Decent venue. Great staff and friendly. Great decor and facilities. The surrounds have been in question, with the homeless camping nearby and street crime. Instead been more inclined to go to Coworth Park.

Great place to stay and visit! All rooms feature modern equipment and smart home technology, which is particularly impressive for a historic Mayfair hotel. The blend of classic elegance with contemporary amenities makes 45 Park Lane stand out.

Nikol at reception was amazing and very attentive! Nothing was too much trouble for her!

Please be careful when booking this hotel - not only did I have a terrible sleep in a really uncomfortable bed but there were multiple protestors outside making it impossible to relax in my room. Apparently this hotel harbours criminals which upon finding out made me feel extremely unsafe. Place caution when booking here

Jesse and the team really looked after my wife and I. Pre arrival, we told them we were doing early Christmas gifts and as such were attending a show in Wembley, upon our return from the show, we had cupcakes in the room with pictures of the band and album we went to see. Nikoleta assisted with the check in and she was warm and friendly. Thanks 45 Park Lane for everything

Marvellous classy hotel and great location. Delightful exciting art work on display.

Staff, restaurant, spa was on point. They made sure everything was arranged and handled. Huge shout out to Raphael in CUT for making my night with the beef Wellington. Millie in the spa was fantastic. Reception staff were great and butler team did everything right. Will certainly be back

We were in China Tang, a brilliant Chinese restaurant inside the Dorchester Hotel. Excellent Chinese cuisine and good service. Check it out.

45 Park Lane is definitely giving off that fresh, new hotel vibe. Super modern and stylish, with great attention to detail. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was spot on during my stay.

Dear Team, I was recently attended for work purposes 45 Park Lane establishment. In order for us to achieve our objectives it was necessary for the Hotels team to work with us closely and assist us in promptly actioning very specific requests. I would like to say that the team worked very hard and diligently for many days consecutively and this would often require in the background a lot of briefing between day and night teams, so it was particularly impressive how the fluidity of our request was sustained by the different teams. Our work could not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of the Hotel teams. Therefore, I would like to thank them personally for their hard work in particular Victoria and Bjorn for coordinating everything and actioning with such professionalism.

An excellent Sunday Roast at the elegant Cut at 45 Park Lane. The location is ideal being opposite to the Dorchester Hotel. The interior design is modern and elegant. The service was first class and very helpful and friendly. We opted for the Sunday Roast menu which offered a Beef Wellington and a Sirloin selection. The Beef Wellington was excellent as too the Roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese. The portions were ample and very tasty. We shall certainly be visiting again.

We left today from 45 Park lane with a big smile and satisfaction of this top level hotel and staff!Spend two nights in London Suite and had views for a lifetime!When you think for Dorchester and high hospitality level people then here it’s the place!I need to thank the GM and Director of Gues Experience Alina they are both amazing,i can’t thank them enough!They tried so hard to have everything settled and do make our anniversary with my wife!I do need to thank all members of staff too!Thanks God there is still professional work in hospitality!Until next time

The staff at 45 Park Lane are phenomenal. This hotel has become my home away from NYC. The quality of experience is unmatched. The suites are lovely, although a few are dated. The gym and pool are fantastic. Highly recommend 45 Park Lane.

I think this hotel has one of the best services in London. The availability and attentiveness of the staff is on another level. The CUT restaurant has delicious food and I really had a fun dinner with all my friends here. My suite had a beautiful view of Hyde Park while I was eating my breakfast overlooking the park. The location of the hotel is also super central and very convenient!
