Abbots' Fish Fryer in Stoke-on-Trent

The worst restaurant in Stoke on Trent, I waited over an hour for my food and I still would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, the food is disgusting. zero service😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is the 3rd time ordering from them. Every time I order from this kfc the food always takes more than 90 min to get delivered to 1 mile this time surprisingly it's been more than 2 hours I am still waiting for the food .I called them asusual no response it's high time they change their manger .

Erm it's been closed down for bout 5 yrs. 😳

Firstly they forgot about the burger, the straws and the sauce. went back in to collect the missing items and the burger was absolutely fowl looked as if it was just threw into the box after being dipped into a chip pan, although the Drive through lady was absolutely lovely. Not happy

This company is a SCAM! They entice you to open an account with "bet credits" but make their "rules" so complicated you can never actually use the benefit rewarded. My so-called "bet credit" had to be used within 7-days or you lost it. I never even knew they had arrived as you only get them credited at a random date a long time after you are entitled to them. I wrote to the company for comment and received a condescending, patronising reply. Moral of story: They are scammers and I definitely would never trust them with my money. ACCOUNT CLOSED!!
