Normally order from here all the time but past two times the kebabs have been awful full of grease and chilli sauce has turned horrible will not order again

Outstanding food, lovely and hot too.

Food came piping hot and freshly cooked. The chicken fillet burger was really nice and chicken was juicy with a very nice and flavorful coating. The bun was toasted and really added to the nice flavor. Really good as always, will order again!

Food was ok ,apart from a very soggy pita bread, and asked for only onion and lettuce but they put everything on there , even coleslaw with I didn’t want. I put it in my notes as well. I did try and ring but busy line all the time.

Not the best kebab house you’ll get but also nowhere near the better ones in the city. Staff have no customer service skills and its literally a case of take your food and leave which is fine ASLONG as the foods good. A few years ago they were decent as it was all new but have stood still and are now average at best.

Food was delivered early. Hot and fresh with the delivery driver being very friendly and polite. Didn’t enjoy the pizza but that is purely down to personal preference nothing wrong with the way it was cooked. Sides were fine. Hasn’t put me off ordering in the future just know to personally avoid that in the future as wasn’t to my own personal taste. Thanks everyone at Al Des

Enjoyed the food although a large kebab with meat to fill a pitta bread in one half of the tray and full half of minted onions, could have been more for a large kebab, regardless of this though the food was very tasty, a bit more value for money would have been nice.

Chicken cut in half and sold as two. Missing parts to order. Not the worst but far from the best.

The food was awful the chicken was just bone and felt ice cold as if it hadn’t been cooked properly and the roasties were cold and soggy. Over priced and disgusting 🤢

Food was on time and lovely as usual but was just about room temperature by the time it got to me.

Told us it was in its way and we live 5 mins drive away and it took almost half an hour, food is all stone cold

Sorry guys but my food was disgusting tonight, my pizza had chicken Tikka on it which I didn’t ask for, it also was cold, the pot of sauce was on top of the pizza which it was stuck in the pizza. The chicken Shish kebab was not hot . Very disappointed tonight guys. Normally I write a good review but not this time I was very disappointed.

Worst meal I’ve ever eaten. Absolutely poor quality wouldn’t serve it to my dog.

Excellent as always. Food came quickly and was piping hot, chicken fillet burger and nuggets so nice and also the fries cooked so fresh was really nice. There is a reason these guys are local legends.

Fab as usual. I bought the chocolate pizza to share with my carers, I think uv got 2 more customers, they loved it too.

Ordered the chicken shish kebab and I was so impressed I just HAD to leave a review. Normally you can't pick up the pitta breads because they're soaking with all the sauce and having all the salad dumped on top. Not this one!! The pitta with chicken and choice of sauce inside was one side of the box and the salad places the other side so the whole pitta bread was fresh and not soggy from everything being dumped on it! The chicken wasn't dry and was so juicy and tasted incredible. Definitely the best chicken shish kebab I've ever had! Very impressed

After spending nearly £52 on food this was for 3 chicken burger meals a Large Chicken Shish Kebab and a Lamb Kebab. We had minimal salad in the Kebabs for the money. We only had 1 slice of tomato in each and also 1 had a cucumber in each. We also had a small teaspoon full of coleslaw loads of lettuce and a few onions....Yet 1 very small slice of a new chocolate Pizza? I reckon you should keep your so called Pizza and Give your customers what they actually paid for!!! Yes I have pictures and for what we are paying your portions are getting worse.So disappointed with you guys its unreal. I will not be coming back after this.

Al-Des is the the worst take away experience I have ever had!! The cheese and chips looked like a triangle of dairy ley slice had been thrown on it, the chips were brown and burnt needless to say cold and the kebab was tasteless!! In addition it says free delivery within 3miles and I was charged over £3 delivery living 1.6 miles away! Absolute disgrace of an establishment!! I work away from home alot and look forward to a take away when I get home after a busy week, I will not be ordering from here ever again! Over £30 of food ordered and feel completely ripped off!! I never received my free bottle of coke either!!!!! I have photos to prove this but this app doesn’t allow me to send them but I’m sure you can picture the scene!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would , my chicken was slimy, cold and disgusting didn't even eat it threw it straight into the bin, rung to complain only for them to hang up on me (guilt shows right there) , avoid this place it's disgusting food wise and customer service is appalling!!!!

Large chicken meat and chips was mostly salad and chips. Really poor, I do not leave many bad reviews but I was shocked to see what £9 had got me. Won't be ordering again and did request a refund for my food. My wife's order was good and she was happy, just to show this is a genuine review.

One of the best chicken burgers at al-des, had a really nice greek salad with feta with it not had one before and it went very well together.

Ordered house special kebab, have lots of doner meat but not much shish, forgot the peppers and onions, pitta bread wasn’t scored open. This place is hit and miss.

I got poisoned and vomited right after eating the food I bought from here, my stomach got really bad.

I ask for mild chilli this is so hot i cant eat any of it, the rivs ate so rubbery and tough that they wlso cant be eaten what gone wrong here usually so nice never again.
