Super delicious food, we had a lovely evening. Thank you very much and gladly again!

Ate here for the first time last week, we had the chicken burger, Gyros and a stonebaked pizza all were great. Tasty, well cooked and healthy. The staff and owners were also wonderful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back! Local gem!

Best eggs Benedict in York. Pizzas are amazing too. Highly rate !! This is an undiscovered gem.

Feels like you've found something very secret and very special when you a stumble across a decent restaurant in a more rural location that isn't your bog standard gastro pub and that's exactly what you get here. Particularly fond of this place as I'm a Dunnington local and can go on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly and incredibly accomodating. The food is absolutely delicious, the chef is a very talented person who clearly cares about their craft. The only negative thing I can say about this place is I was absolutely devastated when they took the Carbonara off the menu. It was the most authentic Carbonara I've ever had from a restaurant in the UK and was comparable to dishes I've had in Italy. Not worth knocking a star off just for this though.

Just had takeaway delivered to my address in Stamford bridge by a super friendly driver. The food was excellent. Very fresh and still nice and hot. Finished off with one of the best tiramisu’s I’ve ever had. Really impressed and would highly recommend!

Just had a delivery to Ashfield caravan park. All our food was excellent. I'd score 11/10. I ordered some tzatziki & it wasnt with our food but not to worry 🙂 then the delivery guy came back to bring it for us. Thank you, little things like this go a long way. Cant wait to come back again & order the exact same.. halloumi wrap 😘😘

Popped in for a takeaway Gyros last weekend and all I can say is wow! Food was top quality, great portion of quality food for a very reasonable price. Although I didn’t sit in I’ll definitely be coming for a sit down meal as the venue is warm, inviting and the staff were just so lovely! Great place!

Visiting the area and found Bistro 66 through google, and I’m very happy I did. The food tasted amazing and the service was just as good if not better. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely come back.

Menu looked awesome, I did not eat as just had lunch. Couple near me eating and looked great. Had a latte, beautiful though a tad cool. Very friendly staff and nothing too much. Excellent service thank you x

This is the third time we have used the takeaway service and again we haven't been disappointed. We have had the Chicken and Pork Gyros which are absolutely delicious. The Tiramisu and Ekmek Kataifi are divine desserts. We highly recommend 66 Bistro.

Lovely bistro, great for breakfast/coffee/lunch. Tried the takeaway pizzas last night, couldn't fault them, they were excellent. Highly recommended.

A gem. One of the best meals we had in our stay in York. Went with all the positive reviews which didn't disappoint. Believe we eat from a newly launched menu. Fairly traditional options on paper however the quality of the food which was cooked to perfection took them to another level. We were told all the ingredients were all locally sourced with the desserts we picked were made by the restaurant. After meal coffees were delicious and the quirky foam patterns/ designs a lovely touch. Price wise it was good value considering the quality of the food. Service was great, very polite, courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean, modern and cozy. Parking was no issue. Overall the focus on food and locally sourced, quality ingredients sets this restaurant apart from others. If you're looking to book somewhere to eat in York, you'd do worse than booking here. Five stars all round *****

Gorgeous food, lovely staff and a really lovely setting

This place is beyond fabulous and how lucky to have it on my doorstep. It goes from strength to strength. I used it when first open on a very rainy autumn night. The food was simply delicious particularly the sea food. The service is equally matched. The wine offering is good without being overwhelmingly vast. Something for everyone. The desserts are homemade and I’d not long been back from Florence and the Tiramisu here was better than Italy. We’ve done brunch here and went back a couple of weeks ago when my 19 year old kindly met me spend a fortune here again. The food was even better. I can thoroughly recommend the sea bass! Having eaten all over York and indeed all over the world this is up with the best of them. Truly! No kickbacks

I've eaten here several times when visiting family in Dunnington who frequently visit The Bistro. The food is always top notch from their scones to fresh salads and avo on toast to a sumptuous Christmas eve dinner it never disappoints. The coffee is unrivalled and the staff are so friendly, kind and helpful.

Not only the best kept secret Bistro in the area with fantastic food and excellent friendly service but now a gift from the gods… take away and delivery service to your door, so you can enjoy their culinary skills from the comfort of your sofa. Well done guys just what Dunnington needed and a different but compliment to the villages other good food services 👌🏼

Well I have taken so long too decide too fill this in that actually I do not recall what I actually had food wise I guess it was a breakfast thing and a dirty Chai all was brilliantly made and they decor aswell.

This is a lovely place to eat. whether its Sunday lunch or an evening meal we have enjoyed many meals here, both as a couple and with family. The food is delicious and everyone is both very friendly and professionally courteous.

Had tea their the other night, a Brazilian prawn starter, and steak mains, I asked for rare and my partner medium rare, both steaks cooked to perfection, waiting staff couldn’t do enough, lovely atmosphere, well worth a visit.

Really nice place to sit. Been there for lunch and dinner and food are amazing. They also made food specially for my children that’s not on the menu. Great service.

Called in to Bistro today for some cake and coffee. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Delicious brownie and coffee and staff even provided some water for our dog. Great Service!

Excellent café with amazing quality food and attentive staff. The food was brilliantly flavourful and portion sizes were great. The value for money is really good but I would 100% recommend the old butchers (and a baked treat to take away!).

My Sister and I visited on a Saturday morning after dropping our Dogs off for a hair cut in nearby Elvington we had warm weather so decided to sit outside ......Linda was fantastic serving us, really friendly and very welcoming I had the Sausage,Bacon Egg sandwich the egg yolk almost orange so you just know its free range fresh etc the bacon and sausage a cut above your normal... washed down with excellent cappucinos my Sis went for the freshley baked cheese scone with chilli jam .......simply out of this world and very resonably priced we could literally not fault a thing......top marks we will be back

Very welcome coffee stop for three cyclists who needed some respite from cold wet damp windy weather. Coffee and toasted fruit bread - just the job with some left for the back pocket. Nice and friendly too

My favourite place to go for coffee and cake. Pancakes are especially good! Staff are friendly and the place is always clean and welcoming. They take card/contactless. Always a wonderful selection of cakes!

Friendly good food amazing xoffee

Dunnington, a quaint village on the way to Bridlington, with a marvelous little coffee shop offering quality food. Breakfast was delicious! Limited parking, as was the room in the coffee shop, but did "take out" sandwiches. Well worth a visit.
