A Line in Chelmsford

Stopped at this newly refurbed KFC Broomfield rd in the hope that it might have improved.....how wrong we were! first none of the automated card only machines for ordering were working and counter cash only. after finally managing to pay, food arrived, once home with takeaway found that one portion of chips was missing (not unusual) and that the vegan burger was completely rock solid and inedible and can only assume that it was reheated from earlier, was not worth the effort to drive back to complain but will definitely not be using this branch again. best option close it down and use the more professional and polite branch at Springfield.

Terrible food. Would not go back in hurry. Very dry, greasy starters. Felt good could of been warmed up. Prawn toast unable to eat as so greasy and chewy.

Terrible food chips brown spring rolls tasted like perfume and dripping in oil. Curry had no curry in it bits of boiled chicken put in some brown coloured sauce. Egg fried rice no egg. Sesame prawn toast disgusting tasted like pork. Gutted just got over covid and fancied Chinese it's a shame my taste had returned
