Our favourite place for a curry!

Bright, light and airy room. Tables spaced out so you are not listening to others conversations. Clean. Friendly, attentive staff. Quick service and very hot food(temp not taste). Allowed to take your time not rushed. Good range of food choice. Take your own alcohol.

Food arrived ahead of schedule which was great and the Balti was awesome 👌 👏. Will definitely order again

First time giving this place a go and we weren't disappointed the food is excellent, the staff are friendly and the seats are actually really comfy, it's very clean inside and the bill didn't shock us at all. Think this is our new go to curry place.

Very friendly staff, excellent hygiene standards, attentive service and the most delicious Indian food that has managed to satisfy even my fussy husband. Any dish tweaked to your own liking. A fantastic night for the family.

Superb meal, will definitely order food again.

Ate here last week following an offer of a nice discount to past customers by the management team. We used to eat here pre covid but stopped for no reason other than….covid !. I really don’t know why we never went back. The team are welcoming and friendly, taking the order pretty quickly. Starters came as we finished our poppadums and were a nice portion with three samosas each. They gave us a good few minutes rest before mains arrived and both were very nicely cooked and presented. Staff were attentive throughout, asking if all ok and exchanging chat about their situation. Unfortunately, businesses are still suffering and need all the help we can give. Aashiqs offers great food at good prices. Try them.

I love this place. I always feel over fed. The food is amazing and the staff are great. I’ve had delivery from these as well and it always arrives quick.

Local restaurant, decor a bit dated but food was excellent and tasty. Staff were accommodating and great hosts. We were greeted and welcomed and asked to stay as long as we wish. More than happy with the service and food was great value. Will be visiting again.

Place was cold inside needed heating on and my curry was very bland staff very attentive though

Went with friends without kids and were treated like royals. Second Time we went with family and kids and felt really unwanted. Owners wanted us out so bad that food plates were taken the second we dropped our forks. When asked about dessert we were told There arent many. Receipt was given in a rush to push us out.

Visited this place for the first time, had great expectations, however was disappointed. Food was so mediocre and service was poor. Staff weren’t attentive at all and no enthusiasm was shown. My whole family felt awkward and on edge. Don’t recommend!

Had the tandoori mixed grill and as always brilliant.will not use another restaurant but this one for eating in or takeout.

Aashiqs has been a family favourite for many years and it never fails to impress. The service is great, the value is good and the food is delicious and clearly made of quality ingredients. The food arrives hot and in a timely manner and stays warm to the last bite. The staff are friendly and I always enjoy chatting with them when I visit. I often get a takeaway, but my parents visit on a weekly basis and eat inside the restaurant, which is well decorated and comfortable with nice furniture and a well thought-out layout. There are tables supporting groups, couples and individuals all throughout the restaurant. I can't recommend this restaurant enough - their food only gets tastier as time goes on and the relationships you build with the team are real. If you haven't visited yet, definitely give Aashiqs a try!

I have been here a few times and every time it's the same thing, fantastic food and fantastic staff. If you want a lovely meal with cracking atmosphere I highly recommend here. Staff will offer recommendations based on what you are trying to order but will also respect your order if you don't want to try something new. If you drink alcohol bring your own but they are always happy to accommodate this with glasses ice and soft drinks. Its Always a good night out at Aashiqs

Food was delivered 25 minutes earlier than the estimate, and there were free poppadoms, salad and sauce. My instructions about the food being too hot were followed and the passanda and masala were absolutely perfect, in fact I ate all of mine when I usually have to save about a third for the next day!! Will definitely order again, thank you!

Food was good as always 😋but unfortunately I've never known it anywhere else when ordering on just eat but we like the tikka masala but cannot order this meal via the app You have to have the tikka curry which maybe to spicy for some people. Its ashame you can't get what you order so be careful.. I guess as its a popular dish its happened to others and not just us. You just can't get a masala so please double Check. 😊

Fantastic food, delivered 25 - 45 minutes before the estimated delivery slot!! Free poppadums! Most items were in foil containers as well rather than plastic. What more could you ask for?

We eat in at this restaurant on occasion too so we know the food is good. We have had several takeaways now and the food is always excellent.

Brilliant food Best Indian by far!

Our food arrived almost 20 minutes early which was awesome as we were really hungry! Everything was really tasty, and I particularly liked the chicken tikka pasanda, as not all restaurants do it! The free poppadums, sauce and salad were a welcome addition and really added to the experience. Thank you!

Very disappointed!! The chicken in all 3 dishes was tough. One curry was tasteless and only had 5 pieces of chicken in it. The yoghurt mint dip was like water.

First time using this restaurant and it was lovely friendly staff nothing was to much food came out hot and tasty. Only negative was the mint yogurt it wasn't very minty but that's me being picky

Visited Aashiqs tonight with friends and we had a Fantastic experience. First and most importantly the food was absolutely superb. Add alongside this the excellent service and the most friendly approach of the staff, the value for money, and you would have to go a long way to get as good a meal elsewhere. I strongly recommend anyone to give this restaurant a visit and enjoy a great evening.

Aashiqs is our favourite local place to eat, the staff are amazing especially our Sam, who always looks after us , taking time to answer our questions about menu choices, even recommending menu choices, never yet disappointed us. Food is amazing and you never feel rushed to finish your meal. Great atmosphere! Whether its a nice meal with the partner, special family gathering, or works meal this is the place you need to go. Nothing is to much trouble.

First meal here since the lock down and it was definitely worth the wait great food and service I will be returning very soon

What a hidden gem! The best curry house around! The food is absolutely amazing, top quality and top taste! The price even better…. Table of four adults all had starters, main course, lots of sides and three pints of coke (you take your own booze in too!) and only came to £55…. We even had to pass on the free coffee and ice cream as so full. The service is amazing and the staff can’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend.

Amazing staff and 100% stunning food, always go here when l go out to eat, their butter chicken is made to perfection and the way i always want it. Stunning staff always look after me whenever I go, great Ed with respect and loyalty. Never let me down on the way i like the butter chicken cooked. Ok for a cheap eat, not the best, jalfreze wasn't really great, garlic rice has chilli's init which I'm not sure why? Chilli paneer wasn't great, won't be ordering again. Only good thing was the keema naan

The curries was tasteless, the special naans were awful, no cheese, couldn’t find the chicken and the coriander was so over powering we couldn’t eat it. The lamb in the starter was so tough we couldn’t eat it. We’ve been loyal customer of there for years but somethings happened, have they changed the chef because it was horrid. It cost us £29 and was a total waste of money

Food was average. My partner's mushroom dupiaza contained more onions than mushrooms. My Chicken Sagwala was perfectly edible but nothing special. Courier who delivered food was friendly but food was late coming which was annoying.

Great restaurant, lovely food!

First time using Aashiqs, but it won't be the last. Slightly more expensive than we're used to but it was worth it as the food was top quality, and delivery was free. Really pleased to receive free poppadums, sauce and salad too. We will be back, thank you!!

I put on the notes no onions, as we have an allergy. I rang the restaurant and asked for a replacement, after he said on the phone “oh I didn’t see that on the notes” it would be a long time and can’t replace, I said so I have no choice? He repeated no and he would resolve next time?? I’ve had to re-order from another restaurant. The rest of the food that did arrive was sub-par and cold. I’ve religiously used this restaurant but not anymore.

Very disappointed with my food i can tell I wasnt freshly made tasted days old! Lamb balti and chicken rice wasnt the way I asked them to make it even though I called up myself!! Dont recommend. Not worth the money coming from Asain pereon

Only Balti I have had in years where it didn’t burn my my mouth and was very enjoyable. Nan bread was perfect 👌
