We ate from the all you can eat buffet and we were not disappointed went for a family meal with the kids and chose the buffet as there is something for everyone plenty of choices of starters mains and desserts will be going again soon

Surprisingly early but that is what one hopes for ordering for as soon as possible... Delivery person conscientious and polite. Really can't fault the experience

Ate here as a family and all dishes were enjoyed but my lamb achar was the best I’ve had - absolutely delicious.

I’ve been going to Aagrah restaurants many for years and thankfully the food is still excellent, however in recent years it has moved to a buffet every night which has started to attract people in tracksuit bottoms and baseball caps, destroying the atmosphere. I might be old fashioned but going out for a meal should involve getting dressed up and looking nice.

This is a great restaurant and the buffet has a fantastic selection. You can order from the menu if you prefer. Love it.

Perfect place to dine in, loved from moment walked in great hospitality they do full buffets till 9pm and also serve whats on menu aswel if you want. However I went with the buffet, I love food the food was amazing had so much different varieties including pudding for the sweet tooth highly recommended It the buffet for each head came to £14 wonderful atmosphere, service and food. Thankyou

completely tasteless, gray, korma. Fine if you can't stand any kind of shove or flavour but definitely not for me. The peshawari naan was nice but not what I expected, rather than bread stuffed with delicious coconut I got a naan folded in half and covered in sultanas.

It was our first time so we did a double celebration, my husband birthday and also Ramadan to open Iftar. I was impressed from the beginning very nice customer service on the phone to reserve the table and also when we arrived greeted politely. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and plush chairs. There was a que for the buffet but that was expected at the start but slowly got around to choose what we wanted. Everything is freshly cooked and so tasty. Staff were so organised and helpful. Plenty of choice from salad bar, chicken wings, butter chicken, rice, naan bread. Ice cream and hot puddings. The only thing I would change is the positioning of the food area it's in a very centre location of restaurant and everyone seems on top of each other, 2 large pillars block the way. I was seated at table 50 and on this side if the tables were moved all the buffet could be arranged round there and more room. Just a suggestion for future plans. People were weaving in and out and seemed a bit frustrating at times. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come back after Ramadan.

After me and my family were kicked out of the Sheepscar bar and grill because they double booked us, I took them to this place as I always feel welcome and relaxed. I asked the manger if he could squeeze us in as I could see they were extremely busy and of course he did, and also the incredible staff made us feel so welcome, under an extremely busy schedule for them from the second we arrived, this is not the first time the manger and the staff have gone above and beyond for me. Phenomenal friendly service, food is amazing. Thank you again guys.

Great venue. But not given option when ordering, of the Buffet meal which we wanted but instead given the a la carte menu. Straight in with Poppadoms which was NOT part of the buffet menu. Carried on with the buffet meal. Were charged extra for the Poppadoms. Had to order water 3 times before any was actually brought to us. I will not be revisiting due to the ill informed and non existent explanation of the menu options available when menus brought to the table. Not helpful.

Food turned up 45 mins late and stone cold. We had to reheat in the oven.

Wow Wow 👌 What can I say, the best place to dine in and enjoy your meal in excellent surroundings. The service was super, and the food was really tasty. The staff were very polite and curtious. I personally like to thank Mr. Riasat for his service with a smile. Highly recommended for friends and family. I can't wait to visit again in the near future.

Not really a massive curry fan but went for a family meal.we went for a buffet option.the food was absolutely gorgeous.lots of choice .great value for money .the staff were friendly and helpful.it was my first trip to aagrah and won't be the last

it was barely warm swimming in grease just wasnt the quality you get in the restaurant itself , does not compare to denby dale branch which is so much nicer i spent over 60 qquid for a meal for two and got poor quality food not happy at all as its alot to spend

Don’t know why I haven’t left this review before now but the team here are honestly unbelievable, the kindest and most generous people. Our food and experience here every Wednesday is top tier and we’ve very grateful to have such outstanding Kashmiri food on our doorstep, cannot ever fault. Appreciate always having our regular drinks ready upon seeing us😅 Paneer tikka masala, lamb bhuna, lamb balti and pilau rice are just a few of their gorgeous dishes. The same chef who’s done the pilau rice for years should be knighted- no exaggeration👌🏼 Pakistani pilau rice at its finest. Thank you all👏🏼

Very good Food was amazing so was service and atmosphere We came for breakfast buffet but we felt like we hade lunch dinner and desert too. I would recommend this for people who have big appetites

Tasty enough and certainly the best Indian Takaway within 10miles but seems to be going downhill in terms of quality. Especially Naans. The Peshwari Naans were flat (almost like a paratha) and lacked the usual depth of flavour.

We dined on a bustling Saturday evening so the slightly rushed but also lax service was forgiven. Most of the food was excellent, reasonably priced and broadly authentic (even commonly innocuous items would give a significant proportion of the population an uncomfortable experience the following day). The price, dietary information and spice levels of the buffet were unclear (and it was also reminiscent of an all-inclusive budget hotel with seemingly more English and Italian food than vegetarian Indian options), so most dined from the menu instead. The menu was much better but also slightly unclear about vegetarian and vegan options. In summary, would recommend, but a few Indian restaurants in Leeds city centre get much closer to perfection.

Pilau rice was scraped from the bottom of the pot.

Well I haven’t been to this Aagrah for years and what a pleasant surprise it would now have to go my new number 1 over the one at chapel alerton the buffet choice is brilliant they don’t stand on guard to make sure you only have 2 lamb chops like they do at the pudsey branch and the manger remember me and my kids from years ago very friendly staff ice bar , the cook steaks for you fresh and most importantly the lamb chops were ace not the tuff ones the give you at pudsey this is my new go too, they do seem to be keen on your child’s age got questioned 2 times and id not even ordered for them so they didn’t know if they were having a kids buffer or not so why ask wait until I’ve ordered

Very good starter/main/sides buffet with lots of choice. Desserts - rubbish jelly, but an abundance of marshmallows 👍

Got a takeaway that included mushroom pilau rice and a meat madras curry. The rice was very oily and the meat madras curry was very salty. Not good.

The reputation Aagrah has in Yorkshire is well documented and this location lives up to the hype. An incredibly well decorated restaurant that oozes quality the moment you walk in and surprisingly even on a Tuesday night there’s a good vibe. Buffets are not my thing so we opted to order from the main menu. The quality of the food was exceptional as was the service. Recommended

Order from Aagrah all the time and it’s always been lovely but on this occasion we were very disappointed . It just didn’t taste the same and seemed to be a different colour ! , the chips were practically white and the chappati was quite hard. Always been happy before so sad to give it a thumbs down this time .

if there was more than 5 stars i would give more as staff were very nice always asking if you need anything fast for the drinks and always had great service. One waiter gave me a bowl of custard as it was mixed with the jam sponge overall great experience 👍

Have been going to the Indian buffet for a few months now and every time it has been spot on 👍. There is so much food to choose from, and it is always delicious. I never leave the place without a full stomach that's for sure 😀. The service and staff are also great, with the latter always being sure to check everything is ok and clear plates efficiently. I will definitely be keeping up the regular visits. 🍛🍛🍛🍛🍛

The buffet has been leveled up! Prawns freshly cooked right in front of us on the new flat top grill were incredible. Still a great selection of food, there's always something to try. Thankyou to the staff and chefs tonight.

We had takeaway first time in a long time from this branch I have to say we received one wrong dish it must have got mixed up somehow when ordering, I asked for makhani and got kashmiri . But still ate it was too hungry to complain. Just about managed the heat. I have to say this restaurant is much spicier than the Denby Dale one so not sure I'll be getting another meal from the garforth branch sorry guys even partners korma was a bit spicy it should be mild and creamy I did enjoy most of the dip selection and pashwari nan and mushroom rice was lovely never had that before poppadoms were lovely too we even got an extra one ooooowee . When people spend so much why not add a taster as a surprise a drink or a small starter I feel full enjoyed what I had despite the mix up ty

Large restaurant with plenty of parking. We had the buffet , basic vegetarian offer for a starter, salads, chickpea , samosa, and bhaji. Mains are again limited and not the best quality. Puddings and ice cream available only vegan option is fresh fruit. Nice to say we tried, but not a patch on real Indian restaurants, especially vegetarian and vegan options

I am so angry, I ordered 2 main meals to be delivered tonight. When it got delivered my partner noticed one of the curry’s were in the same size side tub as the salad. I called the restaurant up and made them aware they had made an error and we paid for full main meals. After speaking to 3 people, the last guy on the call said to me “we’ll just next time let us know and we will send it out”. I replied “absolutely not I have ordered my food I expect the goods I have paid for”. He then went on to say the portion was a decent enough size and what was the issue. I said the curry was for me and me son and then he started laughing down the phone at me. I have never ever had this bad of a service!!! Do not order from here. Disgusting service and reluctant to send you the food you have paid for.

Excellent meal with friends on Friday night. Food is great with authentic flavours. Chairs a bit uncomfortable though.

Went for the all you can eat buffet what value. A superb range of starters, the lamb chop and garlic mushrooms my top pick, for the main they all looked delicious hard choosing but the tikka, marsalla was divine as was the fish marsalla. Sticky toffee pud with custard to finish. I asked for a blackcurrant cordial and done perfectly.

I have been going here for years with friends and family. It must be twenty years if not more. Started out as just the small restaurant with very few parking spaces. Superb food kept drawing us back. The restaurant expand over the years and in recent years has now added a permanent buffet which is definitely welcomed. Good food, good beer and great staff. Spot on.

Aagrah is a dependable group of restaurants & I've never had a bad meal at one. Food was very agreeable here but the experience was marred by how loud & busy the place was. About half of the diners were eating from the buffet so lots of movement. The tables are very close together to the extent that waiters serving a la carte food can't get delivery trolleys in the gaps. Waiters, as always, were helpful & efficient

First time I've eaten at the restaurant as usually get take out. The buffet was superb. Nothing was dry or over cooked and the place was kept very clean. Great range of dishes and desserts were great too. Staff as always were friendly and engaged in banter.

Had the buffet tonight and everything was delicious, left 'well flup'. The staff were pleasant, helpful and attentive. A Very good evening was had by all.
