Ordered from here reason for 4 stars on atmosphere as not actually visited place. Great quick service, beautiful tasting pizza. Only reason for 4 stars is unsure if pepperoni asked for was on pizza (May have been chopped thin under cheese) definitely no sweetcorn as put on order. But beautiful food!

I recently ordered from 400 Degrees Pizza through Uber Eats, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience! I opted for the tandoori salad and the tandoori pizza, and both arrived within just 10 minutes, piping hot! I ordered a rio drink which was a vitamin c orange drink the best rio drink very refreshing went excellent with the food.😋 The quality of the food was exceptional. The flavors were there, and the dough was perfectly seasoned most definitely the best pizza I've ever had in my life! It was so delicious that I felt compelled to call the shop and express my appreciation for their quality food Which these days is very much lacking in some fast food restaurants. 400 Degrees Pizza has undoubtedly earned its place as the best pizza spot in all of Birmingham. They consistently provide delicious food, and this experience was no exception. Well done, 400 Degrees Pizza! I’m one very happy customer and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!👏

Kind of borderline pizza - 'last resort' style - an aspiring, but still just a part of the dominant en masse effort. Barely acceptable as the next day's early find.

Loved it the first time I ordered hear but the 2nd time delivery was over 2 hours from order and when food arrived pizza was cold and loaded fries luke warm.

We ordered a pizza choosing our own toppings. It was perfect, nice crispy base and piping hot. We decided to go upstairs to have it in the seating area. The atmosphere was OK but it was cold up there. To be fair it was was during the very cold snap of weather we were having. Better yo take it away amd have it st home. Great value

Poor customer services - Expensive prices even then high brands pizzas in towns - delivery will take more then 2 hrs and they won’t apologies for that they hardly follow instructions :( Prices getting high and containers getting shrinked :( - not much veg options

I was avoiding this place for a while but I was stuck for food so tried them again. The issue I had last time e was the base was soggy and flat. Most likely as a result of the pizza being put on a cold spot in the oven. This time I asked for it to be well done and it was. The toppings were tasty but they could improve the marinara base. The chef need to remember where he paced pizzazz in the oven to allow those spots to reheat so a base can be cooked properly and made crispy. The burger was on pint and is definitely one of the better spicy dipped ones out there. This place would definitely be a regular if it can sort its marinara and cooking in the oven out. Hope they do.

Turin tandoori pizza was up there with the best pizzas I've had fresh dough with Naga base was 🔥🔥🔥pizzas look as good as the pictures keep up the good work, compliments to the xhefs👌👌👌👌

Amazing pizza ordered today over phone collected within 10 mins. Went for half Turin tandoori and half vegetariana, absolutely delicious authentic flavours on a fresh thin base, probably the best halal pizza in Birmingham and I do not say that lightly!

Over priced, food doesn't taste nice at all. Very underwhelming. The guys on the counter need to smile a little and work on their customer service skills.

Timing on just eat is unrealistic, needs to be updated. Second time I have ordered and the food has taken 2 hours to arrive. Food is nice but unfortunately the delivery time has put me off ordering again.

I’ve been here a few times now, and honestly I’m extremely critical of any establishment that does not provide the service or standard of food , I’d expect. My last visit was a collection ,15 minutes before the shop was due to close. I called through, placed and order, and it was not an issue for the shop. Fantastic customer service, excellent food.. parking is difficult, but that’s ok, the food was great.. thank you 👍🏼

I’ve ordered from 400 Pizza many times and I’ve never had this issue before. Food came 30 minutes late and was so cold. I’m actually shocked, I didn’t even order the food late either.. not sure if I will be ordering from here again tbh. I requested money back for my food being late and that didn’t get approved either 🤦‍♀️ guess it was nice while it lasted.

I love the pizzas from here, they taste so good and authentic. Fries are crispy and love the chilli cheese balls which are crispy and melt in the mouth all at the same time. This order was a little outside the time slot but it was piping hot and delivered with an apology and a huge smile. No issue whatsoever and will be back. I can’t seem to be able to add a post order tip, JustEat should change this.

Amazing pizza and chicken strips are fresh and not frozen so defo worth adding to your meals.

First time i tried this pizza. Was not overwhelmed The veg pizza. Lack of toppings. Was undercooked The chicken pizza. The flavours on the chicken was way too much. The base of the pizza was good Did not feel like 5* hygiene rating as it did not look clean I don’t think I will be going back there again.

The guy at the front is super friendly. Pizza is excellent and fresh. The quality and the price is really good. Worth checking out for sure.

Good choice of pizzas and other fast food, all served by very friendly and helpful staff. The naga sauce base pizza is worth a try, but not for the feint hearted. Spicy chicken burger has a secret kick to it as well.

Great pizza! I've never eaten in, only ever ordered for delivery to my house. The pizza tastes great and fresh, and always arrives on time. Love how they even add smiley faces to the pizza boxes haha! Love the option of having a naga sauce base to pizzas as well.

I think we eat here/takeout at least three times a month! The stone baked pizzas are delicious, the loaded chips are also delicious, the chicken burger is one of the best in the area! And the staff are great, they remember faces and regular orders which is great if you forget something. Highly recommended pizza place in Hall Green.

Food wasn't anything special chicken was dry and overcooked on the pizza. The smash patty burger just tasted like the frozen one's you can get from Asda. Safe to say we won't be eating here anytime soon.

There turin chicken tandori is good, try it with mild sauce.I wouldn't suggest to try any other.(i had tried pepperoni and mixed meat). Their minced meat does not taste good.pepperoni was not as expected. Overall ambience is good and staff are friendly. Price is reasonable.

400 is our local halal pizzeria and we often order from here. The staff are always polite, professional, and maintain a good standard of hygiene/ cleanliness. The pizza and loaded fries taste great every time and even better when paired with their in-house red sauce!

Called in last night having heard good reviews. Picked up an exceptional pizza with anchovies, jalapenos and red onion. Exactly what I wanted and perfectly baked. Good value proper pizza. Next to Waitrose Hall Green, blink and you will miss it. Don't! 🤣

Popped in here with the family for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. There is seating upstairs which is nice enough and the area was clean. Polite staff and an easy process to order food; you then get a buzzer which lets you know when it's ready. Instructions for customising pizzas are followed properly and our orders were perfect. Hands down, this is probably the best pizza I have had in Birmingham. It was delicious, and it's great to be able to actually see chunks of meat on your pizza, rather than the diced up little bits you tend to see in most other places. The base is just the right amount of crisp and the pesto option was really nice. We had 2 pizzas between 4 of us and we couldn't fault any of them. I also like the slightly left field choice of drinks they have in the fridge, green cola and flavours of iron bru I had never heard off! We'll definitely be using these guys as our go to pizza restaurant going forward, well done 👍

Wow what can I say! Drive past this place everyday for work, it looks amazing but I kept forgetting to check it out! Fast forward my husband stumbled across them and I suggested we order as keep meaning too. The food is out of this world!! No mistakes with dietary either like I find a lot when you make notes, they were spot on! The flavours are unreal the food is unreal and we cannot stop saying wow with each item we tuck into. Highly recommend really good value and prices, the pizzas are huge! The smaller size is slightly larger than a dominos medium (but cheaper and 100000000000000% better) and the large is like nothing I’ve seen before! If you haven’t already tried the food here, you need to!!!

Really good food! XL pizza is large (think 15inch?). Favourite is Tandoori Turin pizza. The Naga dipped burgers 🔥 and 🥵 but lovely. Great service and quickly made pizzas. They have seating upstairs too. Parkings tight, just park further down and that'll help burn the calories off at the same time 😀.

If you want a pizza with a mild Asian twist then this is the place. I got 3 16" pizzas, margarita and half/half different toppings. All had a nice flavour to them and tasted fresh. Definitely recommend.

Only noticed this place on Saturday when we had to go the post office. So thought we would get delivery tonight. So impressed - delivery super quick and food was lovely and hot! We had a pizza fries and chicken dippers Probably the best pizza Iv tasted in ages, chicken dippers was lovely and crispy on the outside and juicy and tender inside. We will definitely be back! placed order at 7 for delivery between 15-35 mins set by restaurant. Tried to contact restaurant and the phone line was disconnected. Clicked on app the food hasn't arrived and got an alert changed delivery time between 8-8:20. Contacted restaurant for a refund through the app which of course was refused by the restaurant. The food arrived at 9pm. Customer service is ridiculous, why accept orders if you can't deliver on time and then disconnect the phone. Will not be ordering again

Slow service took like two hours to deliver a few simple pizzas and were rude on the phone. Worst pizza shop in the west midlands by far avoid this place like the plague. And the kitchen staff made a mistake

Phoned restaurant by 20.55 no order arrived. Restaurant said it had just dispatched. Update had said dispatched at 20.39. Restaurant said long queues today but delivery time did not tell us that and our order was accepted despite known delays. Order still not arrived yet and not estimated to arrive until after 21.00. I would like a refund.

This is hands down the best pizza in Birmingham, and I have tested a lot different places, what also impressed me is how proud these guys are of the service and cooking, the base is handmade its not frozen, its all fresh. Honestly I am super impressed and also their pizza feels very light compared to any other place, you dont feel bloated. I very rarely write a review, but they deserve it !

One of the Best takeaway pizza’s in the West Midlands. Authentic and unique flavour. The pizza base sauce is delicious and very flavoursome. The dough is freshly prepared in-front of you then cooked in an authentic clay oven for a perfect stone baked finish & flavour. You can also see The Pizzaiolo chef showing his amazing skills tossing & spinning the fresh dough. The French fries are very tasty, crispy and cooked to perfection. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Great service. Also the prices are very reasonable. Definitely will recommend. Thanks!

Have ordered from here multiple times and not been disappointed. High quality, halal pizza. Only thing I’d comment for improvement is that the last few deliveries over the past few months have generally been delayed, whereas this wasn’t an issue at the start when the branch opened. But otherwise, the food is great. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

You won’t get your food and they’ll still try to charge you ! Order my food at 7pm via Uber eats. Rang them for the third time at 9pm and the food still hadn’t left their shop, even though they’d already told me twice “it’s leaving”. They’re still trying to charge me £74 for food I never got.

Ordered a margarita pizza and classic loaded fries.I can honestly both the pizza and fries were amongst the most delicious things I have eaten in my life.The 12 inch pizza was about £7.95, I would happily pay double (please don't increase your prices 🙂).The ingredients were so fresh, I could taste the salt in the cheese.The loaded fries were a good price too and the portion was decent. I ordered for collection, the member of staff who took my order was professional and polite and nice and friendly on collection too, he was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the bitter staff that have popped up in other shops on ladypool road, Stratford Road etc in the last few years.
