Al Feena Shisha Cafe in Leicester

So me and 7 of the lads (8 including me boys cousin) went to feenz to watch the footy and have some grub.. now the chef who works there completely ruined our evening, me kozon asked him not to put salad in his wrap (he did), i asked him not to put mayo or salad in my burger (and he did) and also me boy hooxs grub came 30 mins late (because they forgot).. feel let down, disappointed and to a certain extent abused.. theres no covid-19 measures, some chick walking past me practically coughed down the back of my neck, who knows what she had.. and by the looks of it with some of ther cliental, you could can catch an STD just by walking around.. would rather eat my food of a toilet seat than go back there.. worst service ive ever had.. avoid like the plague x

tried shisha here for the first time must say shishas good and food so is there deserts , does take ages getting served but other then that evrything else was great . i would come here again when travelling to leicester

Location was perfect , food and desserts was on point ..... freshhhhh. The crew was amazing especially amirahhh, made myself and friends feel very welcomed. Amirah was very humble and really helpful .... coming over the table couple times making sure we all felt great . First time going to the sheesha cafe and overall the experience was 100% perfection. Thanks guys and especially amirah ... I’d definitely travel from Birmingham to come again.

Having tried all of the cafes in Leicester region, I come to conclusion that Al Feena is the best. Consistently deliver high quality shisha - thick clouds of smoke, non-harsh and lasts long time. They have never messed up my shisha order Customer Service is great. The manager (Ahmed), and his staff make me feel very welcome and part of the Al Feena family - any problems and they are there to help

Sets standards for other shisha cafes. Top cafe, of quality with delicious food. Definitely coming back.

My friends and I visited Al Feena on Saturday 29/12/18. We had sat down and ordered our Shisha and realised it was very cold through out the entire place. There didn't seem to be sufficient heaters around and the ones available were too heavy to move around by the staff. However, a very kind gentleman called Hashim was able to provide some warm blankets and attended to our needs. He even recommended some restaurants to try out during our visit in Leicester. I look forward to visitng Al Feena again, the shisha was lovely and staff were kind and welcoming.

Very slow service although lot of staff. Waiters go on tables of their friends and chat instead of serving. Nice shisha but not a good experience.

I was delighted to see that there was a shisha Lounge in the city centre RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRAIN STATION! I was gassed. Me and my friends ordered a shisha, got a few burgers and mojitos.. awesome! Totally recommend this place! Wish I found it sooner.

Excellent service from nabeel he made sure our shushes was on point. Would deffinatly recommend a visit if your in Leicester.

Came for a short meeting with colleagues, ordered and paid or two shishas and got on merrily with what we needed to do. the decor is very lovely and the shisha isnt bad at all. nice atmosphere but is uneloquently pierced by the traffic by a main road, not 20 feet from the open side of the place. two thirds from the end of our meeting I got peckish, I offered to buy a few sides for my friends but all declined. the menu is rather cheap but the pictures look good, however I cant comment on taste. theres a £10 minimum for purchases on card, which meant I had to go hungry. Hotdogs and chicken burgers go for £4 or just under, added sides take that to £6, even a small sharing platter (which says to me thats for two people) is £8.99. so disappointing that I cant simply enjoy my shisha on a sated stomach. especially for a place not offering us table service should expect people to make smaller orders, and its also 2018, people are using their cards way more than cash these days

Awful sheesha used to be a lot better. Now they are very bland and have been for months, even if you order the premium flavours. Staff don’t seem helpful in helping you pick a flavour to suite what you would like. Service is not great you wait at least 20 mins for a drink you have ordered. Despite watching people who come in after having there’s served first. Toilets are dirty despite re-vamp. Only positive is that it is reasonably priced, definitely needs improvement on customer service.

I have been here before and never been a big fan. But something about the beautiful weather made me want to smoke a sheesha outside. So ordered a double apple grape and mint. First sheesha came and i couldnt even smoke it. So got another. Second sheesha came and the pot was soooo tightly packed i felt like my lungs were going to explode. 3rd time lucky though finally got somewhat of a sheesha. Only took them 45mins. If you are a real sheesha smoker. This aint the place for you. If you want light sheesha and outdoor environment go for it I for one would not return

I took my partner and another couple here on the recommendation of a friend we walked past the door we should of entered lol and ended up walking through the balcony and seating area we sat down but we didn’t know what to do so we went to the bar inside grab some menus and back to the bar and placed our order some staff were very friendly we had the Cuban mojito smoke which was ok (this was my first one ever) a tea Carnt remember what flavour but very nice and the food was fantastic I was shocked at how the prices were very reasonable and they even topped up our smoke pipe the toilets could do with updating and I think you need waiter service but apart from that we had a good social night I will defiantly come here again and will recommend it to my friends

This is our first time visiting Al Feena Shisha Cafe.

Been going for a number of years. Love the staff. Sexy atmoshphere. The owners are muslim too and prefer cash. They like holidaying in Dubai and worshipping their money. Checking their online accounts on a daily basis and making sure someone stays at home to guard the cash. Can't fault the sheesha, tastes great with a pipe that everyone has had a suck on, excellent way to spread TB. Can't wait to visit again, might pick up chlamydia this time.

We went to go a chill with a few of the lads and the shisha was alright, desserts were really good and the food was standard. Customer service was okay overall but there was one guy which was very friendly and sorted us out.

Been here many times and the shisha is always great. The food is always of good quality and it is very good value, even if there is occasionally a bit of a wait when they are particularly busy. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Central location and quality of shisha make it one of Leicester's best.

came here to watch the football on a Sunday afternoon and I really don't know why we bothered. Service is abysmal- despite them advertising "al feena breakfast" on their Instagram we were told the kitchen doesn't open till 4pm- go figure! The guy who took my order was too busy on his phone and then ended up calling someone else to take it. Shisha wasn't great and no coal change. We asked for coal then had to wait to over 20 MINUTES! The place was not busy at all despite us asking them around 5 times, it then took me to actually mention quite loudly to the staff that we had been waiting over 20 mins for coal. I wish I could have got half of my money back seeing as i spent half the time waiting for coal! Avoid at all costs, they seriously need to sort out their service.

Pedí una para llevar desde aquí a través de Deliveroo. Mi novio no es muy exigente, pero a mitad de camino a través de comer su perro caliente tuvo que banco de algunos de. Él dijo que sabía a moho. En una posterior inspección, una sección de la pelea que tuvimos perro caliente previamente asumido a ser quemados, en realidad era moho negro. Olía a moho y se podía ver que era extendido dentro de la pelea, no sólo en la superficie. También hay puntos de verde en otras secciones de la pelea. Cuando me quejé a través deliveroo, el asistente se comunicó con el servicio al cliente en el restaurante. Llegaron a mí y me explicó que el restaurante había dicho que no había manera de que podía ser moho como todos sus la comida era fresca y a veces que la grasa quemada puede mirar como moho. Me explicó que era sin duda el moho, nada más. Me han devuelto la Deliveroo equivalente del perro caliente de costo, pero es la terquedad de la propietaria que estoy impresionada. Si era una pocas manchas de moho verde que conseguir en una barra de pan de vez en cuando de lo que podría ser relevado, pero debe haber sido a la izquierda para ir a moho en algún tiempo. Yo sólo espero que el resto de la comida comido antes nos dimos cuenta de esto (pollo y cordero) fue almacenado correctamente y no causó ninguna enfermedad.

Este es un gran lugar para relajarse. Dos de mis amigos y yo visitamos en un miércoles por la noche. El lugar se volvió muy ocupado rápidamente alrededor de las 10.30pm. Pedimos un hot dog y una hamburguesa de cordero, bebidas y una de cachimbas. La comida era muy buena, y la de cachimbas era agradable. Sin embargo, el servicio no era muy bueno. No sirve con comida - servilletas tuvimos que pedir dos veces antes de llegar. Necesitaba más" del carbón" para cachimbas, pero al final decidimos dejar en lugar de esperar más, estaba muy lleno, pero uno de los empleados - digamos - no era una persona de personas! ! No es bueno cuando se está tratando con el público.

Mejor cafe shisha en Leicester, de lejos, en el lugar más conveniente. Proporcionan servicio al cliente rápido, educado y atento que es por qué yo y mi familia visita regularmente. La comida es innovadora y siempre está perfectamente preparado con una gran selección de bebidas y postres.

Can't have a family stay over without a shipshape night. My cousins brought me here for a night out after a good meal, nice place with good shush a too

Pedimos postre y denigrante fichas para 13 libras en total! . La masa de galletas era diminuta y las patatas fritas apenas tenía cualquier queso en ellos!

Ambiente animado y una fantástica decoración. Grupo de amigos recibidos por un personal encantador, bebidas calientes y postres eran fantásticas! A pesar del clima Alfeena nos hicieron sentir como en casa! Volveremos seguro! Sería genial si se pudieran introducir algunos alimentos ricos en proteínas;)

Una visita obligada gran pipa comida gran ambiente realmente bueno, y el personal es muy atento y siempre listo con el carbón de la masa de galletas debes probar el mejor que he tenido en Leicester batidos son realmente buenos, y tienen una gran variedad

Went there today for lunch, ordered takeaway with a lovely dessert cookie dough and ice cream. Well I thought it was lovely!! When I opened the ice cream tub there was a hair in it!!!!! Rang them up and they said oh hair, next time you can have a free dessert and shisha!!! No apology or please let me replace it. I had to then take it back for a refund and no acknowledgement from the man. It was my first experience here and by far the last!!!!

Saturday night and its packed! I must admit this is not my cup of tea at all. It's smoky and crowded with quite a young clientele. Everyone seems to enjoy their shisha so it must be good then again there aren't many shisha spots around Leicester!

Totally love visiting Al Feena lounge whenever we visit Leicester have never been disappointed with their shisha.We usually end up here after dining out in the city. Great relaxing atmosphere love the open front concept even in winter the heaters are always on to make sure its still comfortable during the colder evenings. Our favourite flavour has got to be irn bru and blue mist we have never been disappointed at Al Feena and we visit alot of different lounges across the country. Fab tasting desserts too

1 hour before my waffle arrived, expensive, poor service, nobosy knew where the order was, nothign was dne after reminding them twice about the order, however when the waffle did arrive it was lovely and they make a mean sheesha! so atleast one positive

Really love this place, service is great and Shisha is amazing. Supreme shout out to the Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Definitely recommend if you're not on a diet!

Chef is outrageously rude, asked himHow long the food will take as normal customers do, and his response was "I'll bring it out to you uncooked". Foul customer service

My favourite shisha place in Leicester definitely. At it best in summer as it has outdoor open seating. Good atmosphere, although on the weekends it does get very busy so you may find it hard to find a seat. Good service and food. Perfect hangout for a chilled evening with friends.

An excellent place to go and socialise with friends. They have a huge selection of food, desserts and shishas. We visited on a Thursday evening was very busy however the service from the staff was excellent and we were well looked after. Waffles and Shisha are amazing highly recommended.

This lounge is located in the city centre and very easy to find. We had visited on a Monday night so it was not busy and during the winter too, so it was pretty cold as you're technically outside! However, I drank the desi chai (Indian tea) which warmed me up. It was so good I had to have another. The peaches and cream shisha was very nice - I'm no expert on hookah but it's obvious Al Feena use good quality flavours. I've been to many places previously where you get a harsh feeling in your throat after having just a few smokes; you don't get this at Al Feena.Customer service was good and the coal was changed frequently on the shisha. I'll be sure to visit Al Feena again on my next visit to Leicester.

This place is great. It's always busy so expect to wait for a seat but I can hair enter you'll not be disappointed. Food is really tasty and service is excellent.

the staff there are absolutely stuck up and definitely mix personal and business life together as you can see I visited last in January as the staff there are rude and not welcoming. I visited with a friend who knew one of the workers previously but didn't get along and because of that I was given the same rude service. wouldn't come again, rather go to Majlis who are professionals do not mix personal and business life together!

Al-Feena is by far the best shisha cafe in Leicester. Always provides good music and the staff are polite. Definitely recommended

My experience here was good.The food was reasonably priced & I ordered the cheese burger which was pretty good.There were Tv's to watch sport or music videos. I liked the fact that they had really warm heaters which made the environment cosy. The seating setting was comfortable and the sheesha was made well . Coal on the sheesha was changed regularly as well.

This Sheesha bar is just fantastic. I had a great time having a great evening with friends. Sheeshas come in many flavours so you dont have to stick to one taste. The staff are very helpful and responsive. This place is huge but always packed. I think I know why-its all due to the awesome flavours....variety is definitely the spice of life!!!!

I am a first year student at Leicester University from Manchester. Being a regular smoker of shisha I have high standards set from Manchester's Wimmy Road Cafés. In my first 3 months I had been to every shisha cafe in Leicester but Alfeena, and till this day I regret that I hadn't come to alfeena from day one as they do tick all the boxes.Great foodBest atmosphere Amazing customer service and friendly staff even in the weekends And most importantly the best Shisha in Leicester actually make that Midlands.I highly recommend this place as it would be the first and last place that you would go to.I couldn't recommend a shisha as every one is excellent!Yours truly A shisha lover

Only one word for them. AMAZING! Was recommended the iron bru hookah and the Cuban mojito. By far the best cafe I have ever been to
