The staff are lovely They give good recommendations. Very nice to my autistic son the food is wonderfully I've been many times never had a bad meal .we love the Thursday night £12.99 .special menue

I ate here with my husband Friday night on 15/04/24 for our wedding anniversary. The next day i woke up with severe stomach pains. I vomited about 9 times throughout the day and had diarrhoea. I slept on and off all day. I could not even keep water inside me. I was still severely ill Sunday with stomach pains and sleeping lots. I've had to take the day off work today as i'm still really poorly. We will never return to this curry house again. i strongly advise everyone to avoid!!!!!!!

Poor service. Wasn’t even busy. Very expensive for the service and food quality. Also never answered or came to the phone quick enough.

The restaurant was closed when I got there at 5.30pm and I needed to give in an order for 15 people for a lunch the next day. They opened the restaurant just to take the order and I collected the next day just before 1pm. The food was beautiful, everyone was very happy with their mains and extras such as rice, naan and even a prawn cocktail. The flavours of the main courses were the subject of much discussion around the tables (I manage a retirement lodge for people over 65 years of age), everyone was thrilled and some even deliberately left a little bit so they could finish it off this evening for their dinner. Having been here before as a customer too with my family, and the staff being so helpful, can honestly say this is one of the best restaurants in Farnborough.

Very poor service and customer care. We arrivef at 7.15 and so ordered our meal at 7.45, however we didn't get our starters until 8.30pm ... even so that was warm not hot. We waited for our main meal, but we later discovered that it had not started to be prepared. So with that decided to leave. The manager later then charged us full price for our starter and drinks without a sign of an apology or remorse in his body. 4 people and 3 children for starters and soft drinks £60. If you want to be ripped off then please go to this restaurant.

I know I am spoilt being 5 minutes down the road but they were ever so prompt and the food was amazing. I asked for whichever pickles were going and they included an excellently sharp lime pickle which shows they know exactly what they're doing and they really are the flavours of India. They are the only shop I know you can get a Naga heat biryani from which tasted amazing the food is all really fresh and the mixed starter was again amazing with the onions in it. Honestly not had such a good Indian take away for a long time and we are spoilt for choice in Farnborough. I was really impressed thank you Agor and your prompt driver

We have been to the Agor on several occasions, and the food and service each time has been excellent. We have been there as a couple and as a party of 14, they are so polite and can't do enough for you.

We are local to Cove and have come to Agor a lot of times, and also got takeaway on occasion. We came last night for a meal out as a couple and had a great experience. It's so nice to finally be out again and if anyone knows this restaurant they will know the hospitality is 5 star. Last night the food was also incredible as usual, almost better than usual. My chicken tikka naga was amazing and quite honestly it's the best curry I've had and I've eaten at plenty of Indian restaurants in England. Nothing bad to say about Agor. 5/5!

We love a curry and tonight we decided to try a different takeaway. Good points were it was all very tasty and I loved the naan but....... There was so much sauce and hardly any chicken. I am not even sure it would have been one chicken breast in the whole meal. The chicken in one dish had some bone in it. which was unpleasant. Sadly put me off returning.

This restaurant is set in the perfect locations close to a few other restaurants in Cove. The food here is on par with any other indian in Surrey/Hampshire and the service and staff are fantastic. Great attention to detail and they are always willing to help and make your food just the way you like it. We generally visit on a weekend for dinner and find the place to be barely half full which is amazing when you consider how good the food and staff are. Go here and you won't regret it! 5 stars all round.

One of my favourite restaurants when I am in the Uk Good service and food. Always made to feel welcome. The poppadoms and compliments are the best

We couldn’t believe how nice this was. We had a combination of mushroom pathia, lamb pathia and chicken tikka naga. The depth of taste was amazing, we are coming back for more tomorrow. Highly recommended

We eat here regularly as the food is absolutely delicious. We would heartily recommend it to anyone who enjoys good Indian food.

Firstly the restaurant it's self is a wonderful eating place, it's clean, well laid out and the staff are courteous and professional. The food however was a bit of a let down. Our starter was a butterfly prawn, which unfortunately was covered in thick layer of breadcrumbs and deep fried, tasteless and over cooked. The main course was tasteless and bland, the sauce was too thick and the meat tough. It is a pity as the evening promised so much and finished up an expensive disappointment.

This was truly a fantastic meal, with great friendly service... I had a naga curry, beautifully made and tasted fantastic... Definitely head back here when next down this way... Many thx James

we were a party of about 15 and I was very impressed with the speed of service and accuracy of the order. the food was very nice without being spectacular but I'd be very happy to recommend this place to a friend.

We have had about 5 takeaways from these chaps now, and I must say that the food has always been really tasty. It is always well presented (as much as it can be in a takeaway) and the chicken is not (what typically happens with takeaways) that pumped up full of water nonsense. It is real good food. Give them a try and I can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.

I was staying overnight in Farnborough and i used trip advisor for a really good curry house and found the Agor. I eat quite early in the evening at about 6, so the restaurant was very quiet. The service was great and i tried something i've never had before. A chicken Naga. Wow, it was hot!!! A bit to hot for me but that was my fault for not reading the menu properly. Overall, a really good restaurant and i'd definitely recommend it.

Really good food, well cooked and well presented clearly using fresh ingredients. Used this several times and have never been disappointed. Reasonably priced too.

I live just 2 minutes round the corner so I thought I would try the local Indian resturant.

We went for dinner last night to cheer ourselves up and because we were ravenous. This was my sons second visit and he recommended we try it. We were not disappointed.

Very tasty food for our 1st time here. You must try the fahi, impressive to look at and an amazing taste. Staff are happy and attentive and not over whelming. Looking forward to my next visit. Best curry house in farnborough and the surroundung areas

Popped in after the cinema was planning to get a take away from another Indian but they wouldn’t answer the phone so as we drove past we decided to stop and see what they had to offer, the food was fantastic and couldn’t fault it, it’s defiantly the best Indian in Farnborough and we will be returning.

The old Vujon now reopened as the Agor has been redecorated and is under new ownership, banquet night is on a Thursday but is not advertised, look inside the menu on the back page and you will get a vast array of good foods for only £12.95

Visited when first opened at flavours were not right. My chicken curry was bland and lacked any dort of flavour. The chicken was tough and chewy. The waiter hardly understood what I was saying and kept getting our drinks order wrong. Won't be visiting again

We went here for a meal on Friday evening. The staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a good range on the menu and the food was of a high standard. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant if fairly new in the area and I’ve been there a few times. The food is consistently good, in fact I’d say it’s the best place to have a madras in the area (IMO). The food is full of flavour and looks really great, the staff are extremely good, very attentive and they really care about the level of service they provide. One great thing about this restaurant is they offer you a complimentary drink at the end of your meal - that can be any beverage from the bar. It’s a very nice touch - would highly recommend Agor to anyone in the area - go there, your belly will thank you later

Hair in my biryani. Veg curry stank and tastied of being off. Chicken was far too dry and chewy. When complained about to the Waiter he didn’t believe us and instead insisted they have the “best chef” and the black hair was from my blonde head. When we asked him to try it himself he wouldn’t. These people don’t eat the food that they serve, that should ring alarm bells. They really need to further improve their food hygiene ( the reason why they were shut down in the first place).

I visited here after being disappointed with the old restaurant that I used to go when they changed management, and I have to say that I am glad that I did.

We wanted somewhere to walk of which Agor is only a 10 min walk from us. As it was new owners we thought we would try and we were not disapointed. Very nice starter and main, service lovely and prices very reasonable. Had a lovely meal and would go back again.

We were eager to try The Agor as it is so local to us, just a five minute walk. The service is good, the food even better. My husband said it was the tastiest curry he had ever had, praise indeed. We went on a Saturday evening and i did book but there was no need as there was plenty of tables. However, i feel once word gets around that situation could change. Will definitely return.

having just moved into the area .been searching for a good indian resturant. and found this to be the best so far..was very quiet evening so service and speed was good..had the mixed grill which arrived nice and hot with a good selection...i have this dish alot and this was a good one..partner had various dal dishes and said best she had in a long time ..offered a comp drink after paying bill ..always a nice touch ....will absolutely return and def reccomend

Let me start by saying that the initial service, followed by the starters and main meals were fantastic. From a perspective of food alone, this newly-opened venue is very much worth a try. I should report though, that despite loading the bill with a decent tip, the tray was brought back to my table some minutes later, proclaiming it was £10 light!! There is absolutely NO RISK OF ERROR on my part, as I knew the exact amount of money in my wallet at the point prior to paying. As a proper British gentleman, I duly paid the bill without making a fuss (using a card), adding a further tip to that. I am truly disappointed, as I shall never return to this restaurant out of principle (I cannot trust the staff) - it's the only decent place to eat within a 20 minute walk from me.

Previously the Vujon this has always been my favourite Indian. Having tried others in the area nothing matches. Been to the Agor twice now. The food is just exceptional & by far the best Indian food I have tasted. I would highly recommend it and I wish them every success.

Have visited twice and can honestly say this is one of the best Indians I've been to. The food is well presented and good size portions. I judge most Indians on the dansak. This is the best I've ever had without a doubt. This deserves to be in the top restaurants in the area. Its fairly new and hopefully will attract many more dinners. If you like Indian food give it a go.

Had a lovely meal here this evening. The food was very tasty, staff friendly and a nice relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.

We went here as we had friends staying over and it's walking distance from our house. We were hoping for something good as it would be nice to have some decent eateries in Farnborough and we were more than impressed with the quality and flavour of the food. It was fresh and as we all ordered different things we sampled each others, all commenting on how lovely the food was.

Our first takeaway from the Agor menu turned out to be exceptionally tasty food. Highly recommended!

Have used the takeaway service twice now and the food has been outstanding used to go to his previous restaurant which was always good but I feel this better which is hard to achieve will keep on using
