Paid nearly £40 for 2 stone cold kebabs soggy cold chips & a pot of chilli sauce that was all over the bag

Food never arrived. Rude driver messing me telling me come outside which I did. He couldn’t find the flat number so chose to drive away with my food.

I ordered lamb doner and chicken doner take away there wasn’t pickle chilli ..they use small pita bread..and chicken doner was wasn’t fresh smelling v bad

Probably the best most consistent and perfect kebabs I have had. The family-run enterprise is surely one that focusses on quality and always gives the best food for their customers.

These idiots refuse to acknowledge an Oder on Uber Eats and sent me dog disguise as a kebab, then had the gall to tell me to complain to Uber though there was specific instructions on how I wanted my food. They have lost a customer and everyone who’s thinking or ordering online should just stop because there service for pick up is better than their delivery service . Dog food disguise as kebab

Euro kebab 🥙 is one of my favourite place to eat or take way, I have been eating for nearly 10 years now, wonderful taste and amazing service and serving good portion as well compared to other donner kebab shop, euro kebab is best place I love it, I give 10 out of 10 excellent quality keep it up euro kebab,

I always had a good experience ordering from EU kebab. But this time it was horrible. Overcooked doner, frozen potatoes not fresh salad and do not follow messages requested on order. I will give it a go one more time. Thank you. Can do better... Come on guys..

Found this close to our Airbnb and decided to swing by. Great joint. Amazing hospitality by the staff and delicious and fresh food with god portion sizes. We were a family of 5 and not a single one of us could finish our meal (and we are from the USA). We will be coming again for sure. I would recommend it for sure. Thanks.

pitta bread was slimey. ive never had a slimey kebab before and couldn't eat it. it was a waste of money. chips were average.

We were visiting family over the weekend and craving some Doner kebab. Placed an order and with thirty minutes driver arrived with our food. The lamb doner kebab was absolutely amazing. The salad was fresh, and the garlic and chilli sauce wasn't overpowering the flavours. The potion size is good and affordable. It's definitely going to be one of my favourite places whenever I visit Hayes.

My family and I have been using this kebab shop for 20 years now.Their chilli sauce has never changed it has the perfect combination of texture and spiciness and the doner kebab is the perfect combination of herbs and spices and slivers of deliciousness you can’t find anywhere else. Amazing staff and amazing food. You can’t go wrong.

You’d never suspect that the best kebabs in London are in Hayes town, but it is. Hands down the best kebab joint I’ve been in a while. The friendliest, most accommodating staff who will be seeing a lot more of me! Owners and chefs in the kitchen are Turkish and clearly know what they are doing in presenting authentic, quality kebabs. Best food on grill that strikes the perfect balance of crunchy and juicy.10/10 recommend.

Half pounder with chips is so delicious, and the price is acceptable. Also, very good and friendly staff are highly recommended. Make sure you ask for garlic sauce and chilly its the best.

Euro kebab used to be one of the best places to get a doner and chips. Today its the worst £9.50 for a doner and chips and the chips were STALE. Hard and dry. Disgusting. Portion sizes have got smaller too. Need to find new kebab places

Not good. Was good back in the days, now the Portions are smaller and the prices are gone up, £9.50 for a large doner that looks regular size and dries quickly as they already have it sliced in the pot. Too expensive and food not upto standard.

Had a nice chicken kebab, the store was clean and there is a nice window where you can see and choose your kebab, staff were helpful and food was ready fast.

My son swears by the taste of the kebab meat so he treated me to a kebab 💯 fresh salad fantastic tasting kabab meat and the chilli sauce was amazing. You get n excellent portion for the money . I’m definitely going to get another soon 😋

The food is great and I love that it hasn't changed for a long time.

Where do I start with this place. It used to be one of the best kebab places in West London that's why they used to have really good reviews. They used to be like a nice BMW that you'd drive on the motorway, but if you've noticed I've used the words "Used To Be", now they're like a 90's Nissan Micra that you would drive off a cliff. That's how bad they've gone. They're Kebabs don't taste like they used to before, now it's all oily and tasteless. I ordered the fries without sauces because it says on Uber "Note sauces will make the fries soggy". This is complete lies because it still arrived soggy. You use the old Yellow Styrofoam packaging still from like the 80's and wonder why your customers complain about the fries arriving soggy, which you've clearly acknowledged for you to write that as a side note. Get with the times, those packages shouldn't be used any longer. It has been a few years since they've gone down hill, I'm done giving them a second chance based on their old name. As of March 2023, they ain't the same no more. Done ordering from them. (Note: I've removed the part about it being a different recipe, I stand corrected still tasted oily and flavourless. But, with the chips part your reply is still incorrect because I only live 5 minutes from the Restaurant and I've had food from other places that are further that don't make the fries soggy. Plus, you go on about your reviews being high, but if you know Ubereats reviews it ain't only based on your food, there's a few other factors that's is why you have places that have 3 Star rating on Google, but 4.4 star on Uber.)

Underrated place, this Kebab shop has an authentic experience, awesome food, great staff and very sensibly priced. I will def be returning and recommend the kofte kebab.

In my opinion, these are the best kebabs in Hayes, and the place is always very busy, so I'm not alone in thinking so. Of particular note are the lamb shish, and red cabbage salad. The lamb is always of the tenderist and juiciest quality, and the red cabbage salad is always crisp and tasty. With great service from the cool staff, the rest of the fresh salad, delicious chicken, and scrumptious chili and garlic sauces, goes without saying! There are bicycle racks on the opposite side of the street, but the Botwell pub two doors away has a strong set of railings too.

Kebab was very gritty like it had bones in it paid fr large portion n got more salad than food so I ordered again with no salad see what I get n was very disappointed sorry say not 1 for me thank

BEST KEBAB IN HAYES!!! I went there and the workers there are so nice and they gave me everything I wanted for a cheap price, only £15 for a massive meal. I definitely suggest this place if you want kebabs and I am for sure coming here again.

Good portions of meat. But the salad was too salty.

Had a few drinks and was over charged food was ok just hate the way they aver charge bought a regular kebab tapped on the machine only to find out later I was over charged this isn’t the first time they have done it

I got a donner kebab from this place via uber eats just to try something different than my local one and i was really suprised at how good the donner was. Very tasty as how i would like it. Donner is placed inside the pita bread and gets soaked in the donner oil which i like. Pieces of donner are thick and chilli sauce is spot on. Very much enjoyed it. Only down side was the price. £8 for a large!!! Thats quite steep for a donner. I mean they do fill it up but still £8!!! Very expensive.

hi there , please make sure when you put doner in the bread , the doner is not sitting there for long time and full of the oil sitting in the container , the longer you put the doner in the container ,the meat get boiled and not crispy , also full of the oil setting inside the container , every time i visit your shop , i spend £30 . look after your customer and your business and train your new staff well .

Food was ok, however I did ask them why they didn't give me the Garlic sauce and they replied... I didn't ask for it ??? I presumed when they asked me if I wanted everything on it that would include the sauces but my bad I guess, so make sure you ask them for future reference. The meat tasted ok,...you should definitely try them! Nice enough place for the area.
