Amazing food lovely staff very helpful for delivery and delivery driver was very fast will be trying again very soon, was told 1 hour as busy but came within 40 minutes and food was very fresh and hot

Takeaway meal, does do delivery. Cash only if picking up or walking in. Had the smaller munchie box, extras I bought were mushroom fried rice and sweet and sour sauce My sister and I both REALLY enjoyed everything in the munchie box! We both said it’s the nicest one we have tried. It was fresh and travelled well from Waterloo Rd to near the airport. Two each of the main items. Plant of chips and crispy shredded chicken. Glad I got sweet and sour sauce as an extra because it would have been quite dry as it doesn’t come with sauce. Polite and friendly service! Thank you and well worth a try if you haven’t recently! Could do with a spruce up or lick of paint tho⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We both visited this Chinese takeaway while staying in the area, the shop appeared clean and homely, the staff were pleasant and helpful, the food was fresh and tasty and arrived quickly.

Food is always quick, fresh and good quality. I always collect so can’t comment on delivery times or quality after a delivery. Staff are always flexible and helpful.

On receiving our order we were items missing , called through no reply then phone switched off , I have rang and left several messages and emailed and no response , easier to ignore than the refund us the missing items - terrible service will never go back ! Poor delivery lady was run off her feet and was very nice - this was the only good part of the order !

So my son and I ordered food this evening at 4.40 pm My son called twice to check on our order after it had been an hour and then after an hour and a half. It has just been delivered at 7.04pm. An absolute joke it has to be said. If it had been prepared by Ken Hom then fair enough but it was more likely prepared by Charlie Chan. I don’t wish to be overly sarcastic but the food was ok, but not something that I would trample Usain Bolt in the rush to get my hands on it again. After his second call complaining that he had had to shave twice since ordering it, he was promised a bottle of coke as a compensation. He received a can, a frigging can as a compensation. This was after spending over £20 on bang average Chinese food that turned up late Very very disappointing

The chicken fried rice tonight was very bland indeed with the most watery curry sauce and the prawn crackers were old&stale.What a waste of money at over £17!I paid for 2 large curry sauce which they obviously watered down to fill a large container.

Good food at reasonable price. I have been using this chinese for more than 8 years and have never had a bad meal. Always excellent service too! So reading these very negative comments really seems strange to me, as how can I have been so lucky to have never had a bad meal in the way these other people seem to have had?

My family have used this takeaway for years no complaints. Havnt ordered since March due to joining s/w so was really looking forward to it well I can't tell you how disappointed we were it was just awful Bland no taste to any of it. Maybe change of chef I don't know but definately not as good at all.will not be using again or recommending absolute shame Sort it out 333

Worst takeaway EVER it was supposed to be chicken rice it most certainly wasn’t, it had duck skin and old scraps of meat in it - not edible at all! All this after having waited an hour and a quarter for a 45 minute delivery!

i live fairly near the 333 , and use it fairly regularly, with my daughters & myself. i can honestly say i have NEVER had an unacceptable meal in over two years, and in the vast majority of occasions, a meal substantially better than any other take-outs in blackpool :- friendly and conscientious staff(mostly!) provide a product which is cheap, fast, hot and consistently very tasty indeed. so how there seems to be a constant minority of ( in my view) petty complaints just baffle me - these people either have some kind of ulterior motive, and just plain dont like chinese food in the 1st place. (observation, not a criticism haha!) - reasonable constructive reviews pls guys, huh?

This was the WORST Chinese i have ever eaten the beef was just fat. All of the food came cold it was just overall DISGUSTING. When we called up and complained we was told that they have been having complaints about the beef SO why on earth would you keep sending it out we did get offered a discount on the next order but we will never be going here again. We spend over £40 on this order and was so disappointed.

i placed a order on sunday so we could have a special mothers day treat as this is usually my favourite chinese . we was told the wait was an hour but tht was fine as usually worth waiting for . an hour and ten minutes had past and we rang to be told they have no noodles so there not doing the order . ( thanks for telling us ) now i have 3 hungry children at 8pm the person on the fone didnt realy care and just put the fone down . wont be eating from here again .

Alway order from here and it’s the best so far . Recommend it and don’t go else where Tried the others and there not as good I promise :)

Had a delivery from here tonight it went straight in the bin!! The chicken is like jelly smart price chicken is better than this chicken it's horrible I got some prawn toast and the only thing I liked about this delivery was the box the prawn toast came in the toast was hard good horrible staff friendly enough never again ewe

Llegamos a este para llevar chino después de saber que por otra para llevar y lo encontramos una joya! Tenía una semana en Blackpool amdnhad para llevar desde aquí dos veces! La comida era adorable, enormes porciones e incluso entregar a Marton sólo sitio haven, por £2 o 3 libras. La próxima vez que estemos en Blackpool sin duda ordenar desde aquí! Gracias!

Overcooked noodles so had mushy vermicelli, satay sauce tasted like syrup.. nothing like the food I've had from here in the past, definitely won't be in a rush to order again. Disappointing

Whilst the staff & delivery guy were lovely, sadly the food was appalling. Burnt rice and prawns that hadn't been cleaned so were gritty. The dry ribs seem to have been deep fried and were really chewy & greasy, as was the plain Chow Mein... The chicken in garlic sauce was mainly large slices of carrot & onion. Very disappointing. Yak! Sorry but Nil Points! =(

Food is pretty good salt and pepper chips slighty soggy! But overall good, delivery good too. Would order again :)

We ordered a Thai chicken soup, hot and sour soup and a happy family main meal which was in a chilli and honey sauce. When my husband arrived back and opened the takeaway all the cartons had the same red sauce, considering we ordered 2 soup and one was Thai, we were very confused. On taking back to 333 we were informed it was the basis of all chilli sauces.......really??? Even Thai soup??? Spent £14 and was not happy or satisfied, very bad quality, wrong description on dishes and awful taste, all tasting the same

Delivered about 5 minutes late but that's to be expected on busy nights, the food quality was cracking as usual, 10/10 in all areas

We got our meals and they were okay, a bit cold, but the meals were on time. We didn't want to complain so let it slip, after a while both of us felt ill as we shared the food. So I phoned back and got a very rude answer saying I'm wrong and she needs proof.

Nice food but an hour and a half for delivery, had to ring the restaurant to find out where my order was.

Last couple of times the food has been very poor indeed. I did previously complain to the restaurant and they offered concession on subsequent food but that was equally poor. It's a shame but maybe a change of cook is to blame. Definitely gone right downhill.

This is my local Chinese. The food is lovely and it's always toasty hot!! Howvever, I won't be cheated and lied to. This restaurant has now started taking food out of your order with the four dishes for £11. Half a bag of Chicken balls now or half a tray of beef in black bean. Don't con us, charge £13 if you need to. I've noticed the portions dwindling, now it is a JOKE. They don't tell you anywhere you'll be getting less than a standard order, they lie. Lost stars because of their misleading ways.
