Never a good idea to laugh at customers when they leave the shop. This is a bad thing and gets 1 star reviews. Do not recommend this place. Lacking in customer service.

I ordered two burgers and two milkshakes. The total cost was £23. The food arrived two hours late, despite me calling several times to check on the status of my order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, stale, and tiny. The burgers were dry and the milkshakes were melted. I was very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was also very poor. When I called to check on my order, the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. They did not seem to care that my food was late. I would not recommend to anyone. The food is overpriced and the service is terrible.

Ordered off Uber Eats at 9pm, had no update for over an hour so decided to contact the restaurant at 10pm. They said they were waiting on a driver and that it should arrive in 15 mins. That’s when I realised they don’t even hire Uber Eats drivers to deliver, but their own staff instead. Explains the long wait time… The food didn’t come in 15 mins as stated, more like 30. 1 hr 30 mins total waiting for what I can only describe as one of the most unpleasant takeaways I’ve ever had. I ordered a standard double patty smashed beef burger, which you could hardly taste because the meat was that bland, and had it with fries coated in an overwhelming amount of sickly mince, cheese and jalapeños that I had to put it down after just a few bites. I had hoped the saving grace would be the garlic dip I had as a side to perhaps mask the taste but they somehow managed to mess that up too. It tasted more like crème fresh with a few herbs sprinkled in than a proper garlic mayo you tend to get from other takeaways. Paid £16 for an inedible meal, having already waited 1hr 30 mins and feel robbed. This place is a scam. Please avoid.

Do I even need to explain myself it taste worse than it looks. I really want to know which idiot chef tried to fry this and burnt it to a crisp. Do not BUY. 6burgerz please retire ur time was enough, U caused more harm than good. Most of the harm was done to my stomach. The only nice was thing was the 7up and I got that from my kitchen. Side note Google should let me do negative stars

I would unironically rate this place 6 stars if I could, this place has the 'value for money' to 'Food quality and quantity' ratio PERFECT! for 15 quid you can grab their loaded fries, one of their specialty burgers AND one of their immaculate milkshakes to wash it all down with. The staff are chill too, treat each other like family it feels great walking in there ordering and just sitting down and having them notify you casually that your food is done. The food, tastes INCREDIBLE!! it's gourmet flavour without the hyper steep price of them I love this place!

Decent takeaway. Chips are very nice. Chicken tenders and chicken burger both very crispy, the coating was a bit dry and the seasoning was a little strong for me. The beef burger was cooked well and tender but could’ve had a bit more flavour Overall I’d give it 3.5

Buns were old. They were hard and they didn’t taste no great. Ordering the 6 mini burgers and honestly they weren’t nice at all and they were cold and the worker over charged us. When I worked out the price he charged us extra £1. The boss has been informed the only thing he could offer off good gesture was a voucher and I said no thanks 🙏🏽

First of all service is so bad they taking so long to deliver order. When i rang them and ask how long my order will take to come staff talk to me very rudely and then he didn't give me time to come he said we don't no when your order will come So I recommend please do not go there and specially don't order online for home delivery you have to wait more then hours

I wish I'd tried the food from here much sooner, the burgers are amazing from here and if you've not tried the chicken tenders then I suggest you do so ASAP as honestly I could happily eat those forever! Great service, arrived hot and tasty. I'll definitely be setting this as my main burger place when ordering takeaway!

Chicken was tougher than eating a leather shoe, took over 30 minutes to get the food and then said I’d give you a free one. I’m not waiting 1 hour for “fast food”

First time ordering from here, the food was mediocre, nothing to rave about. The beef burger was standard, the bun was tiny and thin. The coating on the Chicken Tenders were quite salty, had to dip in the sauce to balance out the saltiness. Chicken burger again- standard. Pretty stingy portions actually according to the prices. Won't be buying from here, it's definitely below standard, given their branding seems much more luxurious. I've not yet found a better match for Archies.

Placed an Uber order around 11.30am Was told the driver picked it at 12.15. It's now 12.55am and I'm still waiting for the food. House is 12mins drive from restaurant. Just be honest and communicate clearly with your customers. Clearly driver hasn't even left ...

Terrible delivery service. I was told 4 times by staff that my order was 10 mins away. After an hour of waiting I called and was told oh its on its way now. The staff didn't care that it was late or help at all. Won't order again- also when it did arrive the food was terrible anyway. Small portions and stale taste.

Another entry into Prestons ever growing 'premium burger' market. Unfortunately it was only the prices and packaging that were premium. The food was mediocre at best. The burger was tiny for £8 and wasn't particularly tasty or well presented. Three chicken strips for just shy of £6 is steep in my opinion. They tasted pretty good though. The 'homemade dip' I got amused me. It was a bit of shop bought chilli sauce and a bit of shop bought nacho sauce mixed together in a thimble sized tub. Thankfully it was only 55p. All in this was a dissapointing experience. Miles behind the likes of Scrandanavia, We Don't Give A Fork and even Food Lab.

Very bad service. I waited over one hour and my order still was not ready. Not recommended it.

Food was 3x longer than expected delivery time and cold when it arrived from the long journey of 1min in a car. Told 15mins prior it's with the driver and the driver said its a lie. Did send a message right away to get this sorted and while they said they would look into it. They never did get back to me after that. All in all, I would not give them another try as a Monday in January is not exactly rush hour and no excuse for stone-cold food.

I have been a customer of 6 burgers since they opened in Preston. And I’d say it is a fine place if you go and collect it but it is a horrific place to request a delivery from. I have tried getting the food delivered from them through Just Eat, direct from their direct phone and today from Uber Eats. One thing I know is that they don’t use Uber Eats drivers as you cannot actually track the driver like you can track when an uber driver is delivering food. Today my order was estimated to be delivered by 5.05pm and currently it is 6.12pm and there is no delivery yet. Called the restaurant for an update and they rudely put the phone down on me saying the driver is out so they cannot help. Last time through Just Eat the order was 2 hours late, was soggy and had half cooked soggy and smelly waffle fries. Prior to that I collected an order from them on a day I was fasting. Went home and it was a wrong order. Called them and informed that and they told me there is no way possible that I received a wrong order and after 15 minutes on and off the phone they realised that they had sent the wrong order and that they cannot do anything about it and asked me to eat the wrong order instead which was also cheaper in sum to what I had actually ordered. Absolutely appalling customer service. Two stars are for that the food actually tastes good the day it is fresh and you eat it piping hot. If you want to get food from them, kindly collect and make sure it is the right order.

Very good burger! Both chicken and beef! Chicken was juicy and crispy! Beef was juicy and had flavour, was not watery! Bacon loaded fries were good but could have been 💯 if the bacon was fried up Would definitely recommend

The "usual " burger was not ehat i expected,it was a large chunk of meat on a.small bun! However after putting in a complaint i was sent a free burger of choice.

Decent food but delivery is always at least half an hour late and very rude customer service

Food way over priced for there quality, delivery is shocking, gave out false details for driver. Waited 2 and half hours and a little over for food that wasn't even edible. The burger was raw in the middle, fries stale. Rather of had a microwave meal for one. Service from them is terrible too, called over 5 times after waiting time to be told driver was 4 mins away as that's what satnav says, I live not 10 mins drive away from restaurant, half an hour goes by ring again to be given false delivery driver number. Don't waste your time or money. RANCID. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR.

First time ordering from here. Took 2h40min to arrive and when it did they gave us the wrong order, cost £28 was offered a £5 refund

Brilliant service good food and fair prices

! NOT HAPPY ! Decided to try 6Burgerz as estimated time for delivery was 45mins witch was great as hungry but that wasn't the case food arrived 2 and half hours later with no update from them. The burger was dry with little salad and the loaded fries was basically cardboard chips and jalapeno and for the milkshake only had 3 sips as it was split and crushed in the bag. I tried ringing for update lines was busy but deliveroo contact you they answer straightway. Absolute joke!!!!!

Customer service top draw! Food was epic! Ordered an fully english burger, and dynamite wings, both cooked perfectly. Will be going back! Definitely worth a try!

I had an appaling experience, my burger was proper awful and the chips had grit on them from being unwashed prior to frying, worst burger in the City, MrJoes do better burgers and there proper hanging. House slaw is the worst slaw iv everhad, my mate agrees, said Iceland do a cracker for a quid and its nothing on 6burgers slop. Wont be coming back, got a full refund from Justeat il stick to a Maccies double cheese from now on

Amazing food, “The Usual” burgers are really nice and really worth it!

If you’re up north and have had Archies just know this is the closest burger chain to archies so juicy and fresh, the churros were under cooked but the rest of the food was so so filling and delicious love the quality

Ordered a veggie burger meal with two cans of extra pop and some waffle fries- all of the drinks were missing from the order and when I rang up to ask about this I was talked over, took me 4 times to be able to say 'I'm missing the pop from this order, can it please be sent out' lol. Food was alright, bit greasy, and lukewarm by the time it had got to me but I chalk that up to us living about 10 mins away from the takeaway. Delivery driver was kind though.

Ordered in the takeaway. The order was made clear and confirmed by the guy serving us. once home we realised that the order was wrong so we called the takeaway the gentleman who served us tried to help however he can't help the fact the kitchen staff are incompetent of following simple orders.. After apologising about the mix up he stated he would send out the order About An hour later the new order is delivered and yet again its wrong and not appetising what so ever. Not sure if this was passive aggressive behaviour from the kitchen staff as they had to recook the full order however its not acceptable and this kind of service will loose valuable custom. Definitely won't be returning after this experience.

Inedible food and customer service is nonexistent. I waited 3 hours for 3 burgers I had missing items and the lettuce on my veggie burger was rotten. Tried to contact restaurant with no response the autobot on the website was no use and after contacting someone on the Facebook page and sending pics of the food I was told it would be looked into. A month has now gone by and no one has been back to me. I’ve sent multiple messages which are just ignored.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 3 hours for food and it still never arrived despite 5 phone calls. Told various lies about food being sent when it hadn't. Guy on the phone was rude, swore, spoke over me and to others whilst I was talking to him. Will not be trying them again.
