This is my second visit, very nice cosy pub, with lovely staff

Lovely little bar. Quality atmosphere. Pool tables, live sport, good lager on tap. Also had some lunch it was a brilliant price for the portion size. 10/10 would visit again

Fantastic bar/ restaurant the food was fresh, mouth watering and hot. We ordered chilli salt & pepper wraps £7 paid extra £2 for fries also ordered the Angus burger £10 in a toasted bun with fresh, crispy salad, fries and homemade coleslaw which was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have been coming to Liverpool for 10+ years and we can honestly say it's the tastiest meal we've ever had here. ( been docks and many other food restaurant/pubs none of them have compared to here. Definitely would pay more for our meal worth alot more than they are charging.

Before starting a ten days holiday in Benidorm my twin brother and I decided to take a couple of days off work to visit some of the great pubs and bars our city is justifiably famous for, we dropped into Abbey Road Bar as we were wandering around this part of the city. This is a great bar ,interior is light and airy, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, great decor and furnishings, cool wall art, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar, its just a great bar to chill out in. We ordered beers from Carling Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in while we sipped our beers which were totally delicious, its not my normal tipple, more a real ale and craft beer fan myself but I must say I enjoyed this beer as did my twin before we moved on and as on every other visit to Abbey Road Bar we had a great time. Abbey Road Bar is easy to locate along Harrington Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Friday, open from midday. Saturday & Sunday, open from 11am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

The Abbey Road Bar&Kitchen was just one of the many pubs and bars we visited while we were on a pub crawl in the city centre.A superb bar that offers a good drinks range and shows live sport and there's a few pool table's in here. The bar itself is spotlessly clean with lots of interesting fixtures and features that relate to the Beatles and sport.We visited early in the afternoon and it was very busy which is how me and my twin like pub's and bars.On our visit we had a few glasses of Madri that where served iced cold and well priced.An excellent bar in a fantastic area that's well worth visiting. Nice vibe.. Pool tables are a winner and it's just off the main street so not too busy. Would deffiently recommend visiting if your around.

Great service and decent quick pub eats

I went to watch the rugby with a few friends. The place had a great vibe the staff and management were absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend this place.

1st time we have been here, atmosphere was really good, the staff were pleasant , food & drink was good. Will definitely be returning .

A relatively new bar with lots of screens to watch sport, pool tables and some outdoor seating, this bar is worth a visit if you want somewhere a little less lively and more traditional than Castle St or away from the madness of Matthew St. £32.70 for 5 drinks is also cheaper than Castle St, but more expensive than Matthew St bars, so about right for location and type of bar, as it is not pitching itself against Castle St.

Stopped for a few drinks mid week - all very clean and lots of seating areas. Lots of TV;s to watch sports and large booths for large groups. Did not here this time but have eaten here before and very good pub grub and great proper chips and fish. Just over the road from Cavern Walks and Liverpool One area.

Nice place for drinks and a game of pool. I always stop by when in Liverpool.

Lovely little pub, played pool and had a couple of drinks it's got a nice decor inside and does food too, friendly staff and the pool in afternoon was free.

Found this place by accident but what a find, Superb place and atmosphere for a Saturday afternoon drink, clean, good music, good prices, deffo on my list now

If Carlsberg made pubs this would be the one. Definitely the best atmosphere in Liverpool City centre staff are so welcoming it almost feels like home. Live musicians are brilliant reasonable prices too its well worth a visit.

Had the pleasure of spending time in this beautiful bar on both trips to liverpool last November and this past weekend. If you like sports this is the place to go. Plenty of screens with all the sport you could want been shown which for my partner was heaven on earth. One of the cleanest bars ive ever been in spotless. The bar staff are amazing. Drinks and food are great and very reasonably priced. Special mention to Claire and Jane who looked after us so well. Cant wait to return. Will always be our first stop when we go to liverpool in the future.

Had to rate 1star wouldn’t let me put NO STAR the girls who work in the kitchen are friendly an lovely, the management on the other hand are a waste of space tell a load of lies to get your money then change there mines on the day , wouldn’t go there again there’s lots of places to have a party trust me STAY AWAY

Lovely place very clean and tidy, warm welcome, free pool until 4pm . Lovely staff.

What a find, cracking place to watch the footy, staff were so friendly we did'nt have food but the food that was coming out looked delicious so we will be back to try it, 10 stars from us x

Nice Bar, well laid out with quite a few 'Booths' which are great if you're drinking in a group👍. Clientele are all friendly people, decent priced drinks and two Pool tables 😎

Had are works party there Friday 10th December.... the food was lovely and the price was brilliant... we defo be back next year and hopefully in the summer for a works bonding day/night out again..

Nice place since it had a refurbishment. Food was good but £10 for scouse with chips is a bit expensive. Great atmosphere children welcome friendly staff.

It had friendly staff a great atmosphere showed sports, had live music and the food was lovely especially the fishbites and tartar sauce was yum and omg the steak fries and peppercorn sauce next level for snacking. Wish it was my local, definitely will go back when in Liverpool again. 😊

Love this new bar, you can tell it’s brand new everything looks slick and shiny. Its a really nice place to come and sit, drink, eat, watch some sport and have a game of pool in a lovely atmosphere. Halloumi fries are unrealll my new Sunday regular hangout. Love it!

I’m not one to criticise a pub for the sake of it when you’re trying to get back on your feet but, your policies were clearly not being adhered to by some punters in there early evening Saturday 18th. We stayed for a couple drinks for about an hour and where we sat near the windows, we had the required distance between us and the table behind us. However, further in, people were stood in between the tables so no chance of them being 1 m+ apart. Same at the bar, some punters were simply ignoring the rules but I didn’t see anyone taking them to task. Also, both pool tables in use? So numerous people touching the equipment when you’re supposed to be minimising risks? Don’t recall seeing anywhere to register name and contact details? I appreciate it’s difficult when people are having a drink and a laugh but it’s got to be done. Take this as constructive criticism rather than responding with a sarcastic remark or calling me “Karen”. If someone gets the virus that has visited your bar, you’re going to look a bit daft if you simply dismiss someone’s genuine points of concern UPDATE You really like the “Karen” gag don’t you?? Don’t do “bad” reviews eh? Anyway, glad to know you’re taking the situation seriously as are the majority of people but they’re doing so to stay healthy and protect others rather whining about the cost of bi folding doors and turning away thousands in trade. All well and good waffling about risk assessment carried out but pointless if your staff and bouncers don’t enforce the rules. But hey, thanks for your sentiments in me keeping safe and likewise, I wish you good luck for the future as you’re obviously going to need it in abundance with your attitude

Walked in Saturday with friend's. The actual Bar was rammed with no social distancing at all. Walked straight out in disgust . This is not A pub to go if you want to stay covid free. Karen here bit sexist.? Check your cctv you gammon 6 til 7 then respond . Checked with mate who said ""It was packed. All younger people, didn’t see much in the way distancing, staff weren’t arsed either" ps soup Newcastle was vile. Stand by my comments check cctv end of.

Brilliant bar, amazing food, class selection of beers and gin cocktails among others! Boss staff. Venue will be absolute class when the live music can start again! Get involved kids.

Brilliant day/night yesterday. Ended up staying there all day as It was class. Food was lovely, great friendly atmosphere and service etc was fantastic. Highly recommend for anybody looking for food and drink.

It was that good we ended up staying there all day as the food and drink was exemplary. It had an extremely friendly atmosphere and service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this bar for anybody looking for amazing food, drink, game of pool or watch the sports channels. I will definitely be returning soon.
