Lovely shishas. Nice warm heated space.

I've been now multiple times. Never had any issues. Pipes always smoke smoothly. I highly recommend PVC. The food is nice as well so is the service. The only problem is finding a parking space.

One of the better shisha cafes in Leicester, this location has been around for quite some time now. The food, service and atmosphere are at a good level, they have made major improvements on food since I last went. Plenty of spaces but it can get busy so keep that in mind. The only downside which is not their fault is the parking. Can be hard to find parking, and not sure if we are allowed to park in the parking lot outside, it belongs to the supermarket.

I do not smoke! While I was ordering tea, desserts etc. I was asked to order shisha too! Well, I don’t smoke including my company, the answer was No, you can’t stay without ordering shisha. I am not sure where to start. It was my first time there after a recommendation from a friend who also does not smoke! Oh, also there was literally no customers except us! Very disappointing and morally frustrating. Thanks for nothing

They refused to serve us unless we order Shisha!

There was nothing to order except drinks and fish burger The drinks arrived around after half hour and all i could taste was crushed ice The fish burgers were cold and there was nothing except fish fingers and buns with cheese, the buns were also over cooked. Worse ever experience we had

Tasty milkshake and clean environment

Rubbish place man I ordered a couple of desserts for me and my family and they said it will be here within half hour ends up taking 1hr30 mins and the place shut i even called the guy and he said ten minutes the driver is out to deliver my stuff lol didnt even get it in the end

Best smokes in Leicester. No music so you can socialise properly. Gets too hot and smoky when it's busy however. Food is also on point too!

There were 4 customers when we arrived. Shisha still took a while. May be cargo took a while to clear at customs. The fatal mistake to make in this era is to order two things at once. Zombies can only process in binary: “Shisha,” or “No Shisha.” If you add to the order, the Intel 4004 processor malfunctions. Hence my green tea was forgotten. Worst is boiling water plus a tea bag cost £2.50. Mad. No honey or lemon slice; just tap water and a tea bag. The smoke was average. Double apple is nothing special. I would advise customers to order their shisha; sit down; wait for it to arrive; then place your order for drinks or desserts, otherwise two instructions at once is too complicated for the little darlings.

Really good shisha lounge in Leicester. Their shisha is the best of all places in Leicester. The smoke lasts for a long time and their food is great as well

The Owner (Umar) is very rude doesn't know how to talk to customer. Doesn't have any mannerism or etiquettes what's so ever. Me and my mate are regular there always going there for shisha but he moans about bring a drink from outside lol. If the drink is cheap elsewhere obviously I'll get it from there common sense.Always just repeating the same thing which gets frustrating, just kills the vibe. I'm not going there again after a unpleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend it, the service is atrocious 0/10.

Went shisha in lesta with the cousins, tried out this place, unbelievable. Service was amazing, coal times , the shishas itself was amazing pvc paan vanilla coconut we had grape and mint , frozen blueberry and frozen apple and lychee. Food was good too defo going again when I come down from London

Decent smoke, you know what you're getting here. Hopefully they have a first aid kit now, last time i asked for a plaster and they said due to covid they can't give plasters :(

Its the only place where you can smoke a Savaco Mayfair pot and enjoy a Smoked Aberdeen Angus Beef Brisket burger.

One of the best shisha places in Leicester. They have great quality shisha, good variety of flavours and a pretty decent drinks menu. The atmosphere is also lively, so its a good place to socialise.

Best chill out place in Leicester

Brilliant atmosphere on the top floor. Very nice Shoshana. But sometimes it is a bit and miss with the flavours. But still highly recommend.

Great seesha and delightful 'indian' chai. Open late into the night (when we left at 130 am, the place was still full and buzzing), a great place to hang out and have long conversations with friends. A bit busy on Friday evenings but I am told weekday evenings are quieter. It's all smoky, obviously, so watch out if not a great fan of passively smoking the sweet smelling tobacco haze.

This shisha cafe is the best cafe in Leicester to be honest. First, there shishas are taken care of with care as everytime I come here the water is always clean unlike other cafes where their water is filthy as swamp water. The atmosphere is amazing. Even if they don’t play music there environment isn’t as hostile as shisha cafes usually are. I don’t really like desserts but for some odd reason I can never resist a waffle 🥰. Also the service there is unlike any others. With the waiters cleaning the tables before anyone has sat down. The desserts arriving the same time the shisha does. I’m just shocked there’s people who think they’re better. Lol

The best shisha cafe in Leicester. The best atmosphere and shisha in town. I held a event last year called "Zindagi 2018", and had al jumeirah as our main sponsor, who also hosted our after party. I have to say the management especially Umar are very professional and friendly. Everyone who attended the after party really enjoyed the shisha flavours, the desserts, and the atmosphere unlike other shisha lounges in Leicester e.g al majlis (Don't go here)

My favourite place to enjoy a smoke. Excellent service and I like how it's not too dark like a nightclub. Good management also top people!

The actual pipes are a piece of metal with a rubber pipe which were probably bought at BnQ. A lot of different flavour choices but the quality is not that great. Seating is a bit cramped and if you sit near or under the speakers you're gonna have a hard time communicating

Good place to go, used to work there back in the days. What I really like about the place is it does not have very load music, infact no music which makes it a pleasant atmosphere to catch up with friends and family. Qamar

Was pleasantly suprised by the Ambience, staff and overall place, wil definitely be goin again and also a great mix of people. Am personally not a smoker but evryone else enjyed the variety of shisha, so yeah I would put this on my ‘go to with friends’ places in Leic 👍🏻

It's a nice coffee shop to watch a football match with friends. They have a good variety of snacks. Obviously they have shisha but if you are a smoker or vape, you can do that too. You just have to be careful of the stairs. it's on the roof of Yours supermarket. It has no elevator.

It’s a nice space & service is decent but flavours are pretty average. We only came here because its nearby to where we had food. Wouldn’t come again. Prefer Al-majlis to be honest but it may have just been an off-day?!

Shisha didn't smoke when it did the flavour was very very very poor! Doesn't taste of what we order at all! Pot has given me a headache. Ordered this pot at another shisha cafe yesterday and it was absolutely fabulous hit the spot! I'll never come back here!
