Abbots' Fish Fryer in Stoke-on-Trent

This company is a SCAM! They entice you to open an account with "bet credits" but make their "rules" so complicated you can never actually use the benefit rewarded. My so-called "bet credit" had to be used within 7-days or you lost it. I never even knew they had arrived as you only get them credited at a random date a long time after you are entitled to them. I wrote to the company for comment and received a condescending, patronising reply. Moral of story: They are scammers and I definitely would never trust them with my money. ACCOUNT CLOSED!!

Good for a meal when in a rush to cook yourself.......

Order was ready to collect at 20:20, order was actually ready at 20:50, but clearly some of the food was ready at 20:20 as it was ice cold come time to eating it. If I wanted a microwave Chinese I could have gone to Tesco , mixed grill was questionable and consisted of a sausage gravy and mushy peas. Won’t be order again from here - Left this review on Just Eat and they hid this, shows true colours of both companies standards...

Erm it's been closed down for bout 5 yrs. 😳

Awesome food great portions and pipping hot , will not order from anywhere else .
