Whilst staying in the area of Brecon the children walked past this place so we went back the next morning to try. Don’t bother, food was sub standard and the quality of a below par greasy spoon. Average waffles and awful Welsh Breakfast. By far the worst place we are during our visit. Try harder!

As always the food is great - the staff are friendly and the service is impeccable. Great place for lunch or a quick coffee and cake -- much better than the chains....

Great menu choices, very tasty bagels, toasties, served with lots of sides. Amazing freak shake topped with a donut and rainbow candy. Amazing crisp waffles with fresh banana and loads of Nutella. Fabulous. Comfortable space and friendly staff.

Arrived and were told to sit wherever we liked when we asked to sit outside. Waitress gave us menus, took our drinks order and then returned with our drinks. She never returned to take our food order, we had to go inside to find her. Food arrived quite promptly but what a disappointment. Bread was on the stale side and the avocados were hard and tasteless. We wanted to order a second drink but the waitress never returned to our table. I used to love it here but I won’t be rushing back unfortunately..

3 Main StreetWe were staying approximately a mile from the pub,so drove past at 6pm and it was open. Took the car back to the holiday home and walked to the pub, arrived at 7pm to find it closed. Apparently , if it is quiet they they close at around 7pm.

Gurnos RoadA lovely meal, great value and service too. Will definitely return again, and would highly recommend the full rack of ribs, which were cooked to perfection.
