Got a chicken satay it was tuff as if it had been from the day before in the container along with the chicken was some bits of green peppers and a couple of bits of onion Chinese cuisine (I think not )

Very pleased with this restaurant Staff were helpful and food was excellent. Definitely recommend that you should try it. Looking out over the outside gardens and I definitely will return normally I'm taking pics of the food but it was very tasty and empty plates

The food and service are consistently good. The lunch menu has enough choices for everyone. There are no surprises. The staff try to accommodate any special requests. We have been going here on family occasions for some years and have never been disappointed.

Picked up takeaway…. Shockingly bad, starter of honey chicken wings inedible it was so overdone, crispy chicken in sweet chilli sauce soggy and very salty, chicken curry average and chips were cold and had black bits all over them. We have dined here several times and it’s always been fine but the takeaway was very disappointing will not use again.

Went for a lunch visit as my share dividend was in. 3course lunch for me, garlic mushrooms 5*. Chicken curry 5* and ice cream I believe to be equis enough said. My mum had the garlic mushrooms & chicken chow me in. Pint of lager & soft Drink £26.

It is through friends that I found this restaurant and it is our go to place for a last minute meal out. Food and service are always first class and the menu choice is excellent. This will definitely stay on my go to list

Well what can i say.. we tried the 4 seasons after years of driving past and always wondering what it would be like, as it looks lovely from the outside. To start with i ordered a pint of diet coke and my partner ordered soda water n lime... both were luke warm,. We then got our starters and to be fair they were OK 3 chicken wings i guess is enough for a appetiser right?. Looking forward to my special fried rice coming, thr anticipation almost killed me. The main course arrived and the excitement suddenly drained from my body when i set eyes on what was allegedly the meal i had ordered. What arrived in front of me was something that resembled someones left overs from a special fried rice. 2 tiny prawns. Shreded up peices of what should have been slices of meat. Basicaily i wouldnt have served that to my dogs. The presentation was 1/10. Absolutely no love went into making that dish or serving it up 🤣. My partners sweet and sour was something that resembled an iceland frozen meal ... actually she said shes had better. We swiftly paid and left ..safe to say we wont be back. Avoid !!

It had been a while since we had ordered from here .tonight we did . On opening the chicken chow mein I knew it was to dry .asked for Peking sauce and it turns out it was red but lemon was the essence. Not what I expected . Sorry but very disapointments.

went with family of 4 meal was terrible one persons got sent back three times first time cold second time wrong dinner. By the time correct meal came everybody had almost finished. Service was dreadful asked 5 times for coffee order before it came. Never got bill to table had to go ask for it. So disappointed will defo not be back

Came in here for our lunch thinking it would be quiet but restaurant was busy probably because of the government food scheme which came in handy taking 50% off our bill.My wife had the 3 course lunch menu while I opted for the pre theatre menu.The food was nice with decent portions and had a good choice to suit all.Parking outside was handy as it is hard to park at many Hamilton restaurants.The service was quick and a nice setting and a good meal for Chinese food lovers.

I consider this the best Chinese restaurant in Hamilton. The food is always good either eating in or take away.

Family meal to end the school holidays. Temperatures were taken on arrival but no contact details requested for Track and Trace system. Staff were efficient and polite but have to say food on this occasion was disappointing - not up to usual standard. Beef in curry seemed slimy. After being shut for lockdown would expect most restaurants to be spotless - this was not. Floor looked filthy, covered with food debris and paintwork was grubby . Re Covid, table was set with cutlery open to the elements and condiments on tables. When my son asked for more salt, waitress simply took salt cellar from him and swapped it with one from another table - how to easily spread the virus. Certainly won’t be back soon

Taking grandchildren for lunch before they go back to school. They thought it was fun to have their temperatures taken before we could be seated.The staff were friendly and explained the precautions before we were seated. Obviously reduced number of tables but it was nice to be out in a restaurant with a chatty atmosphere.Orders quickly taken and the food arrived soon after, our starters were well presented and tasty. When the mains arrived they were the same, my sizzling beef, green peppers and black bean sauce in particular was great.Everyone who had a dessert enjoyed them.It was a Wednesday lunchtime and the staff took time to explain the bill fully (eat out to help out).Great value and great food. Well worth a visit.

Decided to try here for this weeks carry out as menu looked very goodBit slow as we waied 30min despite having ordered by phone an hour and a half previouslyPortion sizes were good.Salt and chilli ribs were ok but the onions and chillies didn’t rate too highDim sums were niceCurry sauce had very little flavour and the salt and chilli prawns had a soggy batterThe spicy Thai noodles were not spicy but combined with the beef they tasted okThe chow mien however was very bland even Would say tasteless I have heard good reports on the restaurant so maybe it’s just carry outs that they are not good at.????

Food here is quality enjoyed the starter of Sang Choi Bau (chopped prawns in iceberg lettuce leaves then Dover sole takes a bit of beating

Tried here tonight for a takeaway and it was a terrible decision. Ordered a szechuan chicken after asking staff if it was spicy, which they said it was, there was absolute no taste or spice to it what so ever, it was more or less just chicken and millions of veg in water. One thing I will say was that the chicken was nice and tender. The beef satay which i asked for was same as szechuan, asked for it extra hot and again was just bland but the beef was tender again. The noodles were just big clumps of noodle stuck together and were hard to seperate. Salt and chilli chips were just a box of soggy chips with some wierd tasting seasoning. Peking ribs were poor also, a lack of meat on them but sauce was nice however, there wasn't alot of sauce at all, only good thing were the spring rolls, waste of £26 in all honesty. Would avoid this place if you are looking for something tasty.

Excellent food at a good price and friendly staff made this a great pre-threatre family visit. The pre-theatre menu offers a variety of choices which can be altered slightly to suit the individual. Nicely decorated premises and tables in quieter sections are available. Highly recommended.

Visited here last week with friends. We were shown to a table in the conservatory which was bright & airy. We had the 3 course business lunch. Starters, mains & deserts all lovely. Decent sized portions. Staff very attentive. Very reasonably priced lunch. Would recommend & we will certainly return.

A lovely restaurant which is situated on Bothwell Road. They have a bright conservatory to the front of the restaurant which overlooks a Koi Carp pond. Attentive service and piping hot food quickly served. The business lunch is great value and there are plenty choices of dishes. Good size portions and tasty food. Well recommend and would certainly return.

My husband and I decided to stop off for dinner as we had googled Chinese restaurants in Hamilton and this one seemed to have a good write up so we thought we would give it a try. We opted to eat off the main menu. we ordered our starters and they arrived within 5 mins of ordering, the chicken was very dry in my salt and chilli chicken wings. I ordered a chicken breast curry for my main, it was so bland no taste at all and the chicken was thin and looked like the sliced chicken that you would buy from a supermarket pre packed. For £11.50 (no rice in this price) the quality was very poor. The main menu is overpriced for the quality of food received. I would not eat here again. Feel ripped off.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! Very lovely food and brilliant options for vegetarians! The only Chinese I can say that about in Hamilton!

I visit this restaurant regularly for lunch with my elderly mother. The staff members are always welcoming and attentive. The set lunch menu is absolutely super value for money considering the quality of the dishes. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Revisited with Parents on 04.05.2019. Lovely place to eat, nice touches such as white table linen. Very pleasant staff. Food good. Value hard to beat, only £9.50 for 3 courses.

This is an OK place with friendly service and acceptable food. Nothing that hits the heights, however. We ate modestly so I cannot comment on much of the menu but the duck was good.

I normally have Chinese in the house but love coming here for a meal. Service brilliant and food always amazing.

I have been here for lunch with friends and dinner with my family. With my family, none of chose to go for starters, and just went with main courses and a side of rice for each of us. The main courses came within 5- 10 mins of us ordering which was surprisingly fast as the restaurant was busy. The beef and green pepper was very nice but the deep fried shredded chilli chicken was a bit bland and seemed to have a sweet and sour sauce although that wasn't included on the menu. Despite this the meal went well. The bill seemed reasonable enough as £70 for four people and was given with a fortune cookie and chocolate. I would visit again but order a different main course.

Visited here in September, was a group dinner for 25 people but I shared the banquet with 3 other peoples, food was very fresh and the flavours were really good, the beef was cooked to perfection. Good selection of wine and beer

Went here for lunch from the set menu. Food was good and good value too with a great selection of dishes available. Good place to go if you fancy a nice Chinese lunch.

4 adults, 2 children, very pleasant and enjoyable lunch, everyone enjoyed the two course lunch and the bill was less than £50. Some has starters - BBQ ribs, pancake rolls, mains of lemon chicken, sweet & sour chicken and chow mien, sweets ordered were ice cream also fruit salad. I often come for lunch here as it is really good value

Having had many carry out meals from here over the years we decided to take family into the restaurant itself. Food as always great. Service I thought was very rushed and the starters came out after about 10mins from ordering.

We had been looking forward to visiting the 4 Seasons for a while and I can honestly say it was probably the worst Chinese food we have experienced. The starters were probably the best we tasted even though they were on our table about 5 mins after we ordered. The main courses were terrible, I opted for the Kung Po beef which had more carrot than meat in it and had the same sauce that was on my daughters Crispy Chicken dish. Well it was supposed to be chicken, we all thought was beef and asked for it to be replaced. It subsequently was but the dish was burnt and was in edible. You still couldn't tell if it was beef or chicken. Going back to my dish, I have eaten Kung Po beef at different restaurants and I am not sure what recipe the chef was using but!!! The staff although very attentive until then totally blanked us. My wife opted for the crispy duck and this arrived cold and as the staff weren't interested we asked for our bill and left.

Food is always delicious, staff amazing and friendly, one of the best ! Not been here in ages but so glad to come back and it has not changed one bit. Cannot wait till our next visit

Have been going here fairly regularly about once a month at lunch time for many years,sadly experience going down hill and will be more reluctant to go back,Menu is quite limited and has not changed in at least 5 years so much so no longer need to look at it.Also evidence of decline in both quality and quantity,rice used to be separate now all on same plate and we are still hungry when finished .Staff not very friendly and never engage in much conversation despite the same staff for years.At least the table linen is still pristine and toilets while very dated appear clean.

Great restaurant with a nice friendly atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food was delicious. Nice seating in the conservatory with a nice garden to look out on. All in all a very relaxed atmosphere and lovely meal. Would definately recommend you give it a try.

I don't normally go out for Christmas but there's a first for everything. The meal was nice. The service: forgot a drink, forgot kids starter of melon, forgot parents desert (served 5 of 7 of our table then served the table next to us then back to the last 2 of 7). It wasn't that busy.

The food is nice here however it is overpriced al carte meal, The service was good with them looking after us however I just felt that you can get better food elsewhere.

4 of us visited on Saturday evening for the pre-theatre, the starters of won ton soup x 2 and ribs x 2 were actually pretty good and a great start to the meal. The main meals ordered were Shredded Chilli Chicken x 1 Shredded Chilli Beef X1 Chicken Chow Mein and Szcechaun Beef, when the dishes came they all looked the same my wife asked is that the Szcechaun beef and she was told yes but it was in batter like the shredded chicken and beef. All the dishes were tough the batter was like a brick and it tasted burnt.We hardly ate the main meal at all in fact only really the rice was eaten.We told the waiter that the food was inedible and the Manger came out to discuss she told us that She would investigate the Szcechaun as it did not come and instead a rock hard chilli beef was delivered by mistake.We are still waiting on a reply, the bill came with not even £1 removed for this substandard meal then they totally avoided us at all costs we tried to speak to the Manager again but she blanked us and pretended to be on the phone eventually we left after paying the bill expensive lesson learned with that level of Customer service we will not be back.

I hadn't been in this restaurant for some ears but the standard is still as high as before. Started with aromatic duck followed by excellent seafood hotpot with satay sauce. Attentive helpful staff.

Took my parents here fro lunch on Christmas Eve. Ordered from the Christmas lunch menu which had plenty of choice for the price. Food was excellent piping hot with plenty of flavours. We received 2 bowls of complementary prawn crackers. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was no rushing us gave plenty of time to order as well as in between courses. Would recommend trying this place as have used this many times with always the same standards.

Stopped in here for lunch on a Saturday. We didn't order from the lunch menu so were paying full price. The starters were very good but all 3 of the mains were poor (Chicken Fried Rice, Crispy Shredded Chilli Chick, Szechuan King Prawn. Can't see a return trip happening.

Nice surroundings and some parking at the side, i found the food pretty average for the price and service was ok but I do hate when they hover over you and your fork is hardly on the plate and its swiped away. So wouldn't be my first choice to dine.

We visited this restaurant on Wednesday late afternoon(4.30pm)the main reception was dark, there was a young girl at the end of the bar who raised her head but proceeded to clean or do what she was doing and didn't speak too us. We walked on and another female came from the conservatory we asked for table for 2 her response was 'yes' lifted 2 menus & walked ahead we followed suit. The two menus where placed on a table and the waitress walked away to another. The conservatory area was lovely and only one other couple dining. Drink orders where taken, soda water & lime came with little lime requested more to at least colour it and the cola was warm! Asked for a straw to be told they didn't have any, really a straw?! There was a pre-theatre menu running 13.50 for 3 courses and we chose from this. The starters of honey chicken wings where quick to be served, 3 wings with a pitiful amount of shredded lettuce, would not recommend they where hard and barely any edible chicken under the coating. A male server soon after starters brought a hotplate to the table with our dinner plates on top he never spoke either, would have been nice to at least advise that will be hot! Anyway mains where served with rice and an additional portion of chips. The mains alone where good but chips where solid and very brown felt they had been cooked, re-cooked & cooked again! During our meal the waitress lifted an empty plate from one of us whilst the other was still eating, really don't appreciate this and find it rude! We where asked did we want dessert, we went for gateaux and banana fritter. The other couple dining had ordered gateaux which looked nice. Our order came and it was not gateaux, instead a piece of chocolate cake with no cream or ice-cream! Spoke to the other diners who confirmed that this is not what they had and only then the waitress piped up 'you had last piece' seriously? Common courtesy to advise your customer that what they ordered isn't available. Banana fritter in syrup was nice. Then followed the bill. 2.70 for a pint of coke and 2.20 a can of coke, abysmal! Worst still 2.20 for a half pint of soda water & very little lime! We left disappointed, tried this place having been recommended by friends, we certainly won't be recommending too others and will not return.

My Husband & I visited here on Sunday evening. We arrived 1/2 hour early but not a problem.The staff were very nice and attentive.We were seated in the conservatory overlooking the beautiful garden, hard to believe beyond the garden hedge is a busy road.My husband had prawn toast for a starterhe enjoyed very much.For mains I chose Chicken Chow Mein, simply delicious, full on flavour.Hubby had Mixed Satay with fried rice,he thoroughly enjoyed his choice too.We both had cheese cake for dessert, which was really nice.We finished with coffee, we were given fortune cookies.All in all a lovely dining experience, we will definitely return.PS The young waiter from Helensburgh is a very nice guy, he chatted away with us.Keep up the good work.

We have eaten here several times now and the experience has always be very good. Relaxed atmosphere, well priced, comfortable and to top it all, outstanding authentic Chinese cuisine. We always book as its not always possible to simply walk in, especially at the weekend. You have got to give this a try.....Outstanding.

The place was quiet at 1.30pm on a Tuesday. As previously, once seated we were asked immediately what we wanted from the menu just put before us. Then we were ignored for ages while 2 female staff chattered round the corner out of view - an exact repeat of previous visits. Once ordered the starters cam very quickly. But then we had to attract attention after being left to our own devices for 25 minutes, and 15 minutes later the very poor quality mains arrived, dumped on the table without comment . Eventually as no one was coming to remove plates and take our desert order we ran out of time, sought out a waitress to get the bill paid and left. We thought after a long absence from the premises things might have improved but no, and we will never return.

I came with some Chinese friends, read the menu, and did not know how to order, and asked a waiter for some typical chines dishes such as kongpao chicken, fish flavour arbergine and green beans. the waiter just said they did not have these dishes. My Chinese friend as him to recommend some real Chinese food. He said he need go back to kitchen to check with the chef what they can do. but the atmosphere was really good.

Visited on spec no reservation sat in the conservatory which was lovely very airy and light had a quirky pond in garden which was nice especially when the main road was over the fence/ hedge! The food was lovely and lots of choice I had fillet beef in black pepper sauce the beef just melted my partner had crispy shredded chicken which he said was delicious, to start we had aromatic duck and pancakes (which there were plenty of) that was also good, prices very reasonable for the quality and quantity well worth a visit.

My husband and I took 30 of our friends here for our 10th Wedding Anniversary on Sat 4th June. We were seated in the conservatory and the food was amazing as always. Lisa the owner and her team were very attentive as usual. They make the best Salt and Chilli Prawns. The fillet steak Cantonese style was wonderful. Many of my friends were there for the first time and said they would go there for their next celebration. Thank you to Lisa for the lovely present she gave us to take home. Will always s return.

When I visit my mother on the Eastern Side of Glasgow, i'm always looking for a place to eat out which does not involve going into the city centre or the West End and this evening I added to my list of possibilities with this very good Chinese restaurant. The staff were courteous and mostly attentive but there were some quite lengthy gaps at times in the service, for example, they brought the plates and hot plates to the table for the starters about 20 minutes before the food itself arrived. Having said that, it was piping hot and tasted very good, both starters and mains. As my mother is 91, it is not always easy to find dishes that she likes, so it was good to see her tucking into her sweet and sour delight with great enthusiasm. My daughter enjoyed her chilli beef and the Kung Po prawns were also delicious, but my husband felt that his Szechuan prawns could have had a bit more kick, nevertheless, we would all be happy to make a return visit. Very reasonably priced wine list too!

We went for the set menu and that was, in my opinion, a great decision. I'm not a big samosa or spring roll fan but these were very good. Prawn toast wad okay. The ribs were outstanding. The duck was excellent. We had the Cantonese steak, lemon chicken, yellow bean chicken with cashew nuts and crispy shredded chilli chicken. All were excellent. The vanilla ice cream was 10 out of 10; outstanding. The service was okay. Finished with coffee very good meal.

Went here last Sunday with my daughter and 2 nieces, eat here loads and usually spend over 100 pound each visit. This time we went for the lunch menu. My nieces drink water so we got 2 waters and 2 cokes. The staff were so rude and never gave us the free prawn crackers we usually get but gave ever other table them. Also when I asked for the bill no fortune cookies which the kids look forward too and once again all the other dinners got them. When leaving all the staff were standing in the bar area and not one of them said thank u or goodbye. Moral of the story is if you don't spend money on drinks then the staff treat you like dirt. Horrible staff and very rude. Will never spend another penny in this place and certainly wouldn't recommend any one to go if ur just looking for a cheap lunch.

We visited for lunch and were very disappointed. The staff were unfriendly and rude at times. The food wasn't great either. BBQ spare ribs had a gravy sauce instead of a BBQ sauce, curry was average at best. Very disappointed after the great reviews. Maybe just an off day? Not sure I will try again.

We have drove past this restaurant many times .... On this occasion we decided to drop in and try the lunch time menu. The food was delicious, staff friendly, lovely setting in the conservatory with water feature outside. The lunch menu is a bargain! Can't fault it .... Will be back!

Took my mum for a meal for Mother's day the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Our meal was lovely and the restaurant was very nice. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again. Also price was very reasonable.

Was at this brilliant restaurant last night as part of a birthday treat. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Cost was comparable to any good restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who like the finest Chinese food.

First time in this restaurant and really liked it! We had a window table which looked out onto a little pond outside which was lovely. The staff were friendly. The food was also delicious and came quickly. Good atmosphere also in the restaurant. Will definitely go back in the future!

In personal opinion this is by far the best Chinese eatery in Hamilton. Given the fact there are so many the vote could have swung either way. It really depends what style you like. This restaurant doesnt laden their cuisine with MSG for a start. They know how to make your food delicious without tipping a little packet of devil into it like 98% of takeaway outlets do. Dont believe me? Next time you order a takeaway tell them not to use MSG, youll soon know if your takeaway is actually good or not.Anyway..... 4 Seasons has strived to meet my expectations on many a service both dining in the establishment and on takeaway. The food is on the finer side of the Chinese spectrum and manages to steer well clear of "stodge". Not once have i ever had a meal that congealed from 4 Seasons.Staff are attentive, friendly yet on point. They take no nonsense and quite rightly so. Phone manner when dealing with my bookings or taking an order has always been polite and correct! Plus they are always accurate with their times, never been panned off with "ready 20 minutes" from here.Decor is simple, moody and dimly lit. Again a personal choice but i think it only adds to the appeal and you can still see what you are eating. Who on earth wants to eat under a halogen lamp? Location is good, not easily missed on the Bothwell Road unless you are too busy looking at the BMW garage.I usually order things not stated on the menu such as Yuk Sum Po with no chillies, wafer wrapped smashed prawn, my brocolli well overcooked so its mushy and they have never once said no. That to me is enough to give it a top rating. Owners who are willing to go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Priceless!!You can view the menu and dish prices online. A very good Chinese restaurant and take away.Food is always of a good standard with lots of variety.Some of the staff could be more cheerful tho.

Went here on last minute decision, although short wait the food was beautiful. Good staff service and attention to detail for customers. Cost a bit more than you would expect for dinner but really nice food and worth it.

I have been to this restaurant numerous times but never written a review.The most recent time I was here was in December when the Christmas lunch was being served. Excellent value and plenty to choose from.The usual lunch time menu is also great value (i'm sure 3 courses are £7.50) - again plenty to choose from and the food is always delicious.

Seated quickly and drinks delivered to our table. Starters arrived quickly and were excellent. Main courses were delicious too. Would recommend.

I have been here once before and ha take out from them as well.This is an extremely good restaurant, the xmas dinner menu was decent and good value for money.The key points i want to make about it here though are the service is excellent, they are very attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.The venue is great, always looks very clean and welcoming, the area out in the glass atrium is very nice indeed.Food quality for me is always strong, its very tasty and portions are good as well.

You might be struggling to even know this is a restaurant from the outside as there is little signage and we couldn't see a menu, but when we bravely ventured inside we found a very pleasant dining room and were courteously conducted to a table by the window overlooking a water feature. A steady stream of customers on this Monday night assured us that this is a place with a following. The menu itself has some interesting items on it but the bewildering array of choices left us a bit lost. I had salt and chilli squid to start. It was tasty, though the squid was completely lost in a thick, floury crust. My main was a chicken and bean curd hot pot which despite its menu description lacked much punch. So a bit disappointing overall. Possibly my menu choices were poor, but I can only go on the experience I had.

Lovely menu, could have had a very reasonable Business lunch but decided to splash out as it was a special occasion. Scallops & King Prawn starter was delicious, followed by fillet beef in mandarin sauce for me and crispy chilli beef for my husband - Thoroughly enjoyed both! £55 lunch for two including coffee but we did make expensive choices!

Have been here so many times over the last eight years and every time the food is exceptional, the service very friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Have eaten in and had carry outs. Highly recommended.

Second time I have been here - what an excellent Chinese restaurant! The food is top quality, I don't know how they do it for the prices. Service was very efficient too. Lovely clean place, can't fault it.

Went to this restaurant with my husband last week. The ambience was excellent, food average, service very good but overpriced for what we had.

First time had food from here. Ordered takeaway. Garlic mushrooms were greasy. Hot and sour soup ok. Salt n chilli chicken just ok..boiled rice sticky. Chow mein very odd..meat, noodles with a gravy over the top... looked odd and partnercdid not enjoy it. Won't be back.

I have been going to this restaurant for a few weeks now for a takeaway when it was recommended by a friend and its always been lovely. So I thought I would try it for lunch I will never be back, I got a prawn cocktail to start there was still shell on one of the prawns and a few other prawns had vains in them couldn't eat it. I ordered chicken satay stir fry the chicken was not edible and the sauce was like jelly all I could eat was the fried rice and the vegetables. Well I never bothered with a sweet I had enough. If you do go order something else but i do not advise anyone to go or just stick to takaways!!!!!!

My employer paid for a group of 27 people to have lunch here, prior to going to Hamilton races. A fixed amount of £500 was paid in advance but with only 21 people being able to attend in the end, I approached the manager to arrange a credit note for the next time we went there - a relatively simple request you'd think. The manager flatly refused and proceeded to question the entire legitimacy of the £500 that had already been paid. This is despite the fact that she could see that the payment had been credited to the restaurant's account. She insisted that she needed to see the card but the cardholder wasn't on the trip, so this wasn't possible. I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone to the cardholder trying to sort it out and in the end, we reached a compromise, with the cardholder emailing the restaurant manager to confirm her identity. The irony of the situation is that we've eaten here before on several occasions and paid in advance every time, without any problem. Also, the fact that fewer people attended, meant that the final bill came in at far less than had been paid, so the restaurant actually owe my employer. I didn't have the energy to make this point by the end of the meal and we were late for our trip to the races, so this issue remains outstanding. We have another group trip to the races planned in September but we will have lunch elsewhere.

We went here for my mums birthday dinner and had a great time. Can not fault the place. Would recommend. Food was lovely too.

Excellent friendly service with extensive menu selection. Restaurant is spotless and also does home deliveries.

We found the 4 seasons Chinese restaurant by looking online the reviews were goodWe weren't disappointed food was excellent - one slight and I mean very slight we had to ask for chopsticks and bowls, all the tables had been set western style ie all cutleryVery clean staff very friendly and lovely surroundings Anyone who has a genuine love of Chinese food and is in this area - try it u won't be disappointed

Me & my wife had the business lunch which is tremendous value for money. The food was very good , the surroundings were clean and pleasant and the staff were nice and freindly. My wife had chicken noodle soup and I had the garlic mushrooms. We both had siam chicken which was quite spicy and very tasty. My wife had banana fritters and I had icecream. All in all well worth a visit. The full menu seems quite different as well. We'll need to go for dinner and try it.

The staff are very attentive and fast and with the prices they offer for the lunch menu, you cant complain. Food is good quality and tasty.

went to the 4 seasons on a Friday night as a party of 7 friends. The food, service, ambiance, everything was terrible. ordered salt and chili squid to start - like chewing a rubber band. Husband ordered the ribs with gravy sauce, they were awful. Ordered thai noodles with king prawn. When it was brought to the table We were asked who ordered the chow mein? this dish consisted of about 2 large diced onions wrapped in what I can only describe as a sweet orange congeal, poured over noodles with some prawns thrown on top. It was horrid. No one enjoyed their meal and one of the guests was ill about 1 hour after we ate. one of the guests did not receive their meal and when we asked when it would be arriving, the staff member looked at us accusingly then looked around the table to count how many dishes had been delivered.it felt as though the staff were not happy to be working there, or not happy serving our table. we were offered 5 menu's to share between 7 of us and staff were not happy that it took a while for us to select our choices. I asked for more menu's to diffuse the situation and i was met with a spiteful look and a huff before the server went to get more menu'si mentioned it was friday night but the place was not busy, so I could not understand the attitude of the staff.I have previously enjoyed lunch in this establishment but after the disgusting food and the poor service, I am afraid I will be giving the 4 season's a miss in the future.

My daughter and I visited 4 Seasons for lunch and we were not dissapointed, we ordered from the set lunch menu, we both really enjoyed what we ordered and was great value, the staff were very nice and wore beautiful authentic tops which I felt added to the experience.I highly recommend you visit; you won't be dissapointed.

Looking for somewhere to Lunch and remembered a colleagues comments from a few days ago, so decided to give this place a try. Warmly welcomed and quickly seated. Our drinks order was taken and on return the waiter was happy to discuss some of the items on the menu.When the food came, it was well presented and piping hot. Staff were attentive but not overpowering.Our meals were very tasty, and the lunch menu was excellent value.The surroundings were very nice, we were at the front of the conservatory and our table was spotless.

After a few trips back to the above restaurant , we have had to return our meals , we gave it a break for a few weeks we went back tonight and were unable to eat our meal and we returned as it was not edible , we had fillet steak and it was that tough we could not chew it , I don't think we will be return as the standard has dropped in our estimation ,
