After finding out about this new Hong Kong cafe in the Stray Ferret news, we decided to pay a visit for lunch. The menu was limited but boy, the food was exceptional! We had the fried dumplings and the prawn tempura with curry & rice, accompanied with milk tea. We’ll definitely go back and recommend you seek out.

Lovely little spot. Great cafe and a lovely atmosphere. Coffee was spot on as was the service. We were looking for a warm brunch (sourdough/eggs etc) but, as they didn’t do one, we were advised of a great spot in town for it (Hoxton North)

After the first visit, I couldn't wait to go back lol..So I took 2 different groups of friends there. We were impressed with matcha latte, bubbles pancake and their sandwiches are tasty as well. This will be our favourite place whenever we wanted something difference😁

My first visit to this cafe under present management was a very enjoyable experience. I wanted to try the soufflé pancake and I was not disappointed. It was wonderfully light, fluffy and creamy and I can't wait to try other flavours. The cafe is small, but warm and cosy with friendly staff. There is disc parking on the adjoining streets.

Me and my friend wanted to go somewhere different for coffe and I found this cafe on our local Facebook group and decided to give it a try☺ We weren't disappointed, it's everything we looking for , Eggs waffle was delicious and proper matcha latte with red beans paste which is hard to find in Harrogate. While we were in there, We have a look at the menu and already know what are we going to have on next visit 🥰🥰

The atmosphere was chilled and fairly quite. The menu quality ha a variety amazing options to choose for example the latte was £3.20. We had exceptional service from Euan and Iona! The hygiene was 10 out of 10 cleaning service state of the art. The prices are reasonable and not to expensive compared to the other cafes. Accessible wheel chairs is very good they can manage to get in and out to go through a magical a garden to chill out and have amazing time with their drinks! overall very outstanding service and definitely come back and we will look forward to see you again soon.

Amazing. I am working my way round the granolas and bircher mueslis of Harrogate and Leeds and this one might have just taken top spot! The granola is delicious, chia yoghurt also, and so much fresh fruit. None of the compote nonsense so many places are providing! My friend had the pancakes which I also tasted and will be ordering next time (preferably tomorrow as I can't wait to go back) as they were so tasty (and not too sweet). The more savoury dishes looked excellent too. Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The kitchen is open so you can see exactly what's going on and smell the delicious smells. The whole place is light, airy and clean. Great soap in the loos too! If I could rate it higher I would. My new favourite place. See you in there whilst I work my way through the entire menu.

Love coming to cocoajoes! I find it hard to resist going in every time I visit York. The service is so friendly and welcoming. I love the hot chocolates and the cold chocolate option. Honey I'm comb in a personal favourite. I wanted to try something a little different and the person who was helping me gave me options and let me try the chocolate beforehand. An excellent idea and I can't wait to visit again!

Stopped at the tearoom for lunch during a visit to Ripon. My wife had the savoury cream tea. It was the best scone she has ever had, delicious. I had the ham and cheese toastie. This was also delicious, better than any offering I've made myself. Definitely worth a visit.

We are a group three couples who stumbled across this lovely cafe whilst walking the Hartwith Round. The coffee and all the cakes were absolutely delicious served by a very welcoming and friendly face. It is in an idyllic location and I would do the walk again just to enjoy this little cafe. A little gem of a place which puts some warmth into your heart.
