Food not delivered waste of time

Missed a burger off as power cut wasn’t happy as girlfriend had no food but there said guna send tomorrow so least still sending it

took the delivery driver 40 mins to get to my home when we live 5 mins away in the car. woman on the phone tried to say it's traffic when I told her there is no traffic as the England game is on. food eventually arrives when the match pretty much finished. our fries are rock hard and hollow because seems like they have double cooked old fries (food safety!!) the driver thought it was acceptable to hold off on £2 change, proobably thought he was getting a top for been late and giving us cold food

It was ok. The smash burger was a bit dry and the milkshake was VERY watery. The mozzarella sticks and Mac and cheese bites were a bit synthetic in taste. The chicken burger was quite nice and the people were very nice on delivery. I really had high hopes for a great milkshake because it says it’s made with gelato but it was very watery and didn’t hold its shape for long. I don’t like leaving bad or mediocre reviews I just want to be as transparent as possible. I think this place could be great.

initially got our order wrong (human error) sent a donner burger instead of a halloumi burger however when I rang to tell them they sent us a replacement out which was fast service which we really appreciated would recommend burgerama lovely food very tasty and staff know how to provide great customer service and when mistakes are made they rectified them without any issues!!

If I could give 0 stars I would I was given a chicken parmo which still had the blood and my chicken burger was completely uncooked. Which they proceeded to tell my girlfriend that the red stuff in the parmo was just the bechemel sauce.

The chips were disgusting..dry rock solid with no potato left inside all went in the bin. Its usually lovely from here too. Tried to call it was not the right number.

Delivery man “had no change” so had to let him have a £6.93 tip

Excellent food. Burgers are delicious, so are the buns. Fries are tasty. Onion rings are unbelievable! Tried this place out and it will now become a go to.

I had it's tasty crispy burger , it was yummy....

This is the 2nd time purchasing food from here, the first time was just dessert which was delish! This time got more food and was no different, it was delicious. It’s good value for the portions you get. It was also delivered on time and still warm even tho it’s about 20mins drive away. Definitely recommend and will order again.

Apsolutely delicious burger and onion rings, the garlic dip was amazing. Also the cake was delightful and by far the freshest I've had from a take away. Will definatley order from here again.

Food was great, burgers were hot and tasty as always! The fries/onion rings that came with were a bit on the colder side this time but still edible!

Asked for the garlic to be separate from the kebab and it came with garlic all over it which is such a shame as one of us doesn’t like garlic so couldn’t eat it sadly. Burger was good.

45 mins late stone cold asked for several updates didn't get one. Used these guys a few times and this has happened 3 or 4 times now

By the time I got it, the original meal was cold, a burger I was given for it being late wasn't even cooked through...disappointed.

Burger wasn't nice, the parmo wasn't a classic parmo and was pretty dry. The food was pretty cold. Cookie dough was probably the best thing.

Jumbo beef burger was tasty and seasoned well, the sauce in it was really tasty, wish there was a version with bacon! The jumbo chicken my mum got was tasty and flavourful. Everything arrived hot and on time, absolutely enjoyed it and would come back here again for sure! Great service and an underrated gem of a take away, nice to have a small local burger place with great food.

The cheese burger and chips was really really nice and well worth the money however the red velvet cake was not worth £5, it was the tiniest piece sadly. Garlic sauce watery. Thanks.

Lovely food. Always spot on. I’m so glad this shop is near us as most desert places are far out and aren’t as good. These never forget a thing and portion sizes are so good. Love how the loyalty stamps work too. Who doesn’t love a good discount 😊 thanks for the lovely food !

Quick delivery and good quality food with big portions. Will be ordering again. Only 1 criticism is garlic mayo isn’t the best, a bit watery and lacks flavour but surely not a hard thing to fix 👍🏼

I wasn’t sure, what I want to eat when I got in. After brief conversation I have been advised to take tandoori doner kebab. I’m positively surprised. As for takeaway, the food is very good. On the top of that, the guy fed persona in need when I was waiting for food. I like good people who make good food. Definitely I come back when I’m around.

My food was stone cold could not eat it

The delivery driver was lovely and polite and called me when he couldn’t find our house - which happens more often than not. Classic Burger was really good and the quality was great.

Really tasty cheese and turkey bacon smash burger, soft bun, plenty of chips, some nachos and a couple onion rings in the box. Everything was lovely, arrived quickly. I also ordered a cookie dough which was thin with strawberries on top. Good food, will definitely order again. Thank you!

Food was great! The donner smash burger was very nice, But The chicken burgers weren’t great to be honest. The rest of the food was brilliant especially the deserts!

Love how they think outside the box. Chips onion rings and nachos cheese sauce with every burger. Why has no one done this yet. Few improvements needed if they do it will do well and last a long time. Chicken burgers need to be cut thinner they are having to overcook them and breadcrumb or coating is being incinerated defeating the object but was really nice. Smash burger meat is a good quality but needs to use more fat in the burgers to lean. Its over cooked on the outside and under cooked on inside more fat will resolve this and give burgers a softer bite. Ask supplier for 80/20 mix ratio of beef/fat plus better tasting. Hope to see these improvements on next order

The only thing is driver couldn't find the house but it wasn't a problem he rang me and I walked to him but in all fairness the houses are backwards and weird food was hot really nice and not shy on portion size can't fault any of it

Ordered 2 cheese burgers, a Oreo waffle, cookie dough and 2 milkshakes. Came earlier than expected food was piping hot! Definitely good value for money only suggestion would be to select which toppings to add!

Took ages to arrive then when it did the fries were stone cold and there were a stingy portion. Also the nachos were soggy. The burger itself was actually very tasty but only lukewarm. If they were better with the delivery then it would be lovely.

Food was gorgeous. I got the philly cheesesteak and a bacon beef burger. Both burgers came with nachos, chips, onion rings. Everything was hot and crispy.The cheese sauce they use tastes lush. The donuts I had were also really nice. Will be ordering again!! Restaurant kept me updated, delivery driver was polite and helpful.

Ordered on Deliveroo, 1 of the burgers was incorrect. The smashed burgers it doesn’t state they come with salad but they do. There’s no option to choose no sauce you have to pick one and the burger came with a different sauce to what we ordered anyway. Is annoying because the food actually tasted really nice the cheesy garlic fries where lovely

Just been there for the first time, got the Grand Canyon burger and dirty fries. Never had a burger like it! Absolutely gorgeous, get yourselves there and treat yourself. Can’t wait to try there milkshakes next time!!
