Due to road work food was late. BUT was worth the wait. Food was delicious. More meat in the lamb jalfrezi though...samosas a bit bigger🤔🥰

One and half hour wait! Food was ok but cold and order short!

I ordered my food at 7.26pm and it did not even arrive till after 9.30pm. Although the food was nice, it's a shame that it took so long. at the time of the order it said it would not arrive till 8.45 which is quite a long wait time in itself. although I was told there has been an accident on the road that might of caused delays, at the time of the order still showed 1h 20 mins which is still quite long. when I complained staff were apologetic and were OK with me requesting a refund at the time.

I'm sorry Akash but you've lost my business. been ordering on and off for 3 years but last night after 3 hours my food arrived, tried calling a few times, got hung up on once and told driver was 10 minutes after I called after waiting 90 mins. I don't care if you would have just told me the truth of "Sorry, we forgot your order we'll cook it now it'll be 30 mins" or whatever happened. the fact you lied to me several times and even just bluntly hung up just made me lose all trust in you guys.

Food was cold and chicken tough as was overcooked I also had to call the restaurant as I ordered at 7.18pm and called at 9.05pm and then the order was sent 5 mins after it was stone cold as on my app it said it was delivered that’s why I called it’s obviously been forgotten and left on side

Food was fine but took twice as long as expected to arrive from ordering - 2hrs in total. When I phoned they told me they'd be 10 mins and still were 20 mins later than that. Need to manage customer expectations better.

Usually stellar as I've ordered from here 5 or 6 times, todays was awful, only 2 small pieces of cheese in the Paneer and 3 shrimps in the King Prawn Biryani. really stingy and disappointed today.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Best Curry I’ve had in years, I would recommend to all. I know for sure that I won’t be ordering from anywhere but here from now on. The quality and taste if perfect. Great value for money. I have ordered a few times now and every time I have received a free item/meal which is lovely. Definitely order from here you will not be disappointed.

I have ordered from this establishment three times now so far and the quality and taste of the food has always been to a high standard. I will be ordering all my Indian cuisine from this restaurant going forward

The order arrived 1hr30 after the restaurant said it was delivered (21:35 vs 20:04). I called the restaurant 4 times in that period, each time they said the driver had left and was 10 minutes away. I hate being lied to. Food was not warm.

Food is great and menu is good for trying new things. The wait was a little longer than others but they have 40% off so not there fault and worth waiting for! they forgot my rice and when I called they came back as soon as they could which others wouldn't do! Will order again and again

I specifically requested a Balti dish, and even paid the extra, but I was sent a properly made curry which I did not enjoy. That said, the mix grill was good, rice quality satisfactory, but then again, the bhindi bhaji dish was again poorly made. 5/10 - and that is me being nice!

it came on time but lamb tikka was extremely tough couldn’t even bite into the meat and butter chicken had big random chunks of tomato in it? biryani was quite dry and flavourless with a single piece of tomato and cucumber on top? naan was ok also dry, meal came with a bright yellow/green sauce which had a strong coriander flavour after i requested NO coriander. korma and coconut rice was the highlight but wouldn’t order again not authentic food….. disappointed sorry….☹️

The order was over an hour late and turned up cold. We asked just eat for some money back but the restaurant refused. Can not comment on the food as it was cold and was ordered to feed my sons who had to go out before the food arrived.

ordered food at 6.05pm Saturday 23rd Nov, estimated time was 6.50pm to 7.05pm, adjusted time to 7.40pm after a " where's my order call", food eventually turned up at 8.16pm. Not great and won't order again from this place.

Awful food! Food was inedible and items missing from my order. Contacted just eat and was told I’m unable to receive a refund. Shocking! I would avoid ordering unless you want to waste your money and be left hungry and out of pocket. I expected more

The restaurant were very apologetic, but this has happened a couple of times recently which is putting me off returning. Fortunately I have a microwave as the food was lukee warm. A shame standards have dropped as the food is delicious.

The food arrived over half an hour after the latest delivery estimate (almost 90 minutes after ordering) & showed as delivered when it had not even left the restaurant. I had to chase up the restaurant to find out what had happened to my order. The food was reasonably tasty, but all of it was very mild & lacked the depth of flavour found in authentic South Asian dishes

no delivery, nothing, no call, porch lights on to help driver... failed again, so fed up, utter rubbish, should have used uber like my friend said... just a waste of money and time, pathetic failures again and again..

Ordered over £25 worth of food for them to deliver the wong order. Called the restaurant for them to tell me they will cook me fresh food and get it redelivered only for the food to come lukewarm. No spice like it said and overall very disappointing

the food from here is always great, but delivery especially in the weekends is not so good, especially as the restaurant doesn't have driver tracking.

The order took 2 hours to come, said it was delivered when it wasn’t and couldn’t get any info on where the food was.

Everything tastes great except the butter chicken and the pilau rice. I may as well have ordered plain rice instead because there’s nothing in the pilau rice at all. It’s just all white and plain. The butter chicken is sugary? Like it’s very sweet and doesn’t taste good at all. It doesn’t have much of a butter or curry flavour so it’s not good. Really upset with the taste of those two items. The rest were actually nice

I still want to give you guys 5 stars because the food was still good. But please do not be inconsistent with the portion size and extras that you provide. The lamb tikka mains were a lot smaller this time and didn’t come with any salad. And only 1 popadom and no extra mint sauce was added when you always normally provide that as standard. I would have ordered it happily if I knew

They have marked delivery time completely wrong. It finally turned up over 2.5 hours after I ordered, stone cold and wrong items sent. Won't use them again, everytime I called for an update on the delivery I was told "will be with you soon, we have limited drivers and he had many stops to make". Should really get the order refunded. Terrible experience. .
