Excellent tea selection and small bites. Our party of 4 was well-fed and felt well taken care of. Service is excellent and attentive. Our picky eaters of the group loved every bite! It was a wonderful warm respite on a blustery day.

Afternoon tea in The Library. Plus points - service, sandwiches, tea choices and scones were all excellent. The cakes were really disappointing. Looked lovely but all the same texture and tasteless. The rhubarb one had no rhubarb taste. The cheesecake was soggy. The chocolate was stodgy and heavy.

This was our first experience with afternoon tea. We were seated with an awesome view of Big Ben. Our attendant, Tetiana, was precious and extremely helpful. The sandwiches, scones and desserts were perfect. Truly a wonderful experience and we weren't made to feel "out of place". We're from Louisiana so we're used to an ice cold glass of southern sweet tea but this was a wonderful experience.

El personal era muy bueno, hablador y conocedor del menú. La cocina en sí es perfecta con excelentes panes para comenzar. También disfrutamos de una variedad de bocadillos que eran imaginativos y sabrosos. 1 Palace Gate 1d, London W8 5LS EnglandWe went before a performance at the Albert Hall. The food was excellent. My wife and I had the cod which was delicious. My daughter had the cauliflower which also got the thumbs up. The service was friendly and attentive. It was pretty full, always a good sign. Even people eating outside. A good experience. Definitely go back there.
