Worst experience.. Found chicken pieces in my paneer/cottage cheese biryani. It seems they just removed the chicken pieces and added paneer.Don't how anyone in food business can do this kind of amoral activity. Food business always runs on trust and quality.

I ate chicken biryani this afternoon , after looking at banner I ordered chicken biryani but it was like a boiled rice mix with turmeric and a steamed chicken mixed in rice ! Not at all hyderbadi biryani taste

The restaurant in hayes Al hydraybadi gril i ordered from them couple of days ago and while eating found a small Hair in the food. I throw it away immediately and then wrote a google review stating my experience. I didn't use any bad language I just said that I found a hair in the food and that i have concerns about the restaurant cleanliness. The manager basically called me a liar. Then called me (he got my number from uber and kept insisting that I'm lying so I finally hung up on him. They sent me this message "For putting our reputation down and saying false things about our restaurant without any evidence, we'll be taking legal action against you. " so I threatened to sue them for harassment if they call me again. Do they have any legal ground here? And what should I do next? So this is my third time writing the review Rude and dirty place dont eat here

Lack of quality in the food, defo not worth the price, rude staff.

Staff was the definition of rude. No customer service. The attitude of the staff members was horrible. At first I didn’t think much of it as I have just come to eat my meal but as my food came I noticed my chicken was burnt. I tried to eat it not trying to be a pain and understand situations as I previously worked in a restaurant. But the chicken was inedible and therefore I spoke to a member of staff if they could change it for me. I approached in a calm tone and the workers started speaking Urdu talking rubbish about me. Not knowing I understood the language. After a few words back and forth a member of staff from the back attempted to hit me but I just managed to get out in time. I highly recommend not going here.

I went to this place thinking it would be nice but didn’t meet my expectations,the food was overcooked and looked disgusting and when I tried to tell the manager he was rude and vile to me.I wouldn’t recommend going to eat from here ever again.

The ambiance was terrible with employees giving bad looks that created an uninviting atmosphere. To make matters worse, the service was notably poor, with prolonged waiting times and an inattentive staff. It seemed as though our server was preoccupied and disinterested in providing a satisfactory dining experience to people of my colour. However, the most significant concern was the blatant disregard for hygiene. The condition of the shop was outright appalling, raising serious doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. The young Asian male who served me was caught picking his nose before serving another customer which caused a scene whilst I was waiting for my food. This made me want to leave the shop but they demanded payment first and didn’t want to refund me. I wasn’t in the mood to cause a hassle so I ended up writing this review so it can show others what this business is like and hopefully is worth more than receiving my refund. Regrettably, the quality of the food was no better. The chicken was lacking in flavor, and appeared to be reheated and poorly presented. It was clear that attention to detail was sorely lacking in the kitchen. Considering the multitude of concerns, it is with a heavy heart that we cannot recommend this establishment. Until significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness, service, and food quality, it would be best to steer clear of this shop.

Would give 0 if possible. Rude and unbothered staff as you can probably tell from the replies of the reviews, disgusting food and Indian stress food has better hygiene standards the chicken tastes like a rat and the staff act like tamil villans begging the counter wont be going back here.

Al haydrabadi Biryani and grill Ltd on 2 Clayton road hayes. I have order £30 worth of food and the chicken I have received was totally burnt which could cause serious health problems. On my complaint restaurant owner got upset and refused to replace the chicken. All food gone in the bin because everything was poorly prepared. Very poor customer service, poor quality and tasteless food. No more food from them.

Very expensive considering it’s not fine dining. They don’t even fill the container up properly. Taste not so great. £6 for thin rectangle container which isn’t filled for chilly chicken or chicken 65. Similar sort of place charge £5 their portion size is lot bigger.

I ordered Chicken curry and they gave me Chicken Tikka for my night shift takeaway. I ended up ordering Ubereats in the end as I don’t like Tikka. I don’t think it was an accident, they just wanted to sell what they wanted to get rid of. Shame, they lost a customer and gained a bad review instead.

Horrible, never again. Ordered chicken shish cooked on charcoal wrap , and got dry, hard chicken kofta inside of a joke of a wrap. No wonder the restaurant is dead

I ordered karahi paneer with naan it's mouthwatering and melting in the mouth. I observed the chefs (shanawaz) has lots experience. Kheer is also amazing. Go there for getting the greatest experience.

Hands down the best Hyderabadi Biryani and Haleem in Hayes if not West London. The taste is very authentic and quantity is generous as well. Staff is super polite. Definitely an awesome find!
