courteous to us very clean but can be busy so choose your time if in a rush but very much worthwhile going

Do not bother. I am a regular costumer of Todays Shawarma restaurant in Rusholm but had to go to Al Zain as i did not have any cash! - The tomato in the salad was really old and almost off - The chips was really undercooked and very soft The meat Shawarma was very greasy and the bread was soaked with oil - They over charged me first. They initially refused to refund the error stating that they charged me for the salad! The manager however refunded the difference. The serving guy was extremely rude - It was also more expensive than Todays restaurant This is my first and last visit

Complete rip off merchants. Asked for a mixed shwarma on plate which I had to repeat multiple times and the short guy gave me a weird look charged me a lot more than I think it would have cost as it wasn't mentioned on the board and they didn't have any forks. This didn't stop them from their lazy attitude of just laughing as they said this shrugged their shoulders and then started to ogle at the two women that came in.

The restaurant staff need some courses in communication skills with customers. Moreover, the shawarma meat was not cooked enough and not as well known shawarma. There are a lot of vegetables and salad that spoil the taste of shawarma. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want to try the real taste of shawarma.

The server puts a really tiny portion of chicken in the shawarma and wraps it very poorly without any care. It used to be one of my favourite places but the server is really running this place into the ground.

Well there are many shawerma place in this area, this one is one of the good one.

They make stuff random and quickly thrown at you, the meat was hard and tasteless. The only good thing was the pizza kebab. Not one of the worst but I would not definitely come back again.
